You can go through and summarize a ton of data on the screen after each pitch, and over time you may find that you can get a lot of at-bats by cleverly utilizing Guess Pitch mode.
Another approach you can take is to just react purely, and this can last all the way up to Legend or this year’s GOAT. This is more about your observation and reaction skills, and really getting into the game. For example, if there’s a fastball or anything coming toward the middle of the zone right now and you’re trying to track it, your first reaction might be to swipe, but that’s hard to get your simulation to load quickly. However, you can try to take all the pressure off your simulation and hit a fastball into the middle. You’ll be able to make a better swing now!
