Like all previous updates, Genshin Impact brings players a wide variety of banner options, as well as the addition of some brand-new characters. In the first phase, Durin and Jahoda join Genshin Impact as brand new characters.

New Quests

A Nocturne of the Far North Archon Quest

This is the fifth act of Archon Quest that you must complete in Nod-Krai, which requires your Adventure Rank to be 40 or higher.

Melting Moonlight in the Morning Mist Archon Quest

This quest follows the previous Archon Quest and still requires you to reach the specified rank.

Durin Story Quest - The Magic Known as Storytelling

This is a story quest exclusive to the newly added Durin character, allowing you to learn more about her. Complete this quest after Version 6.2 goes live to earn additional in-game rewards and eviction materials.

Witch’s Homework Quests

This is a new quest type added in this game update. In the game world, these quests are known as Alice’s Little Witch’s Dictionary, containing various types of tasks.

Upon completion, you will receive a Hexrei: Secret Rite buff, usable on certain characters, and will transform that character into a Hexrei character to enhance their talents, skills, or constellation.

In this Genshin Impact Version 6.2 update, the developers have also introduced a brand new world boss for players: Super-Heavy Landrover: Mechanized Fortress, located in Nod-Krai, which drops ascension materials needed for your character.
