Diablo 4 Season 11 Paladin Leveling Guide: Best Skills, Aspects, And Gear For Fast Progression

Recently, good news emerged regarding Diablo 4 Season 11: Paladin class, which will be featured in the second DLC launching next year, can be tried out in the current base game after pre-ordering. This has piqued the interest of many players regarding its gameplay style and build possibilities.

However, regardless of the season or expansion, the first thing you should consider after obtaining a new character is how to level it up to the maximum level as quickly as possible, ensuring you climb the leaderboards and access endgame content and higher-difficulty encounters as early as possible. This time, Paladin class is also included.

The latest DLC trailer for D4 indicates that this Paladin remains a powerful force against demons, possessing various active skills and auras. Therefore, during the leveling phase, you can follow the build ideas provided in this guide to create a powerful and effective Paladin build for the fastest farming and grinding.

Skills & Passives

Since Paladin is a character who wields a weapon in one hand and a shield in the other, we highly recommend using some classic and consistently effective build styles: Hammerdin, which focuses on dealing damage with a hammer, or Smiter, which focuses on dealing damage with a shield. Both of these builds have been proven effective by numerous Paladin players in Diablo II.

If you want to be more unconventional or better suit the game’s style, you can try focusing on Brandish, a new skill added to this class. Combined with Judgement debuff, it causes groups of monsters to automatically explode, allowing you to clear large numbers of enemies effortlessly. Alternatively, you can actively detonate it using Blessed Shield to achieve the same damage effect.

Besides hordes of monsters, Diablo 4, in its latest Season of Divine Intervention, has increased the difficulty of rare and elite monster encounters. In this situation, you can build your Paladin with Fanaticism, Defiance, and Holy Light Auras to enhance your damage capabilities. Meanwhile, utilize Falling Star to achieve rapid movement and exceptional agility.

For players who are not used to stacking auras, there are other options: you can forgo Holy Light Aura and instead switch to Arbiter of Justice, which can also provide you with incredibly high burst damage; or use Fortress to gain invincibility for half a minute. Below are some skills and passive abilities that we recommend, along with the points allocated to them.

  • Cross Strike - Brandish - 1
  • Shield of Justice - Blessed Shield - 1
  • Fanaticism Aura - 1
  • Rite of Prayer - Defiance Aura- 1
  • Rite of Humility - Fanaticism Aura - 1
  • Freefall - Falling Star - 1
  • Judicator: Oath - 1
  • En Guarde - 3
  • Riposte - 2
  • Righteousness - 2
  • Heaven’s Fury - Enhanced Heaven’s Fury & Triplicate - Heaven’s Fury
  • Righteousness - 1
  • Master Craftwork -3
  • Shining Armor - 1
  • Giant Slayer - 3
  • Judgement Day - 1
  • Crack in the Armor -3
  • High Charity -3
  • Blessed Shield - 4
  • Fanaticism Aura - 4
  • Defiance Aura - 4
  • Heaven’s Fury - 4
  • Pacify - 1
  • Resolute - 1
  • Conviction - 1
  • Courage - 3
  • Discipline - 3
  • Longevity - 1
  • Renewal - 1
  • The Best Offense - 3

Aspects & Runewords

Next, let’s look at Aspects and Runewords that are suitable for leveling up a Paladin build. It’s important to note that Paladin class is currently a reward for pre-ordering Lord of Hatred expansion, so its usable Aspects will be obtained by salvaging Diablo 4 items from dungeons in the new exploration area of Skovos.

Given this, in the current Season 11, you can only continuously farm bosses and specific gear in existing sanctuaries to obtain Aspects that can improve your damage output, increase resource generation chances, and reduce cooldowns. Here are some recommended options:

  • Aspect of Firm Decree
  • Aspect of the Indomitable
  • Aspect of the Judicator
  • Aspect of Holy Punishment
  • Juggernaut’s Aspect
  • Aspect of the Golden Hour

As for Runewords, this build option is a matter of personal preference and therefore difficult to recommend, but the Lith + Zid combination is always a safe bet: when you remain still for 0.3 seconds, you gain 25 Offering, and consuming an equal amount of Offering allows you to cast a copy of Spear of the Heavens skill, further increasing your damage output.

Alternatively, Cir+Vex Runeword setup will grant you 300 Offering after casting 5 skills. Subsequently, every 100 Offering consumed will increase all your skill levels by one for 10 seconds, which is very beneficial for dealing with elite and rare bosses.

Divine Gifts

Since Paladin has appeared in Diablo 4 Season 11, how could we not include some Divine Gifts specifically for this season? In this unique seasonal mechanic, the placement of the gifts you insert can provide you with different buffs and debuffs. Therefore, based on the effects of all Divine Gifts, here are some recommended options for different game content, along with their specific placement locations.

Helltide

  • Purified: Essence of Pain
  • Corrupted: Essence of Squalor

Kurast Undercity

  • Purified: Essence of Screams
  • Corrupted: Essence of Anguish

World Boss

  • Purified: Essence of Sin
  • Corrupted: Essence of Hellfire

The Pit

  • Purified: Essence of Lies
  • Corrupted: Essence of Shadows

To reiterate, S11 Corrupted Divine Gift will bring you some negative effects, such as increased challenge difficulty or reduced health. Please use it in moderation, otherwise you may end up losing everything.

Gear

Finally, let’s look at the gear available for Paladin builds suitable for leveling. To minimize hassle, it’s recommended that you choose gear with the goal of smoothly transitioning to an endgame build from the start.

For example, Supplication Unique Sword allows your Brandish skill to fire in all directions and return via Returning Light morph, effectively doubling your DPS. In addition, other unique items that can be placed include Seal of the Second Trumpet, Herald of Zakarum, Godslayer Crown, and Judicant’s Glaivehelm.

Of course, farming this precious Uniques early in the season is notoriously difficult, so here’s a suggestion: go directly to EZG.com to get ready-made Diablo 4 Season 11 Items for sale, which will save you a lot of time and effort spent grinding and struggling. The above is a leveling build guide for the new Paladin class in Diablo 4 Season 11.

Although the developers have stated that Paladin in the base game will be slightly different from the one in DLC launching on April 28th next year, and that all progress will not carry over, it remains one of the most playable classes currently available. After all, who doesn’t like something new? Enjoy the game!

Diablo 4 Season 11 Mythic Uniques Farming: How To Quickly Obtain Them?

Mythic Uniques, being the rarest and most powerful item in Diablo 4 Season 11, are highly sought after by many players. Their unique effects can produce unexpected results in your builds, thereby significantly enhancing your character's strength.

However, obtaining Mythic Uniques in D4 Season 11 is extremely difficult. They only have about a 2% drop rate from endgame or higher-level Lair Bosses, and defeating these bosses is no easy feat. Alternatively, you can craft Mythic Uniques using specific materials, but obtaining these materials is just as complex as grinding for monsters.

If you want to acquire Mythic Uniques in Diablo 4 but don't know where to start, don't worry, I will provide you with all the methods for obtaining Mythic items in Diablo 4.

Crafting

The most direct way is to craft Mythic Uniques in the game. The raw material is at least two Resplendent Sparks. You have two options:

Blacksmith

Blacksmith will craft a Mythic Chest for you, which can contain a random Mythic item. You'll need 2 Resplendent Sparks and 50,000,000 Diablo 4 gold. In Blacksmith's Forge Equipment tab, select Craft Random Mythic Unique. This is the simplest crafting method in the game.

Jeweler

If you don't want random acquisition, you can also craft specific Mythic Uniques at Jeweler. You'll need 2 Resplendent Sparks, 6 Legendary Runes, 6 Rare Runes, 6 Magic Runes, and 5,000 gold. The specific rune type required depends on Mythic item you want to craft; remember to check the recipe beforehand.

How To Obtain Resplendent Sparks?

When you choose to craft Diablo 4 Mythic Uniques, you'll find that Resplendent Sparks are a necessary raw material. At this point, you'll need to collect enough Resplendent Sparks in the game.

Season Rank

When you unlock all Season Ranks in Season 11, you'll receive a free Resplendent Spark. The ranking system is similar to Season Journeys in the previous game; if you play consistently every day, you can usually complete all the rank quests and obtain the spark quickly.

Season Reputation System

You can also accumulate Reputation to obtain a Resplendent Cache, which may contain a Resplendent Spark.

Defeat Lilith

When you defeat Lilith for the first time in a new season, you'll also receive a Resplendent Spark. As a veteran boss in Diablo 4, you should be quite familiar with her; use your previous experience to defeat her and obtain what you want.

Disassembling Duplicate Mythic Uniques

If you obtain duplicate Mythic Uniques in the game, don't rush to sell them. You can recycle and disassemble them to obtain a Resplendent Spark. Collect enough materials to obtain new Mythic items from Jeweler.

Defeat Lair Bosses

Besides crafting items with Resplendent Sparks, the most common method in Diablo 4 is to obtain Mythic Uniques by defeating monsters, especially Lair Bosses. The drop rate varies depending on the boss's level, generally with higher-level bosses having a higher drop rate. Key bosses include:

  • Exalted Lair Bosses: Belial;
  • Greater Lair Bosses: Duriel, Andariel, Harbinger;
  • Initiate Lair Bosses: Varshan, Grigoire, Lord Zir, Beast in the Ice.

While defeating them is somewhat tedious, with proper gear, you should be able to quickly defeat these bosses and reliably farm Mythic Uniques and rare materials. However, in Diablo 4 Season 11, the drop rate of Mythic items seems to have decreased, so crafting is recommended if you don't have enough time and effort.

Open-World Random Drops

Starting from Diablo 4 Season 10, Mythic items appear to drop randomly in locations other than combat. Previously, defeating bosses was almost the only way to obtain Mythic Uniques, but in Season 10, we also obtained randomly dropping Mythic items elsewhere in the game. This mechanism should continue in Season 11.

If you have enough time, visit areas with higher drop rates multiple times. These include Helltides, The Pit, and random chests.

Kurast Undercity

Kurast Undercity is expected to be the best source of Mythic Unique items in Diablo 4 Season 11 because you can use Tribute of Ascendance here, which increases the drop rate of Mythic items by 50%. Sometimes, you can even get two Mythic Uniques with a single sacrifice.

It's recommended to team up with friends here. When all four of you have Tribute of Ascendance, the drop rate of Mythic items will increase exponentially. It's worth noting that Tribute of Ascendance is also relatively rare; you can obtain it from Whisper caches and World Bosses.

Gambling

The last unique way to obtain Mythic Uniques is to try gambling with Surveyor of Curiosities using Murmuring Obols. The result of the trade might yield unexpected items, including Mythic items. However, this method is highly unpredictable and inefficient. You can try it occasionally if you have enough Murmuring Obols.

Diablo 4 Season 11 offers multiple ways to obtain Diablo 4 Mythic Uniques. If you need various Mythic items, don't rely on just one method; combine the methods mentioned above. Good luck acquiring Mythic Uniques you want in Season 11, enhancing your builds!

Diablo 4 Lord Of Hatred Expansion Launches April 28, 2026 | New DLC Details, Paladin Class & Major Overhauls

At the recent Game Awards 2025, the developers of Diablo 4 announced some major news: the game’s next expansion, Lord of Hatred, will officially launch on April 28, 2026. Nowadays, players can pre-order through its official website and major gaming platforms.

This news excited all players, as many had predicted the expansion wouldn’t be released until the end of next year. With the release date will be scheduled for the first half of the year. It’s hard not to consider whether it’s truly going to compete with Path of Exile series.

However, what we are discussing here today is not their competitive relationship, but rather piecing together all the currently available information to figure out what kind of new expansion the developers intend to present to all players next April.

DLC Overview

Since Diablo 4 aims to develop its expansions into a series, the name of this Lord of Hatred DLC is very similar to Vessel of Hatred, which was released last October, and the campaign theme is also related to hatred. Additionally, this DLC offers three versions for players to choose from: Standard Edition, Deluxe Edition, and Ultimate Edition.

If you’re a new player who has never experienced this game universe before, the developers also offer a bundle that includes D4 base game, Vessel of Hatred DLC, and Lord of Hatred DLC, which might be a more cost-effective option, but some premium content such as mounts and cosmetic options will not be available.

Currently, the prices for each version and bundle have been fully announced. You can choose the corresponding expansion version based on your budget and exploration needs.

  • Standard Edition: $39.99
  • Deluxe Edition: $59.99
  • Ultimate Edition: $89.99
  • Age of Hatred Collection: $69.99

Just a reminder, regardless of which version you pre-order, as long as you own the base game, you can unlock Paladin class and Vessel of Hatred DLC for free. Furthermore, Deluxe Edition and Ultimate Edition will provide you with instant pre-order bonuses, such as an extra stash tab, a pet, and cosmetic items.

New Features

After a general overview of the new expansion, let’s take a closer look at the new features included in D4 Lord of Hatred. Based on the available information, there will be one new campaign area and two new classes; additionally, the character system and endgame content from the base game will undergo a major overhaul.

Skovos

Skovos, also known as Skovos Isles, is a new explorable area added to Sanctuary in Diablo 4 2nd DLC. According to the developers’ description, Skovos was originally the homeland of Lilith and Inarius, but it has now been occupied by Oracle and her formidable Amazon Queen.

Players, as explorers in this game world, must constantly strive to protect this new area in Sanctuary, which incorporates the scenery and landscape features of many other regions, such as, there are volcanic peaks to the east, lush green forests to the west, and in the middle, treacherous, waterlogged ruins, each of which is packed with tons of Diablo 4 gold.

This is the first time D4 has placed two different types of landscapes - both land and water - on a single map, which is sure to bring you a completely different kind of adventure. Hidden towns, dangerous dungeons, and terrifying new monsters await you.

New Classes - Paladin & TBD

In this expansion, two new classes have been added. One of them is confirmed to be Paladin, a character that players have been eagerly anticipating; the other class has not yet been revealed. According to the developers themselves, this new class will definitely surprise all players and provide a new gaming experience.

Thanks to this, we can only introduce Paladin class here, which is a character who uses holy light to inflict damage on enemies. Currently, you can play this class for free in Season 11: Season of Divine Intervention simply by pre-ordering the new DLC.

Paladins use swords, flails, and shields imbued with Holy Light for melee attacks, emphasizing strength, faith, and divine power. Much like the Barbarian, this class needs to accumulate Faith to continuously increase its damage output and focuses on melee attacks with Physical and Holy damage.

Furthermore, they can provide team support through their aura, becoming the most important helper in collaborative efforts. Depending on the chosen playstyle, Lord of Hatred DLC offers different Paladin build options, primarily determined by Oaths: Juggernaut focuses on defense, Zealot on offense, Judicator on debuffs, and Disciple on versatility.

Original Content Overhauled

As a new expansion for Diablo 4, in addition to new content, there are also revisions to existing content. For example, the skill trees for all six existing classes (including Spiritborn) have been completely revamped, and the previous D4 items and crafting system have also undergone some changes.

However, the most important change is the adjustment to the endgame’s linear progression. Previously, there were complaints about its lack of variety and limited customization options, so the developers have revamped the progression system in this DLC.

You can now choose your preferred world activities to explore and earn a large amount of loot. This increases player agency and provides a wider variety of gear options, leading to greater overall diversity - a positive outcome that both the developers and many players appreciate.

The above is all the currently known information about Diablo 4 Lord Of Hatred Expansion, which is scheduled for release on April 28, 2026. We hope the developers can achieve even greater success with this expansion series, building upon its excellent predecessors, and deliver a huge surprise for all players. Stay tuned!

Diablo 4 Season 11 Sanctification System Guide | How It Works, Risk & Best Uses

In Diablo 4’s latest Season of Divine Intervention, the developers have completely revamped the existing item crafting system, including Tempering and Masterworking. But alongside this, a new crafting mechanism has arrived: Sanctification system, which provides a final, irreversible upgrade to your items.

Based on its performance in D4 S11 PTR, this system can maximize the potential of every build option. Therefore, understanding how it works and the precautions to take when using it, as explained in this guide, is crucial for creating a complete and powerful mainstream character build in the new season.

About Sanctification

According to the official announcement, Sanctification is a new gear upgrade system added in Season 11. However, players in the community tend to refer to it as a one-time celestial infusion, as each item can only undergo this process once, but it provides transformative bonus effects.

Incidentally, the term one-time here doesn’t just mean you can only perform Sanctification once; it also means you cannot further Temper, Masterwork, or Enchant the item after this step. You can only modify it by adding socketable Gems and Runes.

How It Works?

In the latest game content, there are two ways to Sanctify Diablo 4 items.

Before Entering Torment

After entering D4 Season of Divine Intervention, you can obtain the opportunity to use Heavenly Anvil for Sanctification by participating in world events containing Lesser Evils, such as Helltide Events and Nightmare Dungeons, and defeating the bosses within them.

It’s important to note that successfully completing a boss encounter grants you one opportunity to use Anvil. If you abandon the encounter, the opportunity will not be saved; you will need to defeat another Lesser Evil to gain another chance to interact with Heavenly Anvil.

After Entering Torment

After reaching Torment difficulty, players unlock a powerful new way to enhance their characters: Heavenly Sigils, which introduces an additional progression layer designed to greatly boost your combat potential in late-game content.

Heavenly Sigils can be earned through multiple seasonal activities, including defeating major bosses such as Astraroth, Belial, and Bartok, as well as completing designated seasonal tasks and in-game events.

Under this system, you can add the following potential modifications to items:

  • Add Affixes: all skill ranks +1, increased attack speed, or reduced cooldown time, etc.
  • Upgrade Affixes: Upgrade the existing affix to a Greater Affix.
  • Replace Affixes: Select one affix from Sanctification Affix pool randomly to replace an existing affix, which may result in either a buff or a debuff.
  • Add Legendary Aspect: An additional Legendary Aspect can be added to the item; Unique, Ancestral, and Mythic items remain compatible.
  • Add Quantity: It will randomly add an extra 5-25 Quality points.

In addition to the changes already confirmed above, during testing on Season 11 PTR, very small number of instances occurred where players received unique or legendary power bonuses. However, the developers did not include these in the official patch notes regarding Sanctification. This might be a small Easter egg? We don’t know for sure.

Although the replacement of desirable affixes with undesirable ones doesn’t happen very frequently in actual testing, to be on the safe side and minimize losses from failed sanctification attempts, it’s recommended that you create a backup before performing this operation on high-value game items.

Can Get The Best Possible Improvement?

It’s basically possible. Because players complained during PTR about the completely unbalanced drop rate of rare affixes, and the developers subsequently adjusted the chances of obtaining rare affixes, you will have a higher chance of obtaining more valuable affixes and power bonuses when sanctifying items in Diablo 4 Season 11.

When Can Sanctify?

Given that the modifications made to your items through the Sanctification system are irreversible and potentially risky, the timing of when you choose to Sanctify is crucial. It is recommended that you perform Sanctification as the final step in upgrading your items: first Temper, Enchant, Masterwork, and imprint Aspect, and only then Sanctify.

The above is a general overview of the new Sanctification system in Diablo 4 Season 11: Season of Divine Intervention, along with important tips for using it. Overall, this crafting system is very similar to the way currency is used in Path of Exile series, with which it has long competed; both involve high risk but high reward.

This time, the two giants of ARPG genre not only competed in terms of game content, but also in the timing of their new season/league releases: they each released brand-new game content less than a day apart to attract more players, which is unprecedented. So let’s look forward to it together!

Sanctification can grant you extremely powerful equipment upgrades, or it can provide only very mediocre improvements. However, regardless of how the item is consecrated, it will become an important part of your powerful character build. Looking at this crafting system outside of the game content itself, it can very effectively promote the diversity of builds in Diablo 4.

Diablo 4 Season 11 VS. Path Of Exile 2 0.4.0: ARPG Giants Collide With Back-To-Back December Releases!

Two ARPGs are about to release updates. Yes, that's right, Diablo 4 Season 11 and Path of Exile 2 0.4.0. This is truly a clash of titans, surprising all players.

As the two largest ARPG games on the market, they have consistently released new content since their launch to meet player expectations. Based on past release trends, Diablo 4 is usually released around the same time as Path of Exile 2 to avoid distracting ARPG players.

Both games have accumulated a considerable number of loyal fans over the years, but they inevitably compete with each other. Therefore, it's common to see players of both games comparing their opinions online, deeming each other's games inferior, while others play both.

Release Dates

Diablo 4 updates and new seasons typically launched on Tuesdays at 10 AM, with a roughly one-month gap between releases and PoE 2. However, this time Diablo 4 is breaking with tradition with a delayed release. Season of Divine Intervention will launch on Thursday, December 11th at 8:30 PM (Pacific Time).

Meanwhile, Path of Exile 2 0.4.0 The Last of the Druids will launch on December 12th at 11 AM (Pacific Time). This means the two games will be released only one day apart.

Key Updates for Both Games

Diablo 4 Season 11

Diablo 4 Season 10 mechanics were widely praised, earning rave reviews from many players. However, Season 11 faces a serious challenge; failing to deliver a satisfactory experience will likely draw criticism from online communities.

Therefore, Diablo 4 Season 11 has undergone what is arguably its largest update to date. The two main mechanics are Divine Gifts and Sanctification.

Divine Gifts unlock passive character abilities, similar to the Chaos Powers mechanic in Season 10. Sanctification is a new addition to the item upgrade system, allowing players to modify Diablo 4 items and imbue them with Sanctified Powers to achieve their final form.

In addition, the game's monster difficulty mechanics have been adjusted. Azmodan will become the new permanent World Boss, leading other Lesser Evils to invade Sanctuary.

POE 2 0.4.0 Patch

The most significant changes in this Path of Exile 2 update are the introduction of classes and new leagues. Patch 0.4.0 introduces the game's first hybrid Strength and Intelligence class-Druid. Players can use Animal Talismans to switch between four forms.

The patch also adds Fate of the Vaal as a new league mechanic, incorporates Abyss into the core gameplay, adjusts monster density and endgame rewards, reduces the number of high-level monsters but increases XP and HP gain, as well as the drop rate of PoE 2 currency. These changes are all aimed at adjusting the game's balance and improving its performance, thereby meeting players' expectations.

Which Game Should You Play First?

The close release dates of these two large-scale ARPGs have forced players to choose which game to experience first.

Some players believe that the release date of Diablo 4's new season, precisely one day before PoE 2's, was intentional, aimed at siphoning away Path of Exile 2 players. However, I think this only applies to players torn between the two games. For those who only love one, it won't have much impact; they'll firmly choose the new season of their preferred game.

For players wavering between the two games, their choice is uncertain. Interestingly, in the comments section of these posts, someone suggested completing Diablo 4 before and then switching to Path of Exile 2, a suggestion that received a lot of support.

Most players feel that Diablo 4's content is too monotonous, with limited class variety. The days leading up to each new season update allow players to experience most of the content, making it boring, especially the endgame content, which has drawn much criticism.

Path of Exile 2, on the other hand, offers much richer content, with every aspect from character creation to combat being engaging. The new classes added in patch 0.4.0 have also attracted considerable attention.

However, some players believe that the release time for both games is more than enough; you can play both, so there's not much to compare. If you have limited time and energy, you can choose Diablo 4, as PoE 2's pace is relatively slower.

Was The Close Release Timing Intentional?

The clash in release dates for these two games could be attributed to Diablo 4's poor planning or coincidence, but it's also possible it was deliberately arranged by the developers, as The Game Awards 2025 also aired on December 11th.

Based on previous hints from the game developers, many fans speculate that Diablo 4 might announce DLC 2 during the awards ceremony, and there have been rumors that Paladin class will also be joining D4.

If this is true, using the awards ceremony as a springboard for Diablo 4 would be a huge marketing opportunity, and the addition of a new class in the new season could attract industry-wide attention and a large influx of ARPG players, potentially impacting Path of Exile 2.

Meanwhile, in the past, PoE 2's official updates have always chosen to avoid clashing with Diablo 4's new season, usually releasing new content only after Diablo 4 season's peak popularity has ended. This is because Diablo 4's developers, as a large company, have a large casual player base and sufficient funds for extensive marketing.

PoE 2's studio financial resources cannot compare to Diablo 4's, so they have always chosen to avoid direct competition. However, this time, Path of Exile 2's developer releases have unexpectedly chosen to directly confront Diablo 4.

In short, whether the clash in the release dates of these two games is a coincidence or a deliberate arrangement remains to be seen. However, it has certainly caused quite a stir, generating significant discussion for both games. So, which game will you choose to start your December with?

Diablo 4 Season 11 Top 3 Druid Endgame Builds: Boulder, Cataclysm & Pulverize

Diablo 4 is about to receive its new season update in a few days, and many players are eagerly anticipating it. The season's background primarily revolves around the return of Lesser Evils, with Azmodan leading other demons to attack Sanctuary. Players must use the power of Divine Gifts to protect the world.

With the redesigned monsters and enemies, as well as the addition of unique items in the new season, players can no longer rely solely on brute force; appropriate strategies and suitable equipment are now essential

Below, I will recommend what I consider to be the three strongest Druid builds in Season of Divine Intervention, hoping to help you reduce the cost and effort of trial and error in the game and prepare for the endgame exploration.

1. Boulder Druid Build

This is a highly recommended build, well-suited for late-game events.

Gear

First and foremost is the most important piece of equipment-Dolmen Stone, which you can obtain from chests in Helltide Events.

Dolmen Stone has a unique effect: when you activate Hurricane skill, a giant boulder rotates around you. Each rotation increases Boulder's damage by 20-40%. You can activate up to 10 boulders simultaneously, meaning you can gain up to 400% extra damage and make your gameplay much smoother.

Another important piece of equipment is Vasily's Prayer, a unique helm in Diablo 4. You can obtain it by summoning and defeating Lord Zir, and sometimes it also drops randomly from in-game chests.

It converts your Earth Skills into Werebear Skills, meaning you now have the attack power of two skills simultaneously. It also restores 2%-5% (or possibly 6%) of your Maximum Health.

While Vasily's Prayer isn't strictly necessary, it's a good choice if you want significantly greater attack and defense.

Pros And Cons

The two Diablo 4 items mentioned above are key to creating an excellent Boulder Build. This build is well-balanced; while no single aspect excels, it's solid overall, with excellent damage and defense, and no weak points.

Boulder Build is ideal for farming mobs because its skills have area-of-effect damage, making it easy to kill monsters when they get close. You can use this build in Nightmare Dungeons, paired with the new boots, for a quick run.

The only drawback of this build is its heavy reliance on Diamonds and the need for enhanced base affixes.

Overall, while this build has some minor issues, its strength shouldn't be underestimated. If you want a stable, reliable, and low-risk endgame build, Boulder Build is a good choice.

2. Cataclysm Druid Build

This build has a significant advantage over other top-tier builds, with virtually no comparable competitors, making it arguably the best build in the game.

Cataclysm is Ultimate Storm skill in Diablo IV. Casting this skill summons multiple Tornados and Lightning Bolts that randomly target and damage enemies. It has been popular with many players since its buff in Season 7.

Gear

The essential component of this build is MjOlnic Ryng, a unique ring obtained by summoning and defeating Lair Boss. It provides a damage bonus during Cataclysm's active duration and also grants Lightning Bolt buff, resulting in impressive damage output.

It also increases the duration of Cataclysm's damage, which is crucial for the skill, as the damage duration must be longer than or nearly equal to the cooldown, allowing for continuous skill casting.

Another key piece of equipment is Tempest Roar, a unique helm obtained by defeating Duriel or Andariel, or as a chest drop.

With this helmet, we can transform Storm Skills into Werewolf Skills, gaining two skills simultaneously. He can also enhance our ultimate skill, granting us passive effects related to Werewolf Skills from Skill Tree and Legendary Aspects.

Other gear that helps this build includes:

  • Airidah's Inexorable Will: Reduces ultimate skill cooldown;
  • Khamsin Steppewalkers: Maintains maximum speed at all times;
  • Runeworker's Conduit Aspect: Grants Lightning Bolt 40% bonus damage.

Pros And Cons

This build's monster-killing speed is unmatched, allowing you to easily and quickly defeat enemies. It's the best choice for Nightmare Dungeons and the open world, where you can farm a large amount of gear.

The only drawback of this build is its slightly weak defense, but methods to improve defense should be found as the season progresses. Otherwise, it has no weaknesses and is highly recommended.

3. Pulverize Druid Build

Most players are already familiar with this build, frequently seeing it on recommendation lists. As a build with the highest damage output and excellent overall performance, it's worth recommending again.

Gear

The first piece of equipment recommended for this build is Rotting Lightbringer, an Ancestral Unique Two-Handed Mace that may drop in Urivar or Varshan.

It's a unique weapon that significantly enhances Werebear Pulverize skill. If there are no puddles nearby, Pulverize skill will create a toxic puddle, triggering Overpower. Releasing the skill on the toxic puddle will cause the poison to splash, damaging the surrounding area.

Next, to maximize damage, you must use Aspect of the Ursine Horror, which converts your Pulverize ability into an Earth Skill.

This enhancement deals massive area-of-effect damage to enemies. After using Pulverize skill, Tectonic Spikes will inflict continuous damage over a short period.

Pros And Cons

While this build wasn't as effective at clearing mobs as the other two in the past, the new season introduces Path of the Emissary Boots, which provide maximum movement speed, making Pulverize Build stronger.

The main reason for recommending this build is its faster leveling and skill point unlocking. Clearing Pit 100 with Pulverize build shouldn't be a problem. Its biggest drawback is a slightly slower mob clearing speed compared to the other two builds; otherwise, it's perfect.

These are the three Druid builds we recommend in endgame exploration. You can start the new season with Pulverize Build, as it balances defense and offense. Then, after leveling up quickly, choose a more suitable build for your needs.

We hope this guide is helpful. Let's look forward to Season of Divine Intervention!
