While the second Expedition window for ARC Raiders has closed, the third Expedition window is just around the corner. Rust Belt may be flooded with recently reset accounts, but it's not too early to start preparing for the next reset.
While you don't necessarily have to participate in this project to reset your account, given the official stance, Expedition rewards are likely to be even greater this time. Therefore, if you want to make your game account more competitive, participating in Expedition 3 is definitely your best choice.
However, completing a project is no easy feat, so it's always better to prepare in advance. Therefore, this guide will explain when the third Expedition window for ARC Raiders will open and the requirements for completing Project.
When does it open?
Expedition 3 will open 58 days after Expedition 2 window closes, on April 29, 2026. This means you have plenty of time to prepare.
If you haven't completed a previous expedition, your previous progress will still be retained. You can view the real-time countdown when previewing the project in-game to stay updated.
After the expedition window opens, Raiders typically have 4-5 days to confirm their departure time. Currently, the official departure date has not been confirmed, but assuming they follow the previous plan, the next data wipe may take place around May 3, 2026.
Completing an Expedition seems time-consuming, but please note that you will need a significant amount of resources to complete it on time. Therefore, it's best to start as early as possible to avoid missing the data wipe and suffering irreversible consequences.
What are the requirements?
ARC Raiders' Expedition is still divided into 6 stages. Except for the last stage, each stage has four requirements.
Moreover, the required items are diverse, ranging from materials to ARC parts. However, the most difficult is undoubtedly the fifth stage, which requires you to sell 750,000 coins worth of supplies! Expedition 3 Project is quite expensive. Below are all its stages:
Stage 1: Foundation
- 150x Metal Parts
- 100x Chemicals
- 80x ARC Alloy
- 15x Steel Springs
The items to be searched in this stage are very easy to obtain. Compared to Expeditions 1 and 2, only one material has changed; the other three items remain the same. The item you need to find in this expedition is Chemicals, which are the basic materials you can find by scavenging and recycling.
Stage 2: Core Systems
- 30x Durable Cloth
- 25x Wires
- 20x Electrical Components
- 3x Industrial Charger
Industrial Charger is also a rare item, with a very low chance of appearing while scavenging in Industrial Zone. You should be able to find the other three items multiple times in previous Expeditions, so they shouldn't be difficult to find.
Stage 3: Framework
- 1x Coffee Pot
- 35x Battery
- 5x Firefly Burner
- 1x Exodus Modules
Coffee Pot is a common trinket, likely to appear in residential areas. The most noteworthy item in this stage isFirefly Burner, which appears in the latest ARC Enemies and has a chance to spawn after defeating Fireflies.
Exodus Module is an Epic item that can appear in Exodus looting zone. You can also obtain it by exchanging seeds with Celeste. Alternatively, you can craft it using 1 Geiger Counter, 1 Ion Sputter, and 1 Spectrum Analyzer.
Stage 4: Outfitting
- 1x Broken Guidance System
- 5x Advanced Electrical Components
- 3x Breathtaking Snow Globes
- 2x Bombardier Cells
Broken Guidance System is a rare item with a chance to appear in Industrial Zone. Advanced Electrical Components have a high chance of dropping after destroying ARC Enemies. They can also be obtained by recycling rarer items such as Mk. 3 Augments, Photoelectric Cloak, Power Rod, a Rocketeer Driver, or Telemetry Transceiver
Breathtaking Snow Globe is an Epic item that can be found in any of Commercial, Old World, and Residential looting zones on any map.
Bombardier Cells are Epic items, with a chance to drop during ARC raids on Bombers.
Stage 5: Load Stage
- 200,000 Coins worth of Combat Items
- 100,000 Coins worth of Survival Items
- 150,000 Coins worth of Provisions
- 300,000 Coins worth of Materials
This stage requires you to combine the full value of all the items you've collected. Combat Items include any ammunition, grenades, traps, weapons, or weapon attachments you've crafted or looted; Survival Items include any enhancement items, healing items, quick-use items, or shield items you've crafted or picked up.
Provisions are various items you find while looting, including keys, nature items, Old World items, or trinkets you've looted. Materials include any advanced materials, basic materials, recyclable materials, etc., that you've looted.
Stage 6: Departure
No donations needed, you're ready for Expedition.
As you can see, the items in Stages 1 and 2 are not difficult to obtain. If you're struggling with the items needed for the later stages, you can also buy ARC Expedition 3 Material From EZG.com to collect all items faster and more safely.
