Stella Montis is a hidden research facility located in a snow-covered mountain. This area contains a large number of loot containers and high-level materials, so you can usually find some of the best loot in the game here.

The specific location is Lobby in Stella Montis. Focus your looting on the breaching rooms marked with "Security" symbol on the walls. Besides Lobby, there are two floors with many areas to loot.
