EA FC 26 Career Mode Needs Changes: What Changes Can Make It Better?

EA Sports FC is expected to launch FC 26 in September 2025. If the game wants to perform well, it needs to be upgraded effectively. Based on this, we will provide some optimization suggestions based on Career mode.

Apr 10, 2025 Author: EZG

Unlike MMORPGs that launch new seasons or new DLCs at fixed intervals, most sports video simulation games are based on a series and launch a new work for the series every year. Although these new works usually do not subvert the entire game content and gameplay, they are always better through optimization and upgrading compared to the previous ones-this is also one meaning of new works being launched.

As the most important sports game series on the market, EA Sports FC launched its first major work FC 24 in 2023, as a direct sequel to FIFA series. After receiving excellent reviews, it continued to work hard and launched FC 25 in 2024. According to recent news and conventions, EA FC 26 should meet you in September 2025.

In fact, there are some game modes in FC series that are the most important components, so they are often upgraded first, such as Career mode. Although FC 25 is in good shape overall, unresolved bugs and some meaningless features have held it back, and if FIFA 26 is to make a breakthrough, it will have to change. Based on this, we will suggest some changes based on the shortcomings of Career mode.

EA FC 26 Career Mode Needs Changes: What Changes Can Make It Better?

Restore Budget Increase Request

When the series was named just FIFA, you could request a budget increase in Career mode when playing FIFA 15/16, which meant asking the board for support to increase the transfer budget, but you had to ensure a certain degree of success. This feature was very good in both in-game performance and player reviews at the time, but it was later removed for unknown reasons.

It has to be said that this is an unwise move, because this feature does provide you with a better and more realistic team management experience. If FC 26 restores this feature, you will be able to more intuitively understand the relationship between the board and its manager in the team’s operation, and gain more freedom in player management - provided that the relevant AI settings are reasonable.

Make The Scout System More Detailed

Whether in the real world or in FC series of games, scouts are an important part. Whether you can find the best and most suitable players not only determines whether you are a successful manager, but also affects the strength and winning rate of the team. Although the current FC 25 scout system is not bad, it lacks sufficient depth and cannot accurately simulate scouts in the real world.

In fact, the improvement and enrichment of the scout system can fully improve your efficiency in recruiting players in FC 26, allowing you to match suitable players for your team in the game as accurately as possible, avoiding the waste of EA Sports FC 26 Coins after discovering that some players are not suitable for your team style after the redemption is completed.

Add Fan-Related Features

In the real world, although fans cannot directly influence the recruitment of players in the club, sometimes their opinions do affect the thinking of the team manager. Reflecting in the game, perhaps FIFA 26 can also try to build a fan-related function based on this, such as supporter confidence, like FM 24, and further advance your team building progress by completing tasks related to this trust.

Now there is a similar function called social media tab in FC 25, but it has no substantive meaning and is always full of loopholes. In fact, if EA FC 26 can really launch a function similar to the supporter confidence, it will not only enhance the realism of Career mode, but also make club management more immersive.

Fully Display Player And Team Data

Although the development of the competing game FM 25 was announced to be cancelled, it is still one of the main rivals of EA FC series, and it also provides a lot of experience to learn from, such as showing you a lot of data related to club and player development in the game. Although FC 25 has achieved this to a certain extent, if you want to increase the appeal of Career mode in FC 26, it is necessary to add more detailed information.

In FC 25, you can view the specific data of players throughout the season, including goals, assists, shutouts, and yellow and red cards, but these data will disappear as the season changes. In addition, although the career data of managers can also be viewed, they lack necessary details. Therefore, in the future, FC 26 should retain more season data to ensure that you have more references when recruiting players, so as not to waste coins on unsuitable players.

Make The Manager’s Work More Realistic

Normally, major football managers in the real world will constantly move between different clubs based on factors such as league conditions or salaries. However, in FC 25 Career mode, as long as you want, you can let the manager stay in the same club indefinitely. Although this will save you trouble, it also weakens the excitement in football because of the lack of uncertainty.

Therefore, if FUT 26 wants to make changes, this is undoubtedly a good entry point. Letting different managers rotate in different clubs, or letting retired players also transform into managers, will make team management more interesting. Although this may cause Career mode to last longer than the current season length, it is worth it.

In short, for EA Sports FC 26, Career mode is a playable mode with a lot of room for development. If it can get better, it will not only be good for the entire game series, but also respond to the long-standing players’ ridicule that “EA Sports releases the same game every year.” I hope FC 26 can do it!

Don't Miss FC 26 National Pride Ngumoha Objective: How to Finish All Missions in Just 8 Matches?

National Pride Ngumoha Objective is a high-value limited-time mission in FC 26, launched on July 9th with Season 9 and ending on August 13th.

Completing this mission not only unlocks a free 96-rated Rio Ngumoha card but is also the first step to unlocking the ultimate reward, the 98-rated FUTTIES Lampard Icon.

National Pride Ngumoha Objective consists of 5 sub-missions, each requiring you to play matches with specific lineup conditions and complete the objective. Therefore, lineup composition and completion strategies are crucial. How can you efficiently complete National Pride Ngumoha Objective with the fewest matches?

Mission List

The following 5 missions can be completed in Squad Battles, Division Rivals, Champions, or Live Friendlies.

1. It's Coming Home

Requirements

Your starting lineup must include at least 6 England players, and you must complete 5 matches.

Details

These 6 FC 26 players must be in the starting 11 at the start of the match, not as substitutes. However, you can substitute them with players from other countries after the match starts using your substitutions; this will not affect your progress.

Secondly, if you quit the match or lose internet connection midway through, the match will not count towards your progress.

2. Score 5

Requirements

Score a total of 5 goals using a player whose primary or first position is LM.

Details

The player's card must show LM as their Preferred Position. You can switch tactics and customize the formation after the match starts to move them to ST or CAM positions, which are easier to score from, thus achieving the objective more efficiently. The 5-goal requirement can be accumulated across multiple matches.

3. Win 3

Requirements

The starting lineup must include at least 2 Premier League players, and you must win 3 matches with a margin of at least 3 goals in each match.

Details

These two players do not need to be English; they only need to play for a Premier League club. A goal difference means the final score difference must be 3 goals or more, such as 4-1, 3-0, or 5-2.

Furthermore, if you choose to complete this task in FC 26 Squad Battles, remember to adjust the difficulty to at least Semi-Pro or higher in the team selection screen.

4. Squeaky Clean

Requirements

Maintain 5 clean sheets (no goals conceded).

Details

Your goal conceded must be 0 at the end of the match. Even if the final score is a 0-0 draw, as long as you keep a clean sheet, the match will count as valid progress.

In Rivals or Weekly Matches, if the opponent suddenly quits the match at 0-0, the system will not count this match in the task because the match did not reach the full 90 minutes. Thus, keeping the ball and focusing on defense in Single Player Squad Battles mode offers the safest approach to fulfilling this requirement.

5. Win 8

Requirements

Your starting lineup must include at least 6 First Owned players, and you must win 8 matches.

Details

First Owned players are those whose number is displayed as 1 in Number of Owners section of the details page.

The cards must be obtained from packs you open yourself using FC 26 Coins, or through SBC crafting and other free unlocks. Players undergoing Evolutions are also acceptable; players acquired through the trading market do not count.

Of all the missions, Squeaky Clean is generally considered the most difficult by the player community. Achieving this goal hinges entirely on maintaining a stable defensive structure for the duration of the match. For this, you can use a 4-2-3-1 or 4-1-4-1 formation, equipped with two defensive midfielders to protect the backline.

Squad Requirements

To perfectly combine these 5 requirements within 8 wins, check your starting 11 players according to the following criteria:

  • Include an English player whose primary class is LM (League of Legends).
  • Include 5 English players you've obtained from packs, with at least 2 playing for Premier League clubs.
  • Randomly include top-tier high-scoring players from FC 26 in your squad, such as Kylian Mbappé or Ronaldo Nazário, ensuring an easy win and a clean sheet.

Completion Strategy

To complete all tasks with the required squad in the fewest matches, follow this strategy:

1. First Match

Assemble your starting lineup using the recommended criteria above. Move LM player to the striker position until he reaches the required goal tally. Ensure the score is at least 3-0, 4-0, or higher to meet the goal difference requirement.

In the second half, switch to a defensive strategy, passing the ball safely in your own half to avoid conceding a goal by the end of the match.

2. Matches 2-3

Since the LM players have already completed their missions, you can freely score goals with Kylian Mbappé or other top players in these two matches. Just win by 3 goals or more and don't concede any in each match.

3. Matches 4-5

These two matches don't require a high score; scoring one goal is enough to secure a win. The core strategy is the same as the previous two matches: absolutely do not concede goals.

4. Matches 6-8

After completing the fifth match, you can immediately remove the 6 filler First Owned England players and replace them with your strongest full-strength 11-man ultimate lineup. Use top-rated players to win the final three matches and secure the grand prize.

Rewards Overview

  • 96-rated Rio Ngumoha special card
  • 5x 88+ Rare Gold Players Pack
  • 500 SP

The 5x 88+ Rare Gold Players Pack not only provides more ideas for your lineup but also allows you to invest in players with high development potential.

Therefore, completing FC 26 National Pride Ngumoha Objective is equally important for the season's progress and the player's own development.

FC 26 Summer Stars Could Be Ultimate World Cup Dream Team

With 2026 World Cup finals approaching, EA Sports FC 26 player community is entering its most anticipated phase. As the world's most watched football tournament, World Cup not only changes the storylines of real-world football but has also been a major source of inspiration for EA's annual large-scale events.

Given EA's history of using major tournaments for special content, 2026 World Cup cycle could turn Summer Stars into one of the biggest promos in FC 26 history.

Beyond high-rated cards, these events often become snapshots of a football era, giving players iconic items tied to memorable moments.

Summer Stars May Be the Biggest World Cup Promo

World Cup is held every four years, and content built around it often carries special significance. Players gain not only high-rated players but also a star representing the football memories of this era.

Past World Cup-related events have often become important milestones for Ultimate Team. The expanded scale of 2026 World Cup gives EA more room to create a game event that truly captures the essence of football.

Based on the currently leaked roster, Summer Stars for FC 26 aren't simply built around World Cup underdogs or tournament performances, but focus directly on players with the greatest global influence. But star power alone does not guarantee dominance in Ultimate Team.

FC series has increasingly relied on player models, PlayStyles, and game mechanics compatibility in recent years. Whether a top-rated card will ultimately become a popular choice depends on actual gameplay and the update environment.

Top Superstar Arrives

Currently leaked information indicates that Messi is expected to receive a 98 OVR.

This card retains his technical characteristics, emphasizing dribbling, passing, and shooting abilities, while also incorporating abilities like Tiki Taka+ and Finesse Shot+.

Messi's combination of technical ability, nostalgia, and unique in-game feel makes him one of the most desirable cards, even if the competitive meta does not fully favor his playstyle. For players who enjoy possession-based, short-passing, and technically oriented play, he will remain a very special player.

However, from a competitive standpoint, whether Messi can become the absolute core of FC 26 remains to be seen.

In recent years, FC series has increasingly emphasized speed, physical confrontation, and rapid progression in matches. Players who previously dominated matches with their agile dribbling may find themselves limited against high-intensity defenses.

While Messi represents the appeal of technical brilliance and nostalgia, Bellingham could become one of the most valuable cards from a competitive perspective.

The leaked Bellingham boasts near-all-around midfielder stats, with top-tier speed, shooting, passing, dribbling, and defensive abilities, along with Technical+ and Incisive Pass+ capabilities.

These characteristics perfectly match the midfield needs of FC 26 Ultimate Team. He can participate in both attack and defense, providing significant assistance in transitions. For players seeking a balanced lineup, Bellingham is likely to become one of the most sought-after cards.

A Star-Studded Attack

If Bellingham represents the future of midfielders, then Mbappé and Haaland represent two different answers to the current football attacking line. Mbappé represents explosive transitions and individual breakthroughs, while Haaland represents physical dominance and ruthless finishing.

In EA Sports FC 26, Mbappé has consistently been one of the most popular attackers. His speed, explosiveness, and dribbling ability have kept him among the top players for a long time. If his Summer Stars card maintains its expected performance, he will remain a popular choice in the market.

However, players have been familiar with Mbappé's strengths for years. What truly determines his strength is not simply improved stats, but whether PlayStyles can further amplify his characteristics.

In contrast, Haaland represents a completely unique playing style.

His Summer Stars card is expected to possess extremely strong finishing ability and physical advantages, coupled with abilities such as Finesse Shot+ and Quick Step+.

Compared to Mbappé, who relies on speed to break down defenses, Haaland is more like a penalty area finishing machine.

In the past, power forwards in FC series were often overlooked because of a lack of agility, but with the changing game environment, players with high shooting accuracy and strong physical abilities are becoming increasingly valued.

If Haaland can maintain good handling, he could very well become one of the most threatening center forwards in FC 26.

Beyond the two headline strikers, Summer Stars also offers several elite attackers with different tactical profiles. Vinicius, Salah, and Kane are also worth noting.

Vinicius is expected to receive a 98 OVR, and his characteristics are very much in line with the current game environment.

Vinicius is expected to receive a 98 OVR, and his characteristics are very much in line with the current game environment. Speed, dribbling, and ball control have always been the most important abilities for wingers, and Vinicius possesses these advantages.

If his special card maintains its excellent model and feel, he is likely to become a popular choice for FC 26 wing position.

Salah is more well-rounded. Compared to some players who rely on a single ability, Salah can complete dribbling and finishing, while also possessing good playmaking ability. His advantage lies in his greater adaptability, allowing him to integrate into various tactical systems.

Kane is a different type. Although speed is not his main characteristic, his shooting, passing, and physical abilities can meet the needs of players who prefer a possession-based style of play.

If players prefer positional attacks, Kane could be a very comfortable center forward choice.

A New Generation of Defensive Stars

While attacking players usually attract the most attention in Ultimate Team, defensive options often determine whether a squad can compete at the highest level.

Summer Stars is not just a stage for attacking players; the defense may also see an upgrade. In today's FC 26, center-backs not only need to complete tackles and interceptions, but their ability to distribute the ball out from the back is also becoming increasingly important.

Therefore, a technically gifted center-back like Laporte in this Summer Stars lineup might better suit the needs of high-level players.

Compared to Laporte's maturity and consistency, Cubarsi, another player joining Summer Stars, represents future potential. His addition also aligns with World Cup-themed event's focus on developing emerging stars.

For the latest EA Sports FC 26 updates, event news, and exclusive giveaways, players can follow EZG Facebook. The page will continue to share the newest FC 26 information and giveaways, helping players stay updated on upcoming content and special opportunities.

For FC 26 players, Summer Stars could become more than another special card release. It represents a chance to connect the virtual game with one of football's biggest global moments, making this World Cup cycle a memorable chapter in Ultimate Team history.

France Lost 2026 FIFA World Cup, But This FC 26 Ultimate Team Squad Can Bring Les Bleus Back to Glory

France narrowly lost to Spain in last night's World Cup semi-final, but you can lead your French team to glory again in FC 26.

No matter how FC 26 updates player stats, French players remain at the top of the food chain in Ultimate Team mode, not to mention they possess the game's best demolition specialists: Mbappé and Dembélé, a nightmare for almost every team's defense.

Secondly, their excellent physical attributes also give most French players a natural advantage in physical collisions and defensive interceptions.

Below, this article will recommend a powerful player lineup, allowing you to fulfill the regret of the French national team's failure to win in real life in FC 26.

Thierry Henry (97 OVR ST)

In FC 26, Thierry Henry's legendary card represents the absolute pinnacle of attacking prowess. He possesses exceptional speed and shooting ability alongside outstanding physical attributes.

Unlike traditional power forwards, he doesn't simply rely on brute force to overwhelm opponents; instead, he combines speed, tactics, and spatial awareness to turn the tide of battle.

Based on real-world match statistics, Thierry Henry's greatest strength lies in his strong counter-attacking ability, particularly his speed in attacking the opponent's defense. His positioning and one-on-one skills are top-tier, but he is slightly weaker in back-to-goal battles and physical duels. In this lineup, he can perfectly serve as an all-around ST.

Ousmane Dembélé (97 OVR CAM)

Ousmane Dembélé in FC 26 is an explosive playmaker. Although he primarily plays as a winger in real matches, as a CAM, his dribbling, breakthrough, and creative abilities can be fully utilized.

His greatest strength is his exceptional ambidexterity, coupled with top-tier change of direction and dribbling skills.

When facing defenders, he can create opportunities through speed, rhythm changes, and technical maneuvers. In recent French national team matches, he has become a crucial attacking core, demonstrating enhanced goal-scoring and assist abilities. His weakness lies in his relatively poor physical strength.

Kylian Mbappé (97 OVR LM)

Kylian Mbappé is a highly popular and exceptionally strong player in both FC 26 and World Cup, and one of the most destructive attacking players in this lineup. In the game, he possesses top-tier speed, explosiveness, shooting ability, and dribbling skills.

In real-world matches, Kylian Mbappé remains the core of French national team's attack, boasting a very high goal-scoring rate in World Cup.

His individual strengths are very clear: first, his initial acceleration is extremely fast, making his counter-attacking ability almost unstoppable; second, his positioning awareness is excellent, frequently exploiting the space behind the defense to create opportunities; and third, his finishing ability is world-class.

Secondly, he has consistently broken numerous records in World Cup, including becoming France's all-time top scorer in World Cup history, ranking among the top scorers in all-time World Cup history, and one of the players with the most goals in a World Cup final.

His weakness lies in his relatively limited defensive involvement, making LM position the most suitable in this lineup.

Patrick Vieira (95OVR Left CM)

Patrick Vieira is a typical all-around midfielder and a crucial player in this lineup responsible for balancing attack and defense.

His greatest strengths are his excellent defensive and attacking abilities. In FC 26, he can cover a wide area, making tackles and dribbling forward, making him a very suitable box-to-box midfielder for modern football systems.

However, Vieira's attacking creativity and tactical finesse are slightly weaker, so his main role leans more towards controlling the tempo of the game and protecting the defense.

Zinedine Zidane (97OVR Right CM)

Zinedine Zidane is the artistic core of this lineup and a key member of the 1998 World Cup and 2000 European Championship winning teams, a prominent figure in French football history.

Zidane's greatest strength in FC 26 is his all-around technical ability, including ball control, passing, vision, and dribbling. He can maintain possession under pressure and change the course of the game with precise passes.

Based on real-game data, although his speed advantage isn't particularly pronounced, his tempo control, balance, and analytical skills compensate for this.

Kingsley Coman (96OVR RM)

Kingsley Coman is a speed-based winger who primarily relies on explosiveness and dribbling ability to create threats in FC 26.

His main strengths lie in his exceptional speed and acceleration, coupled with extensive real-world experience, particularly evident in his outstanding performances in UEFA Champions League.

However, compared to Mbappé and Dembélé, his finishing and creative abilities are slightly inferior. Furthermore, later injuries impacted his performance, which may be one reason why his overall rating is one point lower than theirs.

Lucas Digne (96OVR LB)

Lucas Digne is a technically gifted defender, whose main strengths lie in his crossing, set pieces, and consistency.

Compared to modern full-backs who rely on physicality, Digne emphasizes technique and passing quality, providing stable support down the flanks for the attacking players. His weaknesses are also apparent; his speed and explosiveness are not particularly strong. In this lineup, LB position is just right.

Marcel Desailly (93OVR Left CB)

Marcel Desailly has been a FUT player since FIFA 15. In FC 26, he is a power-based defensive core, his greatest strengths being his defensive awareness, physical strength, and extensive experience.

In history, he helped France win the 1998 World Cup and the 2000 European Championship, a crucial defensive pillar of French national team's golden era.

He effectively limits powerful opposing strikers and can maintain consistent performance in crucial matches. However, in modern football systems, his passing ability cannot be fully utilized.

William Saliba (95OVR Right CB)

William Saliba possesses strong defensive capabilities and the highly sought-after Anticipate+ PlayStyle in FC 26, meaning he also boasts a high success rate in tackling and interception.

In real-world matches, Saliba has become a core player in Arsenal's defense and has a high potential for development within French national team. Based on his abilities, Mike Maignan is best suited as a right-sided ball-handler (CB) in this lineup.

Mike Maignan (93OVR GK)

In FC 26, Mike Maignan possessed excellent reaction time, goalkeeping skills, and awareness, making him a well-rounded GK in this lineup.

In real matches, Mike Maignan maintains a world-class level. Although his form has fluctuated occasionally due to injuries in recent seasons, his goalkeeping, goal-line technique, and passing ability remain outstanding, making him an important goalkeeper for French national team.

Overall, the biggest advantage of this lineup lies in its extremely powerful attacking firepower combined with effective defensive coordination.

The forward line of Kylian Mbappé, Thierry Henry, and Ousmane Dembélé combines speed, technique, and finishing ability. The midfield, comprised of Patrick Vieira and Zinedine Zidane, forms a well-rounded golden combination, ensuring defensive solidity while continuously creating opportunities for the forwards.

This is a near-top-tier lineup, capable of achieving a ten-game winning streak in actual testing. If your budget doesn't allow for the aforementioned players, you can buy FC 26 Coins from EZG.com to quickly unlock top-tier players for your French team and secure victories.

After hoisting FIFA World Cup trophy in Russia in 2018 and defending their crown in Qatar in 2022, France ultimately fell short of the 2026 title. Now, the mantle of leadership falls to you to guide Les Bleus back to glory in FC 26.

Don't Sell Your Duplicate Gold Cards Yet! FC 26 Phenoms Challenge 2 Is Worth Completing

Among the many limited-time events in FC 26, Ultimate Team Phenoms is undoubtedly one of the most discussed recently. Compared to some events that simply rely on powerful players to attract players, Phenoms focuses more on showcasing the potential of the next generation of players in the football world.

EA not only released a batch of special cards featuring young talents but also paired them with multiple SBC challenges, allowing players of different skill levels to participate.

Among them, Phenom's Challenge 2 is a particularly noteworthy task. The reason it stands out is not because of its difficulty or player reward, but because of its low cost and accessibility.

While it doesn't directly offer top-tier player rewards like higher-level SBCs, in terms of investment and reward, these Challenge SBCs are often the easiest way for ordinary players to gain benefits. Exchanging a few gold cards from your inventory for a Rare Mega Pack is relatively stress free for most players.

Phenoms Challenge 2

Phenoms Challenge 2 is a limited-time SBC challenge introduced in FC 26 Ultimate Team. Unlike some SBCs that require submitting specific players, special cards, or even high-rated lineups, this type of challenge tests players' understanding of lineup composition.

Players don't need to prepare expensive players or invest a lot of coins. They simply need to assemble a team that meets the system's requirements to redeem corresponding rewards.

In practice, this type of Challenge SBC is mainly designed to help players make better use of their club inventory.

Many players accumulate many common gold cards during the season. These players may not have high market value, but they can be useful when placed in SBCs. Compared to directly selling them for a small amount of FC 26 Coins, exchanging these players for a high-value pack is obviously more attractive.

Challenge Requirements

To complete Phenoms Challenge 2, FC 26 players need to meet several lineup requirements.

The team must have at least five players from the same country or region, and a maximum of three players can be used from the same league. Furthermore, the entire lineup must cover at least four different leagues and include at least five rare players.

In addition, the squad needs to reach an 81 overall rating and 31 Chemistry.

Judging from the requirements, the difficulty of this SBC lies mainly in the squad structure, rather than player quality. An 81 rating isn't particularly high; normally, using some rare gold cards with ratings around 80 to 83 would be sufficient.

What players really need to pay attention to is the combination of nations and leagues, because the number of players in a single league is limited, unlike a regular SBC where you can simply fill an entire league.

However, this limitation also keeps the challenge cost within a reasonable range. If all high-rated players were required, ordinary players might need to spend a lot of coins; now, with proper resource planning, it's easy to complete even without a top-tier squad.

Therefore, the key to completing this SBC efficiently is not buying expensive players, but organizing your existing resources properly.

Squad Combination Suggestions

The most recommended approach to completing this SBC is to first check your club inventory, rather than immediately acquiring players from FC 26 market.

Many players accumulate numerous duplicate gold cards while playing Ultimate Team; these players typically have ratings around 80 to 83, making them ideal for this type of challenge.

When selecting players, you can first identify a nation with a large inventory, then look for players from other leagues around that nation to gradually complete the squad requirements.

For example, when a country has a sufficient number of players, they can be used as the primary source of chemistry, while players from other leagues can be used to meet the four leagues requirement.

This approach is not only simple but also avoids the need to get expensive players specifically for chemistry.

It's important to note that using high-value players to boost ratings is not recommended. Players with ratings above 85 are often more important in higher-level SBCs, and Phenoms Challenge 2 itself doesn't have that much rating pressure. Investing valuable resources in lower-level challenges is not the best long-term strategy.

Rare Mega Pack

Once completed, the biggest attraction of Phenoms Challenge 2 is naturally its reward: a Rare Mega Pack.

This reward is considered a pretty good card pack in a regular SBC. Rare Mega Pack contains numerous gold-quality items, all of which are rare. Compared to regular gold packs, it offers a greater number of players, meaning higher potential returns.

Of course, no card pack guarantees a top-tier player. Rare Mega Pack might yield a walkout or just some common gold cards; it all depends on luck.

However, during Phenoms event, special Phenoms players are added to the card pack pool, adding some anticipation to the pack opening process. Pulling the event player yields substantial rewards; even without it, the high-rated walkouts obtained can still be used for future SBCs.

However, before rushing to submit your squad, there are a few things worth keeping in mind.

Although Phenom's Challenge 2 is not particularly difficult, it's still recommended that players check their resources before submitting.

Don't waste players that might be useful in the future, especially high-rated gold cards from popular leagues, just to complete a regular challenge. As the event progresses, new SBCs often appear, at which point these players may prove more valuable.

Also, make sure your Chemistry is checked carefully. Many players have already met the required roster ratings but cannot submit because they overlooked the country and league relationships. Taking a few seconds to check your roster before submitting can avoid unnecessary problems.

If you want to know more about FC 26, follow EZG Facebook. We'll update game news here regularly, and there will also be occasional giveaways.

If you have some unused gold cards in your club, there's basically no reason to skip this challenge. Exchanging a few players you don't need right now for a high-value pack opportunity is a pretty worthwhile option by any measure.

EA SPORTS FC 26 Season 9 Rewards Guide: How to Get Free Premium Pass and Best FUTTIES Cards?

While FC 27 announced its expected launch date of September 25th this year, EA SPORTS FC 26 welcomed its new Ultimate Team mode Season 9 on July 9th.

This Season, themed around the upcoming World Cup,, introduced a wealth of new content and will run until August 13th, at which point Season 10 will be released. Starting with Season 10, the game will enter Pre-Season phase, laying the groundwork for FC 27.

Therefore, Season 9 is, in a sense, FUT 26's last major Season, containing a large number of high-rated player cards, Phenoms and FUTTIES series player cards, coins, and more – not to be missed.

If you are not yet familiar with the specific activities, I will introduce them to you in detail.

Season Pass

The first activity to introduce is Season Pass. Season 9's Season Pass comes in two versions: Standard Pass and Premium Pass, both offering very generous rewards.

Rewards Introduction

In Standard Pass, players start with a customizable National Pride rarity player card, allowing for customization and gradual attribute upgrades.

Upon reaching level 14, the player card unlocks its second phase, pushing its overall rating cap even higher.

At level 30, players can directly claim a FUTTIES Icons player - Kenny Dalglish - with a rating of 96. Throughout the upgrade process, players also receive various rare card packs.

Premium Pass offers even more impressive rewards. Players can obtain player cards such as 95-rated version of Warren Zaïre-Emery, 97-rated version of Maximiliano Araújo, and 96-rated versions of Nico González and women's soccer star Mariona.

The ultimate reward of Premium Pass is 97-rated FUTTIES Legendary version of Brazilian winger Jairzinho, a card with top-tier speed and dribbling stats.

Premium Pass Token

Most excitingly, previously players had to pay to unlock Premium Pass. However, Season 9 introduced a Premium Pass Token as a reward at level 22 of Standard Pass, which can directly unlock Premium Pass.

This means players can obtain various valuable player cards that previously required payment for free. Furthermore, players can choose to carry it over to Season 10, where it will also unlock Premium Pass.

This design may be because Seasons 9 and 10 are the final two seasons of FC 26, or it may be compensation for the previously controversial paid season packs. Regardless, it's a great opportunity for players to acquire a large number of FC 26 Coins and valuable player cards.

Pre-Season Mechanism

In addition, Season 9 also serves as a prelude to the upcoming FUT 27, introducing a cross-generation inheritance mechanism. After reaching level 30 in Season Pass during Season 9, players can claim the corresponding carryover rewards by logging in with the same account after FIFA 27 launches.

Go for Knockout Glory

The second FC 26 Season 9 event to introduce is the daily elimination tournament called Go for Knockout Glory.

This is a limited-time tournament mode open to all players. The tournament uses a three-round elimination format, where players need to win three consecutive single-elimination matches to win the championship.

Players can obtain rewards for this event in two ways. The first is by directly winning the match; winning all three rounds grants core rewards, including National Pride version of Martín Zubimendi.

The second is by accumulating the number of matches played. Even if you don't win the championship, reaching a certain number of matches will still earn you rewards such as card packs and coins.

In addition, since Evolution missions usually require players to complete a certain number of matches or achieve specific data metrics, the fast pace of the elimination tournament mode is perfect for efficiently completing these missions.

Players can complete Evolution missions while aiming for cup championships, achieving two goals at once.

Future World Tour

The Future World Tour aims to recognize young stars who will shine in the next World Cup.

The event divides players into five independent player objective groups, releasing one group weekly. Each group revolves around a series of match missions designed for a single player - Rio Ngumoha, Estevão, Lennart Karl, Can Uzun, and Éli Junior Kroupi.

Each group's rewards include high-rated rare player packs, with cards boasting ratings and attributes very close to the game's top tier.

Future World Tour Completionist is the series' ultimate objective, with very lenient completion requirements: players only need to complete any four of the five objective groups to unlock the ultimate reward - FUTTIES legend Frank Lampard.

Tokens

FC 26 Season 9's Token System follows the design framework of Season 8, with several optimizations and adjustments.

First, FUTTIES Tokens are the core tokens of Season 9, obtainable through various game modes, but with a weekly cap of 1,000 tokens and a maximum of 5,000 tokens earned throughout the season.

Second, Season 9 has significantly revamped Champions Tokens mechanism. The previously complex points system has been simplified to "100 tokens for each win," a change particularly beneficial for lower and mid-ranking players. High-ranking players will also receive additional rewards beyond tokens.

Furthermore, the game has increased the token rewards for some events and adjusted FUTTIES Token Store refresh time to Friday instead of Thursday, giving players more time to collect and spend weekly reward tokens.

In conclusion, Season 9 offers very generous rewards, and all rewards are free to obtain, making it an exciting season that every player should not miss.

EA Sports FC 26 Phenoms Team 1 Leaks: Lamine Yamal, Endrick and More Young Stars Before Summer Star and FUTTIES

EA Sports FC 26 will launch its new Phenoms Team on July 10th.

As a key part of World Cup-themed promotion series, this promotion will focus on young players making their mark on World Cup stage, as well as rising stars participating in World Cup for the first time.

With the promotion approaching, many player rosters have been leaked through community channels, including popular young stars such as Lamine Yamal, Endrick, Désiré Doué, and Bradley Barcola.

However, before we get to Phenoms Team, let's take a quick look back at FC 26's recent World Cup schedule.

World Cup Mode Recap

On June 19th, EA launched Greats of the Game, which focused on ICONs and Hero Players. Players could acquire several legendary players at a relatively low cost, such as Marcelo Vieira da Silva, Roberto Carlos, and Cafu.

Then, on June 26th, Glory Hunters launched, bringing powerful special cards including Neymar Jr. and Lionel Messi.

Unlike regular special cards, Glory Hunters cards don't come with PlayStyle+ by default; players can adjust them as needed, adding up to four PlayStyle+ cards.

On July 3rd, Glory Hunters continued with its second week of updates, adding popular players like Erling Haaland, Raphinha, and Nuno Mendes to the card pool. On July 10th, Phenoms will officially take over as new content for World Cup Mode series.

According to the current schedule, Summer Stars will also launch on July 17th, which may be FC 26's last major promotion before FUTTIES.

Phenoms Team 1 Leaked Roster

According to current community leaks, Phenoms Team 1 will include approximately 40 young players. Confirmed key players include Lamine Yamal, Endrick, Désiré Doué, and João Neves.

In addition, 36 young players are expected to join the promotion.

While official player ratings, positions, stats, and PlayStyle+ details haven't been released yet, the overall quality of Phenoms Team 1 appears very high based on the revealed lineup.

The Most Anticipated Key Players

The biggest focus of this promotion is undoubtedly Lamine Yamal. With his age advantage, World Cup performance, and high real-world popularity, he is likely to become the representative card for Phenoms Team. In FC 26, Lamine Yamal will receive excellent attributes, and he is expected to become one of the most valuable players on the market.

Endrick is also a highly anticipated target. This Brazilian star has always been a popular player in EA FC games, and his previous special edition has already garnered significant attention.

Phenoms Team 1 is expected to enhance his speed, strength, and shooting ability, potentially reaching an overall rating of 97, making him an important choice for the forward position. French young attackers Doue and Barcola are also worth watching.

Doue possesses excellent dribbling and breakthrough abilities, while Barcola impressed on World Cup stage with his speed and wing play. If their attacking attributes are enhanced in FC 26, their cards are likely to become highly sought-after.

Defense and Midfield Card Predictions

In midfield, João Neves is expected to be a target for many players. He possesses excellent ball control, defensive coverage, and passing abilities, and Phenoms update could make him a very well-rounded midfielder card.

Portuguese center back Renato Veiga has also been confirmed for the promotion. He performed consistently during World Cup and has excellent physical attributes. If FC 26 can enhance his speed attribute, he could become a popular center back in the game.

Furthermore, Micky van de Ven is another player to consider. He has consistently been one of the most popular young center backs in FC 26. Combining elite physical presence, impressive speed, and strong defensive ability, his Phenoms card is expected to return as a highly sought-after defender card.

SBC, Target Rewards, and Other Promotion Content

Besides card pack players, Phenoms promotion is expected to include some SBC and target rewards. Based on current leaks, Turkish young player Arda Güler may be obtainable through SBC or targets. Although Turkey's World Cup performance was less than ideal, his individual potential still attracts considerable attention.

Moreover, players may be able to obtain special updates of Igor Thiago, William Saliba, and Rio Ngumoha through alternative routes, adding even more powerful options to the promotion.

Phenoms Card Mechanics Prediction

Based on current leaks, Phenoms series is expected to differ from Glory Hunters. Cards may directly have PlayStyle+, and may contain up to four PlayStyle+ cards.

Compared to Glory Hunters, which requires players to manually adjust the cards, Phenoms cards are expected to be more complete and better suited to the image of young talents.

Is Phenoms Team 1 Worth Looking Forward To?

Phenoms Team 1 is likely to be a key component of FC 26 World Cup series. Lamine Yamal, Endrick, Désiré Doué, and Bradley Barcola will be the focus of market attention, while players like João Neves, Micky van de Ven, and Renato Veiga also have the potential to become valuable cards.

Although ratings, positions, stats, and PlayStyle+ details haven't been officially announced yet, the leaked roster already suggests a high-quality lineup that's sure to attract players.
