TLoZ Breath of the Wild Great Fairy Fountain Locations Guide | How to Find All Fountains and Upgrade Armor?

In TLoZ BotW, maximizing Link's defensive capabilities is of paramount importance, and one of the most effective methods is interacting with all Great Fairy Fountains. Therefore, this guide will introduce location of each Fountain and some important points to note when searching for them.

Dec 31, 2025 Author: EZG

In The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, released in 2017 and winning numerous awards, the non-linear exploration mode often leads to players wanting to reach a specific location but wandering aimlessly around the map, especially Great Fairy Fountains, which are scattered throughout Hyrule continent.

As the game progresses and your character level increases, the difficulty of the monster encounters and challenges you face will also increase. Therefore, you will definitely need to find Great Fairy Fountain and invest a certain number of Rupees to upgrade Link's armor, thereby greatly improving his defense.TLoZ Breath of the Wild Great Fairy Fountain Locations Guide | How to Find All Fountains and Upgrade Armor?

In theory, finding all Great Fairy Fountains is not a necessary condition for completing the main mission, but if you want to reach 100% completion of the entire game, then the process is well worth it. In conclusion, understanding the specific locations of each Fountain and the precautions to take from this guide is essential for every player in BotW.

Precautions

Although each Great Fairy resides within a giant, enclosed flower, the nearby Fountain can be seen from a distance via the orange glowing path leading to them. As you maneuver Link closer, the music from this interactive pool grows louder, making them easier to find. However, don't rush to interact with it yet.

Instead, collect some Fairies, which are Zelda Breath of the Wild items used for resurrection in the mid-to-late game: if you unfortunately die, the fairy will restore your health to five hearts instead of ending it immediately. In addition, each Fairy Fountain is surrounded by specific herbs, and you can use them to make food and potions to restore health and stamina.

Next, let's begin searching for each Great Fairy Fountain.

No.1

The first Great Fairy Fountain you can unlock is located near Kakariko Village, which is the exploration area included in the first main quest you receive in The Legend of Zelda: BotW. Here, you'll need to speak with a painter named Pikango, who is usually located in the center of town, between Impa's house and Goddess Statue.

Interacting with this NPC will give you the location of your first Fountain; they might even try to guide you to its exact location. Along the way, you can rest at Ta’loh Naeg Shrine if you get tired, then continue along the path deeper into the forest to find Great Fairy Fountain.

Midway through the journey, Pikango will temporarily quit and ask you to take a picture of Great Fairy Fountain for him. This requires you to use a Sheikah Slate with a Camera Rune, which can be obtained at Hateno Ancient Tech Lab in Hateno Village. After completing this NPC quest, you will be able to interact with this location.

Don't forget to collect Blue Nightshade and Silent Princess flowers, as these are essential materials for Link to upgrade his Stealth Armor. Consuming food made from them will enhance Link's stealth abilities, allowing him to effectively evade the dangers lurking across Hyrule.

No.2

The second Great Fairy Fountain can be found in Akkala region, which is where you are required to build Tarrey Town in one of the longest side quests in the game. Because the area is so small, you can easily find Fountain hidden in a small grove of trees on the cliffs by the lake.

Alternatively, one could use the nearby Dah Hesho Shrine as a landmark, with Fountain located to its northeast. After discovering Great Fairy Fountain, first harvest the growing Amoranth; cooking it will significantly increase Link's defense.

No.3

The next Great Fairy Fountain is located in Tabantha region of TLoZ Breath of the Wild, which requires you to cross Tabantha Great Bridge first. However, Fountain here will have Guardian Skywatchers preventing you from entering, so challenging them will be the first challenge you face when interacting with it.

It's worth noting that the third Fountain requires an investment of 1,000 Rupees. Therefore, to enhance your character more smoothly, you can first go to Toren on Tabantha Bridge Stable to accept A Gift for the Great Fairy side quest, which will reward you with 500 Rupees.

Once you've collected enough in-game currency, you can climb the cliffs of Piper Ridge and head north, which will allow you to easily glide to Great Fairy Fountain without being detected by Guardian Skywatchers. Near this Fountain, you should pay attention to Mighty Thistles, which will provide you with some attack power boosts.

No.4

The final Great Fairy Fountain will appear beneath a giant Leviathan skeleton in the southwest corner of the map. To save time and stamina, you can teleport directly to Hawa Koth Shrine, which is near this Fountain. But according to some players' comments in the community, some Shrines are located deep within the desert, some distance from the interaction pool. You can check your game interface for specific details.

However, it’s worth mentioning in advance that unlocking the opportunity to interact with Great Fairy Fountain requires a Sand Seal, which generally only appears in later game content. Therefore, this last chance to upgrade armor and defense can be saved for after completing the game to finish other less important side quests.

After you’ve gone through all the hardships to find and unlock it, make sure to collect Cool, Warm, and Electric Safflina around it. These will increase Link’s survivability in cold, hot, and electric environments, respectively, making your character fearless in the fight against Calamity Ganon.

Above is a list of the locations of the Great Fairy Fountains in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, along with important notes for each step. Compared to simply using food or crafting materials to slightly improve defense, this seemingly troublesome but actually worthwhile exploration process is well worth it. Have fun playing!

LifeAfter Fishing Guide: How to Unlock Sea Fishing, Join Boats, and Earn Rare Mutant Fish?

In the world of LifeAfter, survival is never just about combat and gathering; the fishing system is actually a crucial long-term gameplay element. It's not merely casual activity, but a maritime system tightly integrated with character growth, resource recycling, and quest unlocking.

Many beginners initially think fishing is just another place to farm resources, but once you actually set sail, you'll discover it's a uniquely paced gameplay module with a comprehensive reward system. The most direct rewards are material and food resources, which are extremely useful when resources are scarce in the ancient game.

Next, EZG will introduce the details and important steps for beginners to pay attention to when fishing in LifeAfter.

Prerequisite Story

In LifeAfter's fishing gameplay, the first step isn't simply picking up a fishing rod. You need to complete the main story quest, Vast Discovery, and find NPC Vast in Assyrian Hills on the map.

Only after completing this story quest will LifeAfter fishing system truly unlock, meaning you can begin participating in subsequent sea fishing activities.

Time Limit

Many newcomers mistakenly believe they can fish anytime in LifeAfter, but the system is actually time-limited. Fishing boats depart on a fixed schedule, only once every two hours, and each trip has a registration window of only about 15 minutes.

If you miss these 15 minutes, you must wait for the next two-hour cycle. This is the core rhythm limitation of the entire LifeAfter fishing gameplay.

Matchmaking Mechanism

Once the opening time arrives, you can register for LifeAfter fishing activity through your camp or Dark Port. The system will match you with other players, allowing you to participate solo or in a team, but each boat can only accommodate a maximum of 24 players.

The matchmaking window is also only 15 minutes long. If there aren't enough players, LifeAfter system will wait until 24 players are available before departure. Once you successfully boarded the boat, you will officially begin the fishing process at sea.

Fishing Mechanics

Once you enter fishing mode, you need to prepare your fishing rod and pay attention to a key resource called focus, which determines whether you can use fishing skills. Each skill use consumes a corresponding amount of energy, which will regenerate naturally over time.

During LifeAfter fishing, the more mutant fish you catch, the higher your bounty rank will be, unlocking more skills and rewards. The most crucial phase of the entire fishing process begins when Mutation Tide appears. During this time, you have a chance to catch high-scoring mutant fish, and even the rare Mutant Kingfish.

During Mutation Tide, you can use items to restore focus energy, but there is a cooldown, so you must choose your usage time wisely. Normally, there are two fishing buttons: one for regular fishing and one for skill fishing.

After the tide ends, you will mostly only be able to catch regular fish. Therefore, EZG does not recommend using skills during the normal phase; it's best to save your energy for Mutation Tide.

Sailing Flow

The entire voyage is not completed in a fixed LifeAfter area, but is divided into three fishing destinations. Each voyage will pass through three sections of sea, with a stop of approximately 7 minutes in each section. The system will automatically switch to the next stop after the time expires. You need to repeat the fishing operation until you complete the third destination.

After the entire voyage is completed, the ship will return to Dark Port. During the return phase, you can process the materials you've already obtained. These resources can be brought back to your manor for food or crafting. However, note that if you've reached your daily limit, participating in fishing again will not grant new LifeAfter material rewards.

Even without rewards, if you successfully catch a new mutant fish, it will still be recorded in the fish encyclopedia system. After completion, you can choose to leave immediately or re-enter the event through Dark Port, Hope 101, or the interface entrance, but you must wait for the next time refresh.

Bounty Quests

Besides fishing, LifeAfter has a crucial system called bounty quests. This system is separate from fishing points; bounty points can only be increased by completing quests, not directly through fishing.

As your bounty level increases, new quests, skills, and Dark Port shop content will gradually unlock, improving fishing efficiency and making it easier to catch larger fish.

LifeAfter bounty quest interface displays multiple objective quests. The most basic objective is to complete an open-sea voyage and return safely. You simply need to complete a fishing trip without quitting midway to complete it. There are also tasks like catching 30 offshore fish, and you can check your progress on the left side of the task interface.

Another type of task involves using fishing supplies. These items restore focus energy and can be obtained through Dark Port shop, by exchanging with LifeAfter NPCs, or through LifeAfter Credits trading. As the system progresses, you'll encounter goals like earning 10,000 fishing points per voyage, with later challenges reaching 20,000 or even 50,000 points.

Another type of task involves completing orders from LifeAfter NPCs. Interact with NPC in Dark Port and submit the specified fish. These tasks are weekly and refresh periodically.

As your bounty points increase, you'll unlock the entire skill system, requiring you to use all skills in missions. The ultimate challenge is collecting all 12 types of mutated kingfish. This is a long-term goal that requires continuous voyages to complete.

LifeAfter's fishing system isn't a quick and easy activity; it's a long-term commitment constrained by time mechanics, voyage structure, and resource management. Players must adapt to this cyclical experience. You need to gradually unlock skills and rewards by continuously participating in fishing.

ARC Raiders Players Are Divided Over Expedition 4 Reward Changes: Here's Why

The fourth ARC Raiders Expedition is set to run from July 7 to July 21, giving players a 14-day window to sign up and complete the challenges. Notably, the developers have implemented the most significant overhaul to Expedition progression system to date.

These changes sparked widespread discussion within ARC Raiders community. Some players feel the developers are undermining Expedition's most appealing feature - permanent progression rewards - while others argue the move helps narrow the gap between new and veteran players, paving the way for a fairer progression system in the upcoming Frozen Trail update.

Debates regarding reward mechanics, fairness, and the future direction of ARC Raiders Expedition 4 have become the hottest topics leading up to the event's launch.

Controversy

The biggest change in the upcoming ARC Raiders Expedition 4 is the shift from skill points to temporary blueprints as rewards - a move that has become the focal point of the community's reaction. Many players believe Embark's major misstep was diminishing the value of Expedition's core feature: permanent progression.

The most disappointing aspect is that Mystery Reward system keeps blueprint acquisition random and luck-dependent. There is even a risk of receiving duplicate blueprints - items you might already own from Ermal Vault - meaning you could toil through an Expedition only to end up with a worthless duplicate.

Players feel Expedition has become significantly less attractive following these changes. While dedicated fans of ARC Raiders' gameplay loop will probably still participate, the game currently needs fresh content rather than a nerf to Expedition rewards.

Some players argue that the benefits gained from participating in Expeditions no longer outweigh the losses incurred by the account reset. Furthermore, failing to keep up with Expedition progress could result in the loss of certain buffs, forcing players to participate even if they are dissatisfied with the changes.

Previously, many players participated in Expedition specifically to earn all skill points and permanent stash space. However, with the introduction of Ermal Vault, stash space - once an exclusive Expedition reward - can now be obtained through other means, effectively weakening Expedition's primary incentive.

With the developers confirming that stash expansion will cap at 60 slots after the fifth Expedition, the prospect of resetting one's account no longer offers an interesting enough reason to continue.

What players find even more unacceptable is that participating in Expedition 4 actually results in the loss of the extra stash space provided by Ermal, whereas opting out allows them to retain those upgrades. Many players find this design difficult to comprehend from a logical standpoint.

Some ARC Raiders players emphasize that the genuine issue isn't just the decline in reward value, but the dwindling number of permanent rewards. Factors such as capped inventory space, a ceiling on skill points, and the random duplication of temporary blueprints have caused Expeditions 4 to lose their long-term appeal.

Support

Although dissenting voices dominate, there are still plenty of supporters within ARC Raiders community. Some players believe that retaining the damage challenge was the right decision.

Moreover, this adjustment didn't come entirely out of the blue; the developers had previously noted that many players had already hit the skill point cap, making a limit on skill points an expected move. The developers could hardly allow players to accumulate infinite skill points and eventually max out the entire skill tree; the progression system requires a cap.

In fact, ARC Raiders team hinted at this future direction in a May announcement. It stated that since many Raiders had reached max level and capped their skill points, Frozen Trail would introduce new progression goals, offering an alternative path for players who had completed multiple Expeditions.

Suggestions

ARC Raiders community has also offered various suggestions on how to balance the value of Expeditions with fairness. One perspective is that players participating in Expeditions should receive five permanent blueprints as a reward for account progression.

Meanwhile, players who do not participate in Expeditions could still obtain the same blueprints through standard means - such as trials, missions, or map scavenging - without enjoying the convenience of a permanent unlock. This approach would prevent veteran players from gaining an overwhelming statistical advantage while preserving the significance of Expeditions.

Other players have suggested designating certain uncraftable, high-value ARC Raiders Items - such as Silencer III, Kinetic Converters, or Horizontal Grips - as exclusive permanent blueprint rewards for Expeditions, making them far more appealing than standard blueprints.

There is also the view that striking a balance for Expeditions is inherently difficult; they arguably require a reset to remain meaningful, yet rewards cannot be so powerful that new players cannot catch up, as this would compromise fairness.

To address this issue, some ARC Raiders players have proposed raising the maximum skill point cap so that full progression is achieved after completing five Expeditions. They also suggest decoupling Expedition Vault from Ermal: adding a vault slot for every one or two Expeditions completed, while granting Raider Tokens as an additional reward.

Regarding stash space, a diminishing growth model could be adopted: adding 12 slots over the first five Expeditions, then gradually reducing the rate of increase to ensure room for long-term progression.

Beyond discussing Expedition rewards, many players believe that October marks a truly critical juncture for ARC Raiders. Currently, it appears Embark is using Ermal to maintain player engagement, hoping to keep the community active until the major Frozen Trail update arrives in October.

ARC Raiders team seems to be actively exploring the game's future direction, including new progression systems, more balanced reward mechanisms, and richer combat experiences, to ensure Frozen Trail update delivers high-quality content.

If you would like to stay updated on the latest ARC Raiders news, please follow EZG Facebook; we also host occasional ARC Raiders Items giveaways.

Overall, although the latest Expedition 4 has not yet officially launched, it has already sparked the most intense community discussion seen in ARC Raiders in recent times. As the major October update approaches, players hope the developers will seize this opportunity to refine the long-term value of Expedition system.

Bizarre Lineage Leveling Guide: Step-by-Step Milestones to Reach Level Cap 50 Fast

As a unique anime-inspired game on Roblox, Bizarre Lineage has been highly sought after by many casual players since its release. They have said that although there are very intense and exciting PvE battles, these are no longer a problem after the character reaches the maximum level, and a battle can even be completed in a few minutes.

In light of this, players have begun searching for strategies to quickly level up in Bizarre Lineage. EZG.com has identified the most effective method for reaching level cap 50 in Bizarre Lineage from existing social media and community comments, which requires a phased approach. As well as this guide will recommend spots that offer a lot of experience points.

Preparations before Leveling

Before you embark on a fast and enjoyable leveling experience in Bizarre Lineage, make sure you choose the correct Stand and Fighting Style. The former ensures you unlock more ways to farm XP, while the latter ensures quick and stable progression through the early stages of the game.

Here, EZG.com recommends Boxing as Fighting Style, which you can obtain from Bus Stop 2, unlocked early in the game. After investing a small amount in it, your damage output will increase significantly. Combined with Stand, which has a decent attack range, you can quickly reach around level 25.

When allocating attribute points for Stand, do not focus on averaging them out. Instead, prioritize attributes that contribute to quickly gaining experience and clearing levels, such as faster kill speed and a larger area of effect for group damage. Once everything is ready, we can head towards the level cap of 50!

Level 1-10

For new players who set up an account in Bizarre Lineage, the focus during levels 1 through 10 is on completing the tutorial and the mission at Grand Morioh Hotel. These quests are short and don't take much time, but they offer generous experience rewards.

By the way, don't make unlocking Boxing at Bus Stop 2 the last thing you do at this level, because only after activating it and completing missions consecutively will your Fighting Style damage increase significantly, thus quickly accumulating experience points and Bizarre Lineage Items rewards.

Level 11-20

Once you've gained some combat effectiveness, your character can try switching between story objectives and the safer mini-boss encounters near major bus stops, activating whichever side first and going there first. In these shortened reset cycles, your experience points will increase rapidly.

Especially when taking the free shuttle bus provided by Rhett. Please note that Fast Travel is the best tool to help you level up your character by 10 levels during this phase. Therefore, please find out which stations are closest to your current goal to significantly reduce your travel and rotation time.

Level 21-35

Once your character reaches this level, your Fighting Style is largely complete, just lacking some support. Therefore, you can equip a basic Sub-Ability, such as a powerful combo, which will help you handle encounters more quickly and is more effective than simply increasing attributes.

The most engaging and active areas are dense NPC clusters near major travel points, where you'll need to perform short, repeatable kill cycles. Note that if you encounter particularly difficult encounters, you can skip them. Also, the monsters you can repeatedly farm should be those that can be dealt with quickly, ideally every 3 minutes.

Level 36-50

Finally, we're seeing the light at the end of the tunnel in our leveling journey! In this final leveling phase, focus on one high-value farming target: Okuyasu Nijimura Prime, located near Bus Stop 9 Gas Station. This is the most important farming target in the mid-to-late game, and the encounters it presents are quite challenging, so please pay attention to your combat strategy.

For example, bring enough Bizarre Lineage Items for healing to make the encounter easier. Also, return via the nearest bus stop after defeating the boss to minimize waiting time. Furthermore, completing encounters with Story bosses also grants a large amount of experience points, making it well worth the effort.

Additional Source - XP Bonus

One source of extra XP that's definitely worth paying attention to Treadmill in Bus Stop 2 Gym, which provides a 1.5x bonus to your subsequent XP gain. Therefore, the most effective way to use it is to use it before any monster farming to maximize all the rewards. Meanwhile, NPC-dense areas near Bus Stop are a good source of XP for farming.

What can do after reaching level 50?

Once you've overcome numerous challenges and reached the level cap of 50 set by Bizarre Lineage, Prestige system will unlock. Your character level will be reset, but this will also provide you with some permanent rewards and new progress milestones. For example, you'll receive Prestige Shards, which can be used to redeem various rare items and rewards in the exclusive shop.

However, it's worth noting that these rewards are not automatically unlocked after you reach a certain level. Instead, you should bring 10,000 game coins to Hospital and interact with the corresponding NPC to activate Prestige rank. These are all the steps to level up to the maximum in Bizarre Lineage. Have fun playing!

MLB The Show 26 July 2 Update Revealed: The Show Live, Lightning Cards & Major Power Creep Concerns

Following June 26 developer livestream - which introduced June Spotlight Drop 3 and new Mini Seasons modes while Summer Series was already in full swing - it is important to note that this update was merely a prelude to summer. The true highlight content is set to launch officially on July 2.

July 2 marks both the beginning of new content and the conclusion of current programs, featuring The Show LIVE (addressing hot topics within the player community), June Lightning & Retro Lightning, June Spotlight Drop 4 and a New Event Program.

Read on to learn more about everything launching over the next three days.

The Show Live

Cheating and unfair play within MLB The Show 26 have long been hot topics of discussion in the player community.

These debates have persisted for quite some time. Some players use external rapid-fire controllers or other cheating tools to achieve a perfect win rate-exploits that the game's internal systems often fail to detect in time, sometimes even resulting in false penalties against genuinely skilled players.

Such oversights and shortcomings have caused immense frustration for players who compete honestly.

Additionally, the community has recently been discussing the issue of Power Creep.

By the nature of power creep, new cards released in July will inevitably boast superior stats and attributes compared to those from June.

However, players put immense effort into collecting the numerous June player cards; they do not want these cards to lose their value or be rendered obsolete by stronger July releases shortly after acquisition.

If that happens, the act of collecting player cards loses its purpose, and players may lose their enthusiasm for the hobby. After all, if new cards are constantly on the horizon, there is little incentive to strive for items that will soon be outdated.

In response to these concerns and feedback, MLB The Show 26 team has announced a dedicated segment during the livestream on July 2 at 11:00 AM PT (via Twitch and YouTube).

They will address these issues, outline future plans, reveal the full attributes and perk combinations for June Lightning & Retro Lightning cards, and offer a sneak peek at All-Star edition content-touted as the biggest event of the mid-season-launching on July 9.

A quick reminder to players: don't forget to claim your Drops (reward chests) while watching the stream on Twitch.

June Lightning & Retro Lightning

June Lightning and Retro Lightning represent the most prestigious Collection categories in MLB The Show 26 each month, offering players one high-rated active player card and one high-rated Legend card.

June Lightning

June Lightning selection is based on real-world performance statistics from the 2026 MLB season throughout June. Players are chosen based on top-tier performance, popularity, and significant social impact. Current community favorites for these spots include Pete Crow-Armstrong, Hunter Goodman, and Junior Caminero.

These players have demonstrated strong all-around skills and consistently excellent results in recent games; their cards are expected to launch with an overall rating of 98-99.

Retro Lightning

Retro Lightning pays tribute to MLB Legends who delivered legendary performances during the month of June in past seasons. Community predictions suggest the featured player will likely be a powerful left-handed hitter or a slugger with a secondary position at catcher.

Examples include Kyle Schwarber, who hit 28 home runs in June 2023; or Pete Crow-Armstrong, who has generated significant buzz thanks to his outstanding performance this June.

Note that acquiring Retro Lightning card requires locking in approximately 13-15 player cards from June Spotlight series. Since the program is currently only in its third phase with limited cards released so far, it is advisable to monitor the marketplace and start stockpiling affordable Spotlight cards from Drops 1 through 3 before July 2nd.

Prices may rise once Retro Lightning card is officially announced. If your budget is limited, you can also buy MLB The Show 26 Stubs from EZG.com. If market prices are low, consider stocking up on extra cards to resell at a higher price after July 2nd.

June Spotlight Drop 4

If MLB 26 June Spotlight Drop 3 represents the climax of the series, June Spotlight Drop 4 serves as the finale - marking the final major card pack and exclusive program for June Spotlight series. Upon launch, players will gain access to brand-new Moments and PXP missions.

Completing these not only yields the new Drop 4 Diamond player cards and a significant amount of Stubs but also provides a major boost toward completing the 4th Inning main XP path.

New Event Program

The launch of the new Event Program coincides with the conclusion of the current Moonshot II event.

This new event introduces fresh roster restrictions, such as limits on card types, eras, and specific attribute requirements for the players in your lineup.

The mission mechanics have also been updated to include eight new cumulative stat-based objectives, tracking totals for hits, extra-base hits, home runs, and wins. Key rewards include a new Diamond player card, numerous themed packs, XP, and tens of thousands of Stubs.

Like the others, this serves as another avenue to accelerate progress along the 4th Inning main XP path.

These are the events launching in MLB The Show 26 on July 2nd. These four main events will dominate the schedule for the following week, leading up to July 9th, when the year's most significant and high-value content - All-Star program, is officially launches.

All-Star

Based on the real-world MLB All-Star Game rosters for the current season, the developers will release exclusive player cards for American League and National League All-Stars.

A Home Run Derby event will take place, and within 24 hours of its conclusion, exclusive HR Derby packs will hit the in-game store. The winner, runner-up, and other participants will receive player cards featuring a Power attribute maxed out at 125.

Meanwhile, the winner of All-Star Game itself will receive a near-perfect, 99 OVR god-tier card with no weak attributes.

For strategies on acquiring these high-scoring cards, follow EZG Facebook; we'll share key tips and free giveaways of game resources there.

This is a primary source of concern regarding Power Creep within the community. The cards arriving in early July boast excellent overall ratings and attributes-often surpassing those released in June.

In short, there are three days left to prepare. As a reminder: for players aiming to collect MLB The Show 26 Retro Lightning card, make sure to acquire the necessary June Drop cards as soon as possible if you haven't already.

Path of Exile 2 Patch 0.5.4 Best Builds: Top 5 Meta Builds Ranked by Power, Cost, and Performance

As Path of Exile 2: Return of the Ancients transitions into Patch 0.5.4, numerous additions and modifications have been introduced, requiring players to adjust their builds accordingly.

With a wide array of classes and countless build variations available, which ones stand out as the most popular and powerful within the community for Patch 0.5.4?

Here are five of the hottest builds in Patch 0.5.4 - covering their core mechanics, performance, and costs - to help you craft your own.

Nightfall Titan Build

First up is Nightfall Titan - the most popular build for Titan class in PoE 2 Patch 0.5.4.

At the heart of this build lies a shield named Nightfall. It grants two powerful active skills: Soaring Midnight and Embrace the Fall.

Soaring Midnight allows you to hurl the shield at enemies. By activating Embrace the Fall while the shield is in flight, your character instantly teleports to the shield's location, catches it, and slams it into the ground, dealing massive damage.

The only drawback to this combo is 4-second cooldown on Embrace the Fall. However, players can mitigate this by using the skill Grim Pillars.

Grim Pillars summons a cluster of ice crystals on the ground in front of you. By casting Grim Pillars to create a field of crystals before throwing your shield, you can trigger the teleport-and-slam maneuver effectively.

The shockwave from the slam shatters the ice crystals; shattering a crystal resets the cooldown of Embrace the Fall.

Another major advantage of this build is its excellent cost-to-performance ratio. The total cost is approximately 30 to 40 Path Of Exile 2 Divine Orbs, making it affordable for most players. Stormcaller Arrow Spirit Walker Build.

Stormcaller Arrow Spirit Walker Build

The second build to introduce is the most popular Spirit Walker build in PoE 2 Patch 0.5.4: Stormcaller Arrow Spirit Walker Build.

The core of this build is Stormcaller Arrow skill. Its effect is as follows: it fires an arrow that embeds itself at the impact point and summons a lightning strike.

By pairing Spirit Walker class with the bow Lioneye's Glare, the character can fire a massive number of arrows in a single cast.

You can also use support gems to make every fired arrow split into two. By stacking these effects, a single use of Stormcaller Arrow can launch nearly three hundred arrows and summon nearly three hundred simultaneous lightning strikes, resulting in devastating AoE damage.

Insta Snipe Spammer Gemling Build

The third build is for Spammer Gemling, centered around Snipe skill. Most PoE 2 players view Snipe as a classic single-target burst skill; it typically requires holding down the button to charge and releasing at a specific "perfect moment" to deal maximum damage, making map-clearing efficiency very low.

However, in Patch 0.5.4, Gemling Legionnaire received significant buffs. Its core node, Advanced Thaumaturgy, adds an effect to Snipe skill gem: it extends the timing window for the perfect moment.

With this node active, players can widen  "perfect moment" window, guaranteeing they can consistently land the attack at that peak timing for maximum damage.

Furthermore, if players stack attack speed bonuses using Unique Items like Quill Rain, they can drastically reduce Snipe's charge time - potentially even compressing it to zero.

Since Snipe is a single-target skill, its map-clearing efficiency lags behind AoE skills. To address this, you can use Tornado Shot to duplicate arrows, enabling effective area-of-effect attacks.

Reverse Chill Martial Artist Build

The fourth build utilizes Reverse Chill mechanic. In PoE 2, characters normally suffer reduced action speed when taking cold damage or becoming frozen. However, Reverse Chill effect does the exact opposite: when the character is frozen, their movement speed and cast speed actually increase. This setup underwent significant changes in Patch 0.5.4 because the gear it relied on in Patch 0.4.0 was heavily nerfed.

You can now reconstruct this build using Scold's Bridle helmet. This item features a self-damage mechanic: whenever you cast a skill and consume mana, you take physical damage equal to the mana cost.

Pair this with Seer and Inheritance Marabout Garb body armor, which features a Reverse Chill mechanic that triggers a chill effect when you take physical damage. These two items work together to make you move incredibly fast.

Bitter Dead Gemling Legionnaire Build

The final build to be introduced centers on Bitter Dead skill - a Kalguuran skill introduced in PoE 2 Patch 0.5.4. This skill converts nearby corpses into a barrage of frost projectiles that track enemies, offering exceptional map-clearing efficiency.

However, Bitter Dead suffers from a common drawback typical of Corpse Explosion style skills: during boss fights, the lack of monster corpses causes the skill's damage output to plummet.

To solve this, you can use Sacrifice support gem. This gem allows you to consume your own minions as corpses, ensuring a steady supply of corpse resources during boss encounters.

Additionally, you can utilize  Gemling Legionnaire's Advanced Thaumaturgy, as Bitter Dead Alternate Quality effect grants a chance not to consume a corpse when casting skill.

By stacking specific gear and passive skills, this chance can be raised to 100%, giving you an infinite arsenal of frost projectiles.

That concludes the detailed overview of the five most popular builds in Path of Exile 2 Patch 0.5.4. If you enjoyed this article, please follow EZG Facebook; we will be sharing more interesting content and offering valuable gifts - potentially including rare currency and gear - to our followers in the future.

Of course, there are many other popular builds within the player community; this article has simply highlighted the most distinctive ones.

Diablo 4 Season 14 Zeal Paladin Leveling Build: What Is the Fastest Way to Level 1-70 in Season of Death Awakening?

With Diablo 4 Season 14 Season of Death Awakening fast approaching on June 30, many players are looking for a build that allows for rapid progression. Zeal Paladin stands out as one of the most recommended leveling builds for this season, thanks to its excellent mob-clearing efficiency, reliable survivability, and smooth power progression.

Zeal Paladin builds focus on seamless skill synergy throughout the leveling process, ensuring you remain combat-effective at every stage. The build develops as you level up, ultimately forming a complete system that balances high burst damage with robust survivability.

Below, EZG provides a detailed breakdown of this top-tier Season 14 Paladin leveling build. We cover which skills to acquire at each stage, helping you complete Season 14 leveling process quickly and reliably for the smoothest possible experience.

Mechanics

Diablo 4 Zeal Paladin leveling build revolves around Auras. Offensive Auras provide bonus damage, critical hit chance, resource regeneration, and continuous Holy damage, while Defensive Auras offer armor, resistances, health, and sustainability.

Additionally, several Zeal Paladin skills apply a Weaken effect to enemies, reducing their damage output and triggering further bonuses for Zeal and other skills.

The build's primary damage-dealing skill is Zeal. In the early stages of Season 14, casting Zeal consumes Faith resource; however, as you unlock specific passive skills, the cost shifts to a percentage of your maximum health, eliminating the reliance on Faith.

This means that in the later stages of Season 14, you can cast Zeal almost continuously. By utilizing healing, Fortify, and various Defensive Auras to constantly replenish health, you can achieve a truly infinite damage loop in Season of Death Awakening.

Gear and Oaths

When gearing up, prioritize affixes such as Holy Damage, All Damage, Strength, Paladin Skill Levels, and Cooldown Reduction. As you level, continuously upgrade your gear to improve the values of these affixes and the overall quality of your equipment. In Diablo 4, gear that provides skill ranks for Zealot skills will significantly boost Zeal Paladin's overall damage output.

For your Oath, Zealot Oath is recommended; it empowers all skills tagged as Zealot and grants Fervor when casting them, further increasing damage.

Early-Game Leveling

From levels 1 to 5, prioritize investing all skill points into Advance. This is Zeal Paladin's primary early-game attack skill and a crucial source of Faith.

Upon reaching level 5 and unlocking Zeal, keep one point in Advance but reallocate all other points into Zeal to make it your main damage-dealing skill as soon as possible, while Advance continues to handle resource regeneration.

Between levels 5 and 15, you should unlock the core Auras: Fanaticism Aura, Defiance Aura, and Holy Light Aura.

Fanaticism Aura boosts attack speed and critical hit rate while consuming Faith to weaken nearby enemies; Defiance Aura provides armor and all-resistance while granting crowd-control removal capabilities; Holy Light Aura deals continuous Holy damage and provides healing when activated.

Ideally, you should acquire all three Auras before level 13. Around level 14, learn Falling Star to use as a mobility skill for quickly closing the gap to enemies.

Mid-Game Build

The phase where the full Zeal Paladin build truly takes shape begins between levels 15 and 22. First, enhance Advance; this skill applies a Weaken effect to enemies it hits - reducing their damage output - and grants the ability to pass through enemies, boosting mobility. It is fundamental for quickly clearing maps and farming Diablo 4 Items.

Next, continue upgrading Zeal to increase its number of attacks; this provides the most significant damage boost in the early stages of Season 14. Simultaneously, unlock critical-hit-related passives to maximize Zeal's critical damage.

Afterward, gradually upgrade your three Auras. Fanaticism Aura increases maximum Faith, expanding your resource capacity; Defiance Aura increases maximum health, preparing you for the later transition where Zeal consumes health instead of Faith. Holy Light Aura increases the number of targets hit by Holy damage, significantly boosting mob-clearing efficiency.

Zeal Paladin builds establish a cohesive rotation where skills reinforce one another, creating excellent synergy across damage output, survivability, and resource management. Falling Star gains the ability to inflict Vulnerable status on enemies, allowing them to take increased damage whenever you engage in combat via this movement skill.

Power Spike Phase

A crucial turning point occurs after level 28. Upon unlocking Death or Glory, Zeal Paladin's resource cost for Faith shifts to a Health cost; in exchange, the character gains massive damage and critical hit bonuses based on health lost - this is the build's core mechanic.

Subsequently, Defiance Aura gains continuous healing and Resolve regeneration capabilities to offset the health cost, while Holy Light Aura increases chain counts and provides Fortify, bolstering Zeal Paladin's survivability in Diablo 4 Season 14.

Falling Star receives cooldown reduction and is classified as a Zealot skill while retaining its Weaken effect, further enhancing the overall skill combo. With these changes, all key skills form a fully integrated system, marking the start of Zeal Paladin's peak performance phase.

Burst Damage Surge

Between levels 34 and 39, Zeal Paladin experiences the most significant power leap of the leveling process with the unlocking of Ultimate skill, Zenith - the build's primary burst ability. Thanks to Sermon of Steel passive, it develops from a simple two-hit strike into a sustained attack lasting several seconds, dealing massive damage to surrounding enemies.

Additionally, you gain bonus critical hit chance and can reduce the skill's cooldown by killing enemies afflicted with Weaken effect.

The ideal combo involves using Falling Star to charge into a group of enemies and apply Weaken, followed immediately by Zenith. This not only clears waves of enemies rapidly but also continuously resets Ultimate's cooldown, enabling high-frequency burst damage.

Final Progression

Beyond level 40, the remaining leveling priority is to fully upgrade the core skills. Zeal should be maxed out first, as it serves as the primary damage-dealing skill used most frequently throughout the leveling journey.

Next, prioritize upgrading Zenith. Although it has a 25-second cooldown, its burst potential is immense; it deals massive damage against both large groups of monsters and elite enemies, significantly speeding up your overall farming efficiency.

Finally, max out Fanaticism Aura - this is the strongest and most impactful aura in the entire build. Any remaining skill points can be allocated to Defiance Aura and Holy Light Aura to boost your overall defense and utility.

Zeal Paladin is a highly recommended build for leveling and progression in Diablo 4 Season 14. By following this leveling path, you will experience steady power gains at every stage from level 1 to 70, enjoying well-balanced performance across single-target damage, crowd clearing, and survivability.
