It's been almost a month since the last in-game update for Honkai: Star Rail, and players are eagerly anticipating what new banners, events, and content the next version will bring. Release Date
Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.0 was released on February 12. North American servers received the update first and officially went live at 10:00 GMT on 12th. Also, Phase 1 of 4.0 will last from February 12 to March 3; and Phase 2 of 4.0 will last from March 3 to March 24. The following are the release times for the new versions on other servers.
- European Servers: 4:00 AM GMT, 13th
- Asia Servers: 11:00 AM GMT, 13th
- Taiwan/Hong Kong/Malaysia: 11:00 AM GMT, 13th
It's worth noting that there's a server maintenance period before each new version release, lasting approximately 5 hours. Therefore, Trailblazers are advised to plan their time accordingly and avoid logging in or performing routine explorations during maintenance hours to minimize unnecessary losses.
New Characters
In this HSR Version 4.0 update, two new characters will be introduced: Yao Guang used Physical element, and Sparxie used Fire element, both of which are five-star characters belonging to Path of Elation. The former will be launched in Phase 1, while the latter will not be launched until Phase 2 on March 3.
With the release of these two new characters, Honkai: Star Rail also welcomes new 5-Star Light Cones: When She Decided to See for Yao Guang and Dazzled By A Flowery World for Sparxie. They are all located in Brilliant Fixation Warp Banner, but the latter will not be available until Phase 2.
Meanwhile, the standard Light Cone drop pool has added two 4-star Elation Light Cones, Today's Good Luck and Mushy Shroomy's Adventures, and two 3-star Light Cones, Lingering Tear and Sneering.
New Banners
Thanks to the addition of two new characters, HSR's banners have also been updated in version 4.0. Yao Guang's banner will be available throughout the new version, but Sparxie's banner will only be available in Phase 2. Below are the release dates of each banner and details it contains.
Yao Guang Banner - February 12 - March 24
- 5-Star: Yao Guang
- 4-Star: Pela, Qing Que, and Hanya
Phase 1 Indelible Coterie Banners - February 12 - March 3

Phase 2 Indelible Coterie Rerun Banners - March 3 - March 24
- 5-Star: Cerydra, Rappa and Sparkle
- 4-Star: Pela, Qing Que, and Hanya
While acquiring these powerful characters through Gacha system certainly offers a superior gaming experience, it can lead to wasting a lot of Stellar Jade on unnecessary pulls. Therefore, it's better to simply buy Honkai Star Rail Accounts from EZG.com, which offer both four-star and five-star characters for you to choose from.
New Mission
With new characters and new Banners, how could there be no new missions? Honkai: Star Rail has added a new Trailblaze Mission called No Aha at Full Moon in this update, where you will join a game hosted by Aha, the Aeon of Elation.
Unlocking it is also very simple; just complete Memories are the Prelude to Dreams after the new version is released. If you haven't completed Penacony Storyline yet, you can also use Leap of Trailblaze Feature in Finality's Vision and complete The Voyage Continues Trailblaze Mission to unlock the new quest in Amphoreus.
New Planet - Planarcadia
To provide a fresher exploration experience for all Trailblazers in Honkai: Star Rail, the developers have added a new planet to the vast game world, Planarcadia, which is also the next stop for Astral Express. This planet has very prosperous cities and is famous for its entertainment culture, so the highly anticipated Phantasmoon Games will be held here.
You'll enter Planarcadia through Duomension City and complete tasks such as dealing with crimes or participating in duels in Dovebrook District business district; or recruit like-minded creatives in imagery creation for your use in Graphia Academy. When you're tired, you can also relax by listening to jokes at World's End Tavern.

Honkai Star Rail 3.2: What Worth To Expect? - New Pets, Characters And More
Newer than Genshin Impact and a bit outdated compared to Zenless Zone Zero, Honkai Star Rail is a bit awkward in the HoYoverse, but it still has its own unique game charm and has been steadily developing and updating.
Based on the first release date of April 2023, this means that Honkai Star Rail will soon celebrate its second anniversary, which is why the game recently released a 3.2 update trailer that is expected to be launched in conjunction with the second anniversary celebration. Not only will you experience more new content, but you will also have the opportunity to get more free rewards. Based on this, let’s introduce some of them.
Special Login Bonus
According to relevant information, Star Rail is expected to upgrade the game’s typical Gift of Odyssey login bonus in version 3.2, so that you can not only get 10 Star Rail Passes like in past updates but also get 20 more through a special anniversary patch. Not only that, the 3.2 login bonus update will also bring you 1,600 Stellar Jades and 10 fuel points, so that you can plan your existing Honkai Star Rail Oneiric Shards more flexibly to get more new characters in 3.2.
New Characters Will Appear
Regarding the new characters available, in addition to Castorice and Anaxa, which have been expected by players for a long time, more Amphoreus characters such as Phainon, Hyacine and Hysilens will also follow in the game.
And if you often pay attention to some game gossip, you may also know that Star Rail may hold a crossover event with Fate/Stay Night in the first half of the 3.4 update. Therefore, in order to pave the way for this event, the 3.2 version may launch related new gashapons in advance.

In fact, before that, I believe you have already discovered the new characters Tribbie and Yunli in the recently launched version 3.1. When they appear in the limited-time Gacha banner, they will also lead you to the next chapter of the main story of Amphoreus.
In addition, version 3.1 also includes multiple other limited-time events, such as the main event The Awooo Firm, and the new cycle mode Divergent Universe. This series of intensive update may indicate that Honkai Star Rail intends to show its strength in 2025.
New Explorable Area
Generally speaking, new areas also mean new stories and gameplay, and the mysterious new area expected to appear in version 3.2 is expected to be related to the story of Castorice, one of the new characters. Initially, Star Rail presented you with six different cities through the latest world Amphoreus, and the new story of version 3.0 led you to Castrum Kremnos and Janusopolis, and Herta and Aglaea were the first new characters here.
Although the 3.1 version currently in progress has also added new characters, they all belong to existing areas. Based on the launch time of 3.2 (the second anniversary of the game), it is not surprising that Star Rail chose to add a new area to this node.
According to the leaked information, the biggest feature of this new area in 3.2 is a broken moon in the sky, and water can be seen flowing out of the explosion area and hanging above a sea of purple and blue flowers. In addition, there is a strange ethereal door - players think this is likely related to the new S-level character Castorice that will debut in 3.2.
The reason why everyone has this speculation is that it is obvious that Castorice should be the core character in the story of the 3.2 update. She has an important connection with Thanatos, the god of death in the game, and through the gameplay information of Castorice that has been circulated on the Internet recently, she should play the role of DPS in the team.
Cute New Pets
Although Honkai Star Rail added a pet system to the game in version 2.0, there have been no new pets added to the system for a long time, except for the cute Tuskpir added in Luminary Wardance quest in 2.5, perhaps due to the lack of quest plots suitable for pets. However, on the occasion of the second anniversary, it is time to let more cute little animals celebrate the anniversary with you in the game!
The game is expected to add a new chimera pet companion to the pet system through the 3.2 update. This chimera named Bubbles always wears sunglasses, a float and a hat, and it can be seen that it likes water very much.
In Star Rail, chimeras are cute little creatures that live around Amphoreus. They are very popular. And perhaps to pave the way for Bubbles’ arrival, it is expected that version 3.1 will soon hold a limited-time event centered on this creature to provide you with more information about chimeras.
Although it is not yet clear how to unlock new pets in version 3.2, it should generally require you to claim them after completing related quests. In addition, you can now redeem a regular chimera with a mystery gift from Janus’ Steed in Amphoreus. The color and appearance of this chimera are randomly set, and it will be automatically placed in Trailblazer room in Okhema city after you obtain it. Unfortunately, this chimera cannot be brought along as a companion, which may make you look forward to Bubbles even more.
The above are the highlights of Honkai Star Rail’s 3.2 version update that we have summarized for you based on the known information. Let us look forward to the arrival of the game’s two-year anniversary celebration!
Honkai Star Rail: Do You Know The Mysterious Character Acheron?
Honkai Star Rail offers players a pleasant gaming experience and a grand sci-fi story across multiple planets and space stations. The most attractive thing about the game is the charming characters.
Acheron is one of the most popular characters. Not only does she have a fascinating background story, but her role in the subsequent plot has also sparked widespread speculation and discussion.
For players who want to explore Acheron for the full experience, please close this guide. Because we will provide you with all the key details about Acheron.
A Brief Introduction Of Acheron
Acheron is a tall woman with a pale complexion and purple hair. She carries an enormous sword similar to Japanese odachi, but rarely draws the scabbard in battle.
Players know less about Acheron than they think. For example, she was once mistaken by players as a Galaxy Ranger. But in fact, there is no evidence that she is a Galaxy Ranger.
Acheron is an Emanator who has the authority to draw power from Aeon. As an Emanator of IX, Acheron is a special case, as IX is apathetic and is thought to not create Emanators. However, Acheron and her homeworld accidentally became an Emanator of Nihility through contact with IX.
Power Of Acheron
Although Acheron is not as powerful as Aeons, she is still one of the most powerful characters in Honkai Star Rail. As an Emanator of Nihility, Acheron often sheathes her sword in battle to limit her power and prevent herself from using it recklessly or accidentally. When unsheathed, Acheron seems to cut through anything.
Acheron has the extraordinary ability to transcend reality and dimensions, even stopping time. She can also weaken the influence of other Aeons.
She can also travel through black holes and guide lost souls. Her power seems boundless, making her an important character to watch.
Is Acheron Worth Playing?
Acheron is a very powerful character worth recruiting. If you are lucky enough to draw Acheron, you will include her in your character lineup and join your squad. However, if you are unlucky enough to always not draw her, you can also choose to obtain Honkai Star Rail Accounts that already have her. She will not unleash her full power in your squad, so you can’t expect her to immediately solve every threat you encounter in the game.
Overall, Acheron is a very charming and powerful character in Honkai Star Rail. Not only does she have a fascinating background story and unique abilities, but she also performs well in battle. Although she may not unleash her full power immediately in the squad, she is still an important character worth recruiting. If you have enough patience and luck to draw her, you will better experience the fun and challenge of the game.
Honkai Star Rail: How To Equip Game Characters? - Relics Sets Worth Getting
When playing fighting games like Honkai Star Rail, effectively Equipping your game character can help players be more handy when Challenging Endgame.
Among all Upgrade methods, Equipping Relic Sets is undoubtedly a better choice, which can help players better adapt to Mechanisms such as Trailblaze Level Increases.
When you have and Equip these Relic Sets in your Honkai Star Rail Accounts, you can get a more enjoyable gaming experience in various Battles.
Therefore, among all Relic Sets in the game. Select 6 more representative ones to introduce to you:
1. Wastelander Of Banditry Desert
This Relic Set is usually used by Imaginary DPS Units. Although it has unique advantages, there are also some specific restrictions on its use.
For example, on the one hand, it can benefit any Imaginary DPS through 2-Pc Bonus, but at the same time 4-Pc also means that this Set is usually only Welt can make full use of it.
In fact, it seems like every Character who can use this Set prefers other Sets, including Welt. But despite this, it still has its own unique strengths, so it’s not a loss to have it.
2. Firesmith Of Lava-Forging
This Relic Set is similar to Wastelander Of Banditry Desert in terms of disadvantages. It is good with a 2-Pc Bonus, but it is hindered by a 4-Pc Bonus.
However, it also has its advantages. With 4-Pc Bonus, Firesmith Of Lava-Forging can benefit any Fire DPS, but it comes with a 12% Increase in Fire DMG when using Ultimate.
This Relic Set is designed to be used by Fire DPS who rely too much on Skills to Deal Damage to Enemies, such as Jingliu after Skill Enhancement.
However, 12% Damage Increase that this Set can bring can only be applied to next Attack. Not both Turns. This makes it not as good as players think.
3. Thief Of Shooting Meteor
This is a great Relic Set for any Break oriented Units, and DPS Units can make the most of it by taking advantage of 4-Pc Bonus it provides.
Although Support and DPS Units will prefer other Sets, Thief Of Shooting Meteor is still a good choice if you lack necessary Parts to use other Relic Sets.
Materials for this Set are generally obtained by Defeating Weekly Echo Of War Bosses, so you will probably find that you already have a lot of Parts for it.
4. Champion Of Streetwise Boxing
This is arguably the best Slot Set for Clara, as she can easily take advantage of Effects it has. It is also a good Slot Set choice for Argenti, Sushang, and Trailblazer (Physical).
However, unless you try to Build it specifically, you won’t get as much from Farming it as you might think. Besides, another Relic Set that can be used with it can also be obtained from Weekly Boss Fights.
5. Musketeer Of Wild Wheat
Since Version 1.0, this Set has been around and is popular with players because its flexible 12% ATK Increase is quite feasible and can benefit almost every DPS Unit.
It is usually used in conjunction with another Relic Set’s 2-Pc Bonus because of its 2-Pc Bonus. A good 2-Pc Bonus means it can be a better Temporary Relic while you Farm other Relics. In addition, it is also obtained through Weekly Boss battles.
6. Passerby Of Wandering Cloud
For this Set. Some players like to use its 2-Pc Bonus, while others prefer 4-Pc Bonus. Whichever one you choose, it can be used on any Abundance Units. However, usually in Team that lack Skill Points, those Units that lack Skill Points will choose 4-Pc Bonus.
So far, believe you have a certain understanding of some Relic Sets in Honkai Star Rail. Hope you have fun playing the game later!
Honkai Star Rail: How To Choose A Physical Character? - Characters Overview
When you play other fighting games with multiple combat types, are physical characters often not in your selection range? The reason is very simple. Compared with characters that can cast fire or lightning, the damage of such physical characters is relatively simple and boring. But in Honkai Star Rail, the situation is completely different.
In Honkai Star Rail, a character can launch any type of attack, but they do not necessarily react to each other. In addition, any type can lower the enemy’s Toughness bar, so each type is very important. In this guide, we will introduce some of the useful and powerful Physical Characters in Honkai Star Rail to help you make a quick selection. Without further ado, prepare your Honkai Star Rail Accounts and take a look!
1. Sushang: The Hunt
Sushang is the four-star launch character in Honkai Star Rail and is very popular among players because of her chicken summoning attack. But if you judge Sushang from a meta perspective, she’s not very good, because she can only focus on one enemy at a time. So when you get to endgame content, Sushang may not help you much.
But Sushang has a lot of Toughness damage to enemies, and can give yourself some extra turns and damage when you get her Eidolons. Combining her strengths and weaknesses, you can use this character in early content and give her a rest when you start to face some high-level enemies.
2. Physical Trailblazer: Destruction
Physical Trailblazer is the first unit you get when you first get to Honkai Star Rail, and it’s also one of the easiest units to understand in the entire game. The basic attack can deal with AOE damage and can only damage a single target, and the ultimate skill is an enhanced version of these two damages.
Like Sushang, Physical Trailblazer is also only useful when you are in the early stages of the game. As you level up and the enemies become stronger, the overall damage it provides is no longer enough. Thankfully, the resources you spend on Physical Trailblazers aren’t wasted, as they’re shared across every type of Trailblazer.
3. Hanya: Harmony
When Hanya first appeared in Honkai Star Rail, many players struggled with how to allocate Skill Points, especially with characters like Dan Heng: Imbibitor Lunae. But Hanya solved that problem by giving you two Skill Points back over time when you use her skills.
Because of this and her gorgeous animations, Hanya was an enormous hit when she was released. But as players got more strategic with managing Skill Points, and better characters like Sparkle were released, Hanya fell out of favor.
Overall, she’s still a good four-star support, but there are better options in the game now.
4. Natasha: Abundance
No matter when you started playing Honkai Star Rail, Natasha is definitely one character you are most familiar with and use the most, as she is in your Honkai Star Rail Accounts when you first enter the game, and she is also the only healer you can get for free in the game.
Her skills are to provide some immediate healing to a single character, and some follow-up healing during the round. Her ultimate skill is to restore a large amount of health to the entire team. From this you can see that Natasha is very team-dependent and she can’t fight as a single character.
If you are this kind of selfless and helpful character in real life, and you have a lot of friends who take care of the actual damage in battle, you can choose this lovely character Natasha.
The above are some of Physical Characters you can choose in Honkai Star Rail. You can choose the one that suits you best based on your preferences and gaming habits. I hope you can use this Physical Character to better explore this very cute Honkai Star Rail!
