Bedwars: How To Use Kits To Play? - 8 Best Kits

When playing Roblox Bedwars, players can use various Kits to Damage Enemy to win the game effectively. Based on this, we will introduce the 8 best Kits currently in the game for players to select and use Kits.

Oct 16, 2024 Author: EZG

As a team and strategy-based game, players play Roblox Bedwars mainly by Fighting each other. During Battle, players need to try to Destroy Opponents’ Bed to prevent them from Respawning. The player’s Team needs to Defeat all Opponents to win the game.

In the specific Battle process, good Kits can help players Fight more efficiently, because they can help you easily protect Team’s Bed or Destroy Enemy’s Bed, avoiding to use time to collect other Roblox Bedwars Items to use.

Based on this, we will introduce you to the current 8 good Kits in Roblox Bedwars for your reference.Bedwars: How To Use Kits To Play? - 8 Best Kits

1. Terra Kit

Terra Kit has been weakened several times before, but it still has a power that cannot be underestimated. Terra Kit provides players with a comfortable game style, allowing players to use it to step on and quickly generate some Blocks.

In fact, this operation will help you to Attack and Defend effectively, because these Blocks will also cause Damage to Opponents. If you Kick these Blocks at Enemy, it is actually a ranged Attack, and you can even use it to knock Enemy off Ledges with precision easily.

2. Yuzi Kit

Of all Kits, Yuzi Kit can be said to be one of the most Mobile Kits. Its Sprint Attack allows players to eliminate Enemies on narrow Ledges.

It is worth mentioning that Yuzi Kit is also a fashionable Roblox Bedwars Kit, which replaces the ordinary sword with a Dao Sword or Katana. However, this also means that players need to use a Melee play style to make the most of it.

3. Styx Kit

If you already have tacit Teammates and the right strategy, then you can use Styx Kit to raid Enemy’s Bed. All you have to do is Kill at least one of them next to Enemy’s Bed and then go through Portal with your Ally.

However, this method has a high ceiling and may fail if you Teleport improperly. But practice makes perfect, and with a few tries you’ll be able to use it to bring you some unexpected wins and develop your own unique play style.

4. Evelynn Kit

Compared to other Kits, Evelynn Kit can help players Teleport better. Because it has a lower threshold for Teleportation, and it focuses on Offense when used, which brings benefits to players later.

When using it, you’d better play the main purpose of this Kit, which is to Damage Enemies. It is very suitable for creating chaos to disrupt your Enemies or break through their Defenses.

However, when Teleporting, you have to pay attention to where you are Teleported to avoid being surrounded by Enemies. If you are interested in it, you can get it with some Roblox Bedwars Items, such as Battle Pass.

5. Aery Kit

If you use Aery Kit in a Battle, you will become a Melee Monster with each Kill you make, and use Last Attack to push Enemy into Void to win.

Although because of its excessive power, Aery Kit has Negative Effect of reducing 10% of Health when used, it Kills Enemies quickly, so this Effect is insignificant. However, some of its characteristics may not be conducive to your Combat when in close Combat range, so you still need to be as careful as possible when actually operating it.

6. Pirate Davey Kit

Using Pirate Davey Kit means that you can just Fire Explosives into Enemy’s face without having to Teleport yourself. This is safe for you, but it will cause endless trouble for your Enemies. Therefore, we can say that Pirate Davey Kit is a good enough Kit.

In addition, this Kit is very easy to use. Once you get enough Cannons through it, just aim and Shoot Enemy. And if you are ahead in the game, you can get Cannons immediately. Obviously, this is a tremendous disadvantage for Enemy.

7. Agni Kit

Agni Kit is a relatively new Kit, and it has been very popular since its launch. Its role is focused on Attacking Enemies. If it is not throwing Bombs at Enemies and Knocking them into Void, then it will Seek out Enemies to Bomb.

In addition, its Rocket Boost Ability helps you maintain a certain degree of Mobility in Battle, always in a state of looking for things to Burn and Destroy in order to Attack Enemy continuously.

8. Elektra Kit

In Bedwars, Elektra Kit can be regarded as one of the biggest Opponents of Agni Kit. Players can use Elektra Kit to Chase other players who use Agni Kit, because her Electric Damage allows her to Dash effectively.

And because of the static Electricity Effect of the Elektra Kit, you can also disable Opponent’s use of other Kits. This way, Enemy’s power will not become too strong, allowing you and your Teammates to Defeat them faster.

The above is the 8 Kits that are currently more useful in Roblox Bedwars. Hope that through their introduction, it can help players better select and use Kits. Wish you a happy game!

Torchlight Infinite SS13 Afterlight Starter Builds Tier List: 5 Best Builds You Should Play for Smooth Season Progression

Torchlight Infinite SS13 Afterlight is now officially live.

I'm sure many of you received the official newbie gift pack upon logging in, which included a Legendary Pactspirits selection pack and a 10-pull Pactspirit summon card, all heroes from previous seasons, all free, and an Activation Medium experience boost for the early game, all obtained by completing the main story.

Clearly, Torchlight Infinite has gone to great lengths to make your early game experience smoother.

Furthermore, Selena has received a new feature this season, Dance of the Deep, and other classes and playstyles have received corresponding buffs or nerfs. Choosing the right heroes and builds for the early game is currently the most pressing issue for players.

Based on the new season's mechanics, I will recommend five of the best choices for the early game and even the transition to the endgame.

  • Selena 2
  • Bing 1
  • Erika 1
  • Thea 1/Gemma 2

1. Selena 2

As the second hero trait newly added to Selena in Torchlight Infinite SS13, Dance of the Deep was widely recognized by the player community as the strongest and most brainless supernova character in recent seasons from the very beginning of the season, thanks to her highly advantageous traits.

Season Adjustments

The official Torchlight Infinite Afterlight has completely restructured and enhanced Terra System, increasing the basic determination area of Terra Skills from 3 meters to 6 meters. Combined with the trait's inherent 20% terrain area bonus, this makes Selena 2's map clearing advantage even more pronounced in the early season.

Furthermore, Selena 2 possesses a completely independent Exclusive Hero Talent Tree, allowing her to achieve a breakthrough in strength by enhancing the damage of Terra Skills, unlike previous heroes. Therefore, Selena remains the best hero choice throughout both the early stages of SS13 and the final stages.

Combat Mechanics

In previous seasons of Torchlight Infinite, Selena 1 and traditional spellcasters had a fatal flaw: they had to stand still while casting spells and were extremely vulnerable to being instantly killed. Selena 2 completely changes this.

Selena 2's core mechanic is to make Core Terra Skills always centered on the player, following their movement. This means that as long as you're moving around the map with your skills active, the damage circle will always be on you, eliminating the need to stand still.

Furthermore, Selena 2 comes with Crimson Tide ability. When activated, it creates a Crimson Tide on the battlefield that continuously knocks back and pulls enemies together, while also slowing them down, completely transforming map clearing into a pure movement-based kill-and-run strategy.

2. Bing 1

In Torchlight Infinite, players were unsure whether Bing should use spell charges or attack projectiles. SS13 clarified this, defining Bing 1's role as a pure attack-oriented projectile master.

Season Adjustments

After the refactoring in Torchlight Infinite SS13, Bing's hero traits, talents, and buffs are all tied to attack marks. This means he no longer supports spells or complex spell-casting builds; instead, he utilizes a large number of projectile marks for pure damage output.

More importantly, SS13 removed most of the conventional ways to easily acquire Extra Projectiles throughout the game, except for Bing 1, who gains a naturally high Extra Projectiles bonus after throwing a bomb. This makes Bing 1 the representative build for maximizing damage in the early game at the lowest cost.

Combat Mechanics

When using her projectile attack skill, Bing 1 automatically unleashes a barrage of bombs on the target area, instantly causing massive area-of-effect damage with multiple superposition determination, making her highly advantageous for large-scale map clearing and leveling in the early season.

Secondly, due to her complete shift to a pure offensive playstyle, Bing 1 can perfectly benefit from the double amplification effect of high DPS and stacked base stats.

Compared to spellcasters or shadow builds that require a large amount of Torchlight Infinite Flame Elementium to stack damage and initiate, Bing 1, thanks to her inherent projectile quantity, can easily level up in the early season even using only basic transitional weapons.

3. Erika 1

Erika can practically be considered Torchlight Infinite's darling. While other popular heroes have been nerfed to varying degrees, Erika 1 has received almost no negative adjustments, and certain core skills have even received epic buffs. This adorable catwoman may become a top-tier dark horse for early game progression in the new season.

Season Adjustments

This season, Erika 1's most classic melee skill, Thunder Slash, has received an epic 30% damage boost. This change dramatically increases Erika's already high late-game potential and transforms her early-game damage output.

Combat Mechanics

Erika 1 retains the game's top-tier speed and fluid multi-strike mechanics.

Her core passive, Wind Stalker, automatically stacks Multistrike stacks while moving across the map. The higher the stacks, the more terrifying the damage amplification of Multistrike becomes, effectively converting movement speed into damage.

Furthermore, while typical builds are easily interrupted during Multistrike with any movement, Erika 1 doesn't need to worry. She can maintain her Multistrike stacks perfectly while moving at high speed during the buff, ensuring continuous damage output.

Furthermore, Erika 1 excels at stacking Dexterity and attack speed. As long as you're willing to invest in Torchlight Infinite Currency for high-tier Dexterity gear, her damage output can easily reach hundreds of billions in T8 Profound and even the ultimate raid.

4. Thea 1/Gemma 2

These two builds are suitable for players who enjoy Blizzard's skill set.

Blizzard avoided the nerfs and adjustments to the acquisition methods of almost all Projectile builds in Torchlight Infinite SS13, making it the undisputed top-tier Frost damage dealer this season.

Thea 1 and Gemma 2 represent two directions: ultimate damage output and ultimate comfort, respectively. You can choose the direction you prefer.

Thea 1

Season Adjustments

Thea 1 underwent minor tweaks to Blessing consumption and conversion mechanics in Torchlight Infinite Afterlight, but her core architecture - relying on stacking Focus Blessings and God's Boon to gain independent additional damage amplification - remains robust. For the early game and even the endgame, her damage output remains top-tier.

Combat Mechanics

Thea 1 boasts the most exaggerated Blessing acquisition and utilization rate in the game. She automatically consumes Focus Blessings to gain God's Boon, providing Blizzard with the highest percentage of additional damage and Double Damage probability in the game.

Once fully stacked, Blizzard's single and multi-hit high-frequency hits reach terrifyingly high values, making her a formidable weapon against the new SS13 boss.

Gemma 2

Season Adjustments

This season, Gemma 2's passive control abilities have undergone some balancing adjustments, including reducing the freezing value under control from 500 to 350 points. However, this hasn't shaken her status as a representative of comfortable map clearing.

Secondly, due to the limited potential of Tangle build this season, many Gemma 2 players have switched to the direct damage Blizzard build, making it the most cost-effective and stable way to clear T8 content.

Combat Mechanics

Gemma 2 accumulates Frost Energy using Blizzard, allowing for frequent automatic Cold Pulse for wide-area clearing.

Furthermore, attacking frozen monsters has a very high slowing and freezing rate. Combined with Blizzard's multi-hit continuous attacks, monsters are frozen to death before they even get close, providing excellent safety for newcomers whose resistances and defenses are not yet fully developed during the early stages of the season.

In summary, the early stages of Torchlight Infinite SS13 Afterlight are going well.

The heroes and builds not included in the rankings aren't necessarily weak; even though the developers have nerfed some skills and stats, they've compensated with new equipment or other buffs. Some builds might be better suited for the later stages due to their specific setup requirements and cost.

Hopefully, the aforementioned early-game builds will help players smoothly navigate the early stages.

Diablo 4 Season 14 Patch 3.1.1a: Best Ways to Farm Mythic Uniques Fast

Recently, Diablo 4 Season 14 released Patch 3.1.1a, which adjusted the much-criticized Mythic 3.0 and modified other game content.

Therefore, after Patch 3.1.1a, the best way for players to farm Mythic Uniques has changed. Now, players can mainly obtain and farm them through two methods: crafting Mythic Uniques and repeatedly farming Boss Corrupted Reaper.

Next, I will explain these two methods in detail.

Crafting Mythic Uniques

Crafting Methods

In Diablo 4 Season 14 Patch 3.1.1a, players can actively craft Mythic Uniques through three methods:

First, Blacksmith. Players need to go to the blacksmith in the main city and consume 2 Resplendent Sparks and Gold to randomly obtain one Iconic Mythic.

This type of equipment includes classic and powerful equipment familiar to players, such as Harlequin Crest and Tyrael's Might.

While the result is random, the cost is relatively controllable, and the required materials are easily obtainable.

Second, Jeweler. Jeweler offers another crafting option, but at a significantly higher cost: consuming 3 Resplendent Sparks and 18 Runes, it creates a mythic unique item for a specific body part, but with completely randomized equipment.

Third, Hordric Cube. This is a brand new crafting method introduced in Season 14.

Players can unlock Upgrade to Mythic recipe in Hordric Cube, place any ordinary unique item inside, and consume 5 Pandemonium Fragments to transform it into a random mythic unique item of the same body part.

Key Crafting Material Acquisition

To craft a mythic unique item, you need sufficient materials. The materials used in the above crafting methods are primarily Resplendent Sparks and Pandemonium Fragments.

In Diablo 4 Season 14 Patch 3.1.1a, Resplendent Sparks are primarily obtained in three ways:

First, Season Journey. Completing specific stages of Season Journey quests directly rewards Resplendent Sparks, the most stable source.

Secondly, dismantling Mythic Uniques. Players can dismantle any Mythic Unique at Blacksmith, guaranteeing one Resplendent Spark.

Thirdly, Seasonal Events. Players can increase their reputation level by completing Seasonal Events, and the final reward chest usually contains Resplendent Sparks.

Pandemonium Fragments are materials used to obtain Mythic Uniques using Horadric Cubes, primarily obtained by defeating Season 14 boss.

However, this crafting method has limitations: each character can only equip one crafted Mythic Unique at a time. Therefore, the main way to obtain more Mythic Uniques still relies on farming bosses.

Farming Corrupted Reaper

Randomly dropped Mythic Uniques are not subject to crafting restrictions, allowing multiple pieces to be equipped freely. Currently, the boss with the highest Mythic Unique drop rate in Diablo 4 Patch 3.1.1a is the new boss introduced in Season 14 - Corrupted Reaper.

This boss is located in Pandemonium Threshold in Zarbinzet, and the challenge is unlocked after completing the seasonal questline. After defeating the boss, players need to consume a Superior Lair Key to open its reward chest.

So, how to efficiently obtain Diablo 4 Superior Lair Keys? The answer is through the new gameplay – Deathtoll Chamber. It is currently the best source of this key.

There are two main ways to enter Deathtoll Chamber:

First, defeat Realmwalker. Participate in Realmwalker world event on map; after defeating it, a portal to Deathtoll Chamber will open. Realmwalker respawns approximately every 25 minutes.

Second, Rupture affix in Nightmare Dungeon. When Nightmare Dungeon has Rupture affix, players can directly open a portal to Deathtoll Chamber after meeting certain conditions in the dungeon.

Once you've farmed a large number of Corrupted Reapers using this method, you can then challenge them and farm mythic uniques.

Previously, the drop rate for powerful mythic uniques was very low, but after Patch 3.1.1a, this probability has been increased, making farming easier.

Other Methods

Besides the core method mentioned above, there are other ways to obtain mythic uniques in Diablo 4 Season 14:

Kurast Undercity

Kurast Undercity combined with Mythic Tribute of Armaments used to be a powerful way to obtain mythic uniques. After Diablo 4 Season 14, the drop rate of its Mythic uniques has been reduced, but it remains an important supplementary source.

The key to using Mythic Tribute of Armaments is to unlock Gutter Filth node in War Plan skill tree.

This node's effect gives players a chance to summon Portal Prankster in dungeons; defeating it grants an additional final reward chest.

The primary method for obtaining Mythic Tributes of Armaments is through Horadric Cube. Horadric Cube's Amalgamation recipe allows players to fuse five lower-tier Tributes into a higher-tier Tribute, a crucial way to acquire Mythic Tributes of Armaments.

Purveyor of Curiosities and Regular Bosses

Besides farming Kurast Undercity, players can also use Obols to randomly obtain equipment from Purveyor of Curiosities in the main city, with a very low chance of obtaining a mythic unique. Due to the extremely low probability, this method is not recommended.

Players can also farm other bosses. Other Lair bosses, including Belial, also have a very low chance of dropping mythic uniques, but the probability is much lower than with Corrupted Reaper.

However, Belial's value lies in its ability to target any other boss's loot pool, making it suitable for obtaining specific regular uniques rather than efficiently farming mythic uniques.

These are some efficient methods for farming mythic unique items in Diablo 4 Season 14 Patch 3.1.1a. You can also follow EZG Facebook; we'll be giving away gifts to our followers in the future, which may include mythic unique items.

Of the methods mentioned, repeatedly farming Corrupted Reaper is still the most recommended, as it's currently widely recognized by players as the boss with the highest drop rate for mythic unique items.

Path of Exile 2 Return of the Ancients: The 5 Unique Items Every Player Wants Right Now

Patch 0.5.0 introduced a plethora of new unique items to Path of Exile 2. Some created entirely new builds, others became essential for dozens of constructs, and still others completely reshaped the game's economy due to their sheer power.

Today, we'll discuss the five most influential unique items from Path of Exile 2 Patch 0.5.0. However, it's important to note that this isn't a ranking of the strongest unique items, but rather the items that had the greatest impact on the game environment, build diversity, and player behavior throughout the season. Let's take a look.

Mageblood Utility Belt

Mageblood Utility Belt is currently one of the most sought-after items in Return of the Ancients for the following reasons:

This belt can grant the user up to four different mage heritages. Each heritage grants the user significant power. Diamond heritage greatly increases critical strike chance. Quicksilver heritage greatly increases movement speed. Gold heritage greatly increases item rarity, and Bismuth heritage greatly increases all elemental resistances.

However, it's important to remember that while possessing all four heritages significantly boosts a character's strength, sometimes having four different heritages isn't as effective as stacking some of them.

The power of this belt lies not in the amount of damage it provides, but in its ability to fulfill almost everything your character build needs.

If your character build requires higher critical strike chance, choose a Mageblood Utility Belt with Diamond heritage. If your character build requires higher resistances, choose a Mageblood Utility Belt with Bismuth heritage.

Whatever your character build needs, this belt can meet your requirements, and it's suitable for almost every build. This is why everyone wants to get this item in PoE 2 Return of the Ancients. And for this reason, Mageblood Utility Belt is very expensive, requiring at least 500 Path of Exile 2 Divine Orb.

Split Personality Ruby

The next unique item isn't used by all builds, but those that do use it are almost impossible to function without it.

Split Personality Ruby, introduced in PoE 2 patch 0.5.0, is a highly sought-after and unique jewel that fundamentally changes character building, allowing players to assign passive skills from different starting classes without creating a new character.

Let's say you're playing Gemling Legionnaire and want to make him a spellcaster. However, Gemling Legionnaire's talent tree has relatively few spellcasting nodes, while Witch's talent tree has many. Therefore, you can use Split Personality Ruby to start from Witch's starting point, greatly increasing the flexibility of building various builds.

The only drawback is that this item occupies a gem slot that could otherwise be used to socket other gems. Losing a gem slot can have a significant impact.

However, for some character builds, the ability to start from a different starting point on the talent tree makes this cost worthwhile. So, next time you create a character, consider using a Split Personality Ruby to create a truly cool and unique build.

Voices Jewel

Voices Jewel is arguably one of the most powerful items in Path of Exile 2 patch 0.5.0. Jewels are known to be incredibly powerful in the game, with some players even planning their talent trees around acquiring as many jewel sockets as possible.

Voices Jewel serves this purpose. It directly provides up to four additional jewel sockets. These sockets are Sinister Jewel Sockets, meaning you cannot use any unique jewels in them. However, given the current strength of rare jewels, having four extra jewel sockets is a huge boost to any character's damage and survivability.

Generally, items this powerful have pros and cons, but Voices Jewel has virtually no drawbacks.

Rune Seeker's Call Runic Fork

Rune Seeker's Call Runic Fork is also a unique item introduced in PoE 2 Return of the Ancients. Its uniqueness lies not only in the item itself but also in how you initially obtain it.

Wands typically start with only one socket and can be upgraded to a maximum of three sockets.Rune Seeker's Call Runic Fork has five sockets by default and can be upgraded to six through corruption.

This item itself has no attributes, but it increases the effect of socketed runes by 200%. This means that if you have six runes, the effects of all those runes will essentially triple, meaning you get the full power of this item through its rune sockets.

Furthermore, obtaining this item is quite unique. Rune Seeker's Call Runic Fork isn't something you can just get anywhere; unlike other items, it actually requires completing a quest.

You need to fight Stardrinker Uthred, who has a chance to drop Depleted Mana Rune. Then, you need to raise your character's mana to 10,000 to obtain Rune Seeker's Call. You can then infuse Depleted Mana Rune with mana and give it to Dannig to obtain Rune Seeker's Call Runic Fork.

The Taming Prismatic Ring

The Taming Prismatic Ring is a brand new ring added in PoE 2 patch 0.5.0. It's crucial for a specific build: Twister's build.

Twister build saw a surge in popularity at the end of patch 0.4, and with the addition of Taming Prismatic Ring, its popularity and power skyrocketed in patch 0.5. This ring is so important for Twister build because it allows elemental ground to be treated as enhanced by ignited, electric, and frozen ground.

When using this ring, Twister doesn't just gain an additional 50% single-element damage; it gains additional damage to all three elements simultaneously. This results in a staggering 150% increase in all three elemental damage - absolutely incredible for a single piece of gear.

This concludes our discussion of the most influential unique items in Path of Exile 2 Return of the Ancients. For more information, follow EZG Facebook. We also have occasional giveaways to help you accumulate resources, so join us!

Do you already own these five unique items? If not, go get them now! Good luck!

Why Good Pitchers Don't Rely on Fastballs in MLB The Show 26?

Many players new to MLB The Show 26 fall into a misconception: they believe a pitcher's strength hinges on the speed of their pitch.

Fastballs at 97, 98, or even 100 mph are indeed exhilarating, especially in close-quarters matches where the thrill of a hitter missing is incredibly exciting. However, once you reach online play or higher-stakes matches, you'll find that relying solely on speed is quickly adapted to by your opponents.

A truly skilled pitcher doesn't rely on "what pitches I have," but on "how I can make you guess wrong."

This is the most interesting aspect of MLB 26 pitching system. Like a real-life pitcher, you need to utilize pitch speed differences, trajectory variations, and psychological warfare to force the hitter to make a mistake in just a few seconds.

Pitching Settings

MLB The Show 26 offers several pitching options, including Pinpoint, Meter, and Pure Analog.

If your goal is to play seriously, I personally recommend Pinpoint. It has the highest skill ceiling, especially in crucial moments, allowing for more consistent placement of the ball.

However, its drawback is also obvious - it can be quite difficult to master initially, requiring extensive practice to find the right feel.

If you just want to easily play career mode or have fun with friends, Meter is perfectly adequate. There's no need to force yourself to use unsuitable settings just to achieve a so-called "pro" setup.

The pitching perspective is another easily overlooked detail.

Many players prefer using the default camera, but finding a perspective that allows you to clearly see the ball's release point is crucial. I prefer keeping the pitching and hitting cameras aligned, as this makes it easier to judge the spin and speed changes as the ball leaves the pitcher's hand.

This habit may seem insignificant, but the difference becomes apparent over time.

Fake Throws

Fastballs are important, but throwing consecutive Fastballs is essentially handing the answer to your opponent.

Many beginners make the mistake of: the first Fastball works, so they continue with Fastballs on the second, and then try to overpower their opponent with speed on the third.

The result is that while the first two innings might go smoothly, starting in the third, your opponent will be waiting for your fastballs.

In MLB 26, the most effective technique is actually using visual deception. For example: a high fastball followed by an outside drop ball.

These two balls are very close at release. Hitting might initially see a fastball, but the drop ball will suddenly drop near home plate. If the opponent doesn't adjust their swing rhythm, it's easy to hit a weak grounder.

Similarly, a fastball followed by a cutter is a combination I personally love. The greatest value of a cutter isn't its speed, but its striking similarity to a fastball. Often, hitting correctly judges the ball's speed but misjudges its direction, resulting in hitting only the edge of the bat.

In high-level matches, it's not about making the opponent completely unable to understand, but about making them feel like they understand.

Pitch Tunnel

A pitch tunnel, simply put, is making different ball types appear the same in the first half of the pitch.

An average pitcher thinks, "I'm going to throw sliders."

A skilled pitcher thinks, "I'm going to make him think it's a fastball, then switch to sliders at the last minute."

That's the difference. For example, you might throw fastballs near the inside corner several times in a row, making your opponent get used to it. The next pitch, you maintain the same height and release feel, but switch to sliders.

The hitting brain will prepare to swing in advance, but by the time they realize the ball is moving laterally, it's too late to adjust.

This style of play is very common in high-level games. Good pitching isn't about winning with unusual pitches, but about maximizing the effectiveness of standard pitches.

Reaction

Many players lose not because they can't pitch, but because they don't observe their opponents. In fact, every swing contains information.

If your opponent consistently swings too early against fastballs, it means their pace is too fast. Don't try to match their speed; switching to a changeup or a slower breaking ball will often be more effective.

If the opponent is holding back off-speed pitches, clearly waiting for them, you can suddenly increase the speed and use fastballs to regain the initiative.

I think the closest thing about MLB The Show 26 to real baseball is that you can't just stick to your plan; you have to adapt to the changing game. The pitcher and the hitter are essentially playing rock-paper-scissors. The difference is that a skilled player can make their scissors look like rock.

Weak Hits

For many pitchers, there's nothing better than striking out every hitter at the plate.

Of course, striking out is satisfying, but in real baseball, many excellent pitchers don't win by hitting a lot of batters, but by creating low-quality hits.

For example:

  • A sinker can induce a ground ball.
  • A cutter can easily cause the hitter's contact point to shift.
  • A changeup can disrupt the swing rhythm.

The value of these pitches isn't necessarily reflected in the strikeout on the scoreboard, but in making it difficult for the opponent to mount an effective offense. Especially in the later innings when the score is close, a simple ground ball out is sometimes more important than risking a strikeout.

Psychological Game

MLB The Show 26's pitching system may seem like just choosing a pitch and its position, but once you get into it, you'll find it's more like a psychological battle.

Speed is just one weapon; what truly determines victory is your rhythm variation.

Don't be afraid to pitch slow balls, don't be obsessed with 100-mile-per-second fastballs, and don't expect to strike out every hit. Make your opponent guess, make them hesitate, make them make a wrong judgment at the last second - that's the fun of pitching.

For more MLB 26 news, follow EZG Facebook. We'll continuously update the latest game information, event news, and giveaway content, ensuring you don't miss any important updates or bonus opportunities.

When you start focusing on "why this pitch counts," rather than simply "whether this pitch was hit," you've truly entered the advanced stage of MLB The Show 26.

MLB The Show 26 Draft Cards Tier List: Which Players Are Actually Worth Using?

With the release of the latest Draft Day Cards for MLB The Show 26, more and more players are starting to test these newly added player cards. Compared to simply looking at Overall Rating, actual performance in a game often depends on many more factors.

In these Draft Cards, some players have become S Tier picks because of their unique abilities, while others, although possessing good stats, are difficult to include in the starting lineup because of swing or positional limitations.

Below, EZG provides a detailed analysis of some noteworthy MLB The Show 26 Draft Cards based on actual usage experience in Diamond Dynasty.

S Tier

  • Roch Cholowsky
  • Eric Booth Jr.
  • Chris Hacopian
  • Brody Bumila

A Tier

  • Tyler Bell
  • Grady Emerson
  • Derek Curiel
  • Von Lackey

B Tier

  • Zion Rose
  • Jacob Lombard

S Tier

Roch Cholowsky

99 OVA Roch Cholowsky is definitely an S Tier card. This card is really good; the only drawback is that he's not an ambidextrous hitter, but this isn't a major issue. The key is that he can hit shortstop and third base. The two different versions of this player confuse many MLB 26 players; it's simply a cool variant.

If you draw this card, even if you don't want it, you can still earn some extra money. If you draw this card, you can sell it for 200,000 MLB The Show 26 Stubs and then spend 60,000 Stubs to exchange for another card of the same design that doesn't look as cool.

Eric Booth Jr.

Eric Booth Jr. is the most recommended choice among MLB 26 Draft Cards. He has a very comfortable swing, excellent speed, and reliable fielding.

More importantly, Booth can play multiple positions, including center field, left field, right field, and first base. In MLB The Show 26, a card that provides both offensive capability and lineup flexibility is extremely valuable. Especially when you need to adjust your lineup, Booth can easily adapt to different needs, thus ultimately earning a S Tier spot.

Chris Hacopian

If you're looking for a player who can generate a lot of offensive output, then Chris Hacopian is definitely the top choice. While his speed and defense aren't the most outstanding, his batting ability is powerful.

His power can almost destroy the rhythm of an MLB 26 game, especially when used in DH position, where he can be extremely effective. Compared to Booth's versatility, Hacopian is more of an offensive player.

He may not cover multiple positions, but once he gets into the bats box, he can change the outcome of an MLB The Show 26 game. Therefore, he belongs to S Tier card.

Brody Bumila

Of all MLB 26 Draft Day Cards, Brody Bumila is almost considered the strongest pitcher. His advantages come from several aspects. First, he has a rich pitch mix, including slider, sweeper, and sinker pitch combinations, while also possessing outlier ability.

Second, he has very unique delivery animation. Because of his height, his pitching motion is very unpredictable, making it difficult for opponents to quickly predict his pitches.

Brody Bumila's actual performance in ranked games even surpasses some pitchers with higher overall ratings. This again proves that in MLB The Show 26, Pitch Mix and Delivery are often more important than Rating.

A Tier

Tyler Bell

Tyler Bell is a very special draft card. His biggest advantage is his Switch Hitter ability, allowing him to switch between shortstop, second base, and third Base, without feeling restricted at the hitting end, regardless of whether facing a left-handed pitcher or a right-handed pitcher.

Although some MLB 26 players have reported occasional visual issues with his leg animation, the actual impact in the game is not as serious as imagined. His Bat Power is excellent, and his positional adaptability is strong, making him a very worthwhile card to use.

Grady Emerson

Grady Emerson is a very reliable shortstop card. As a left-handed hitter, he has a very comfortable swing, while his overall batting performance is consistent. If your lineup needs to add a stable and easy-to-use infielder, Grady Emerson is an excellent choice.

However, his problem lies in the lack of a particularly outstanding power ceiling, speed advantage, or defense. Compared to other top MLB The Show 26 shortstops, he doesn't have a clear advantage, thus failing to reach S Tier.

Derek Curiel

In MLB 26 practice, Derek Curiel is a very comfortable outfielder. His biggest advantage comes from his swing; his left-handed hitter provides very consistent feedback, allowing him to perform well against various pitching types.

Attribute-wise, Curiel possesses excellent contact ability, and his 110 Clutch makes him more reliable in clutch situations. However, compared to some top outfielders with higher power ceilings or stronger defensive capabilities, he lacks a game-changing advantage.

If your MLB 26 roster needs a reliable left-handed batter and you enjoy a comfortable swing experience, he's definitely worth considering. But if you're looking for S Tier-level explosiveness, he might still rank behind some top cards.

Von Lackey

Von Lackey is a rather unique catcher's card. His speed is excellent for catchers, and he also possesses decent defense. Furthermore, his contact ability combined with his unique swing makes him even better in actual gameplay than his stats suggest, offering a smoother feel.

While Von Lackey has the potential to be a starter in MLB The Show 26, Catchers position is currently highly competitive. Compared to top cards that can change the game with a single advantage, he lacks a truly standout feature. Therefore, Von Lackey is only considered A Tier card.

B Tier

Zion Rose

Rose is a fairly standard B Tier player. His offensive capabilities are not bad, and some players may like his Bat performance, but his Swing isn't superior to other top cards. His defense and speed are only average.

This doesn't mean he's unusable, but in the current MLB 26 meta, he's not the most consistent power bat. You should have better, more worthwhile core card options to prioritize developing.

Jacob Lombard

Jacob Lombard's greatest strength lies in his athleticism. He boasts a 92 speed rating, a 99 stolen base rating, and a 99 baserunning aggressiveness. His major weaknesses are that his hitting and vision aren't as good as some top hitters.

Compared to S Tier and A Tier players, Jacob Lombard lacks the ability to change the course of an MLB The Show 26 game. Therefore, he's better suited as a supplemental option.

MLB The Show 26 Draft Cards are more interesting than in the past, with many cards featuring unique gameplay. Instead of just looking at Overall Rating, players need to focus more on actual game performance this year. For players who enjoy researching lineup combinations in Diamond Dynasty, these Draft Cards offer more options, making MLB 26 lineup construction more diverse.

MLB The Show 26 Round 14 Roster Update Predictions: Top Players Expected to Get Diamond Upgrades (July 16)

MLB The Show 26 Round 14 Major Roster Update will officially launch on July 16th at 12 PM Pacific Time. This is the first major player attribute adjustment following All-Star Game.

Based on real-world MLB performances over the last three weeks, this Roster Update will feature widespread attribute adjustments for hundreds of Live Series cards. A smaller update was released on July 9th, involving minor adjustments to 19 players, none of whom were upgraded to Diamond cards.

Therefore, based on various player communities, real-world game data, and large-scale model calculations, the core player rise and fall trends and investment hotspots can be summarized into the following three tiers, totaling 9 players:

  1. Elly De La Cruz
  2. Paul Skenes
  3. James Wood
  4. Jake Cronenworth
  5. Tanner Houck
  6. Mason Miller
  7. Hunter Goodman
  8. Will Warren
  9. Victor Bericoto

Tier 1

1. Elly De La Cruz

As the most popular young player in MLB The Show 26, Elly De La Cruz has maintained high market demand due to his top-tier speed, excellent power potential, and the rarity of SS position.

In recent real-world games, he has consistently demonstrated a strong offensive threat, hitting multiple extra-base hits in July, including home runs, triples, and high-quality shots, while maintaining excellent baserunning ability and defensive impact.

If SDS continues to adjust his Contact vs RHP, Power vs LHP, and Plate Discipline attributes based on his performance in matches, his Live Series card value still has room for further appreciation. For players looking to invest in the market or complete their Diamond Dynasty roster, Elly De La Cruz remains a top priority.

2. Paul Skenes

Paul Skenes is also one of the most anticipated players in this Roster Update. As one of the hottest young players in the league, he possesses extremely high speed, powerful strikeout ability, and pitching characteristics perfectly suited to the game environment.

In real-world matches, Skenes continues to demonstrate the potential of an ace pitcher. His fastball, powerful strikeout ability, and consistent performance against power hitters make him one of the most dominant young pitchers in the league.

In MLB series, pitchers with high speed and high K/9 attributes typically have extremely high competitive value; therefore, even a small increase in Overall or Key attributes could drive up his card price.

3. James Wood

James Wood is considered one of the young hitters with the greatest potential for growth. His recent performance has been outstanding, with a significant improvement in form since July. He displayed tremendous offensive dominance in the period leading up to All-Star game.

Reports indicate he had an efficient performance in his first 10 games in July, including a high batting average, multiple home runs, and an extremely high on-base percentage, making him one of the hottest young players in the league.

His main strengths lie in his power potential and left-handed hitting ability, types of players consistently in high demand in MLB The Show 26 market. If Roster Update is to adjust him, it's likely to focus on improving his Power, Contact, and Plate Vision attributes, potentially even pushing him from Gold to Diamond.

If you are looking to invest in this roster update, the players mentioned above are undoubtedly your best bets for maximizing your MLB 26 Stubs.

Tier 2

1. Jake Cronenworth

Jake Cronenworth stands out as arguably the most reliable and noteworthy player in MLB The Show 26. Compared to young players who rely on explosive stats to boost their overall ratings, his biggest advantage lies in his consistent offensive and defensive contributions and versatility across multiple positions.

In recent games, Jake Cronenworth has maintained a high level of impact. He can switch between multiple infield positions and consistently provide Padres with a stable offensive output.

Throughout the season, his hitting performance in crucial games has improved, creating opportunities for the team through consistent onslaughts, clutch hits, and a decent amount of power hitting.

If SDS improves his Contact, Power, or defensive attributes based on his recent performance, his Live Series card value could increase further.

2. Tanner Houck

Tanner Houck is one of the most noteworthy pitchers in this roster update. As a key member of Red Sox rotation, Houck has gradually developed into one of the team's most reliable starting pitchers in recent years, gaining significant attention for his unique pitching style.

In recent real-world games, Houck continues to demonstrate strong pitching consistency.

He relies on his distinctive Sinker-Splitter combination to generate a large number of ground balls and misses, while maintaining a high strikeout rate. Against strong lineups, he can still limit the opponent's offense with pitch variation, which is a key reason for his competitiveness.

If SDS improves his H/9, K/9, Control, or Pitching Clutch attributes based on recent performance, his rating and market price are likely to rise.

3. Mason Miller

Mason Miller has become one of the most threatening young relievers in MLB 26, thanks to his league-leading speed and aggressive pitching style.

In recent real-world games, Miller continues to demonstrate remarkable dominance. His high-speed four-seam fastball frequently exceeds 100 mph, combined with a powerful slider to generate numerous misses and strikeouts. He excels in crucial situations, repeatedly using his powerful pressure to help his team maintain a lead.

His greatest strength lies in the fact that he not only performs exceptionally well in real-world games but also perfectly fits the demands of the game environment.

Consequently, should SDS continue to boost key attributes like Velocity, K/9, H/9, or Clutch in response to his real-world play, his Live Series card is highly likely to keep climbing in value.

Tier 3

1. Hunter Goodman

Hunter Goodman also stands out as one of the low-profile investment targets worth keeping an eye on in this roster update. He is a typical power hitter, and his playing style perfectly matches the current demand for power hitters in MLB The Show 26.

If he can maintain his slugging performance from real-world games, SDS is likely to improve his hitting-related attributes in this attribute adjustment.

Although he doesn't have as much market attention as Elly De La Cruz and James Wood, his development potential and room for improvement are significant. He is likely to experience a rating jump in Roster Update, making him a suitable investment option for players with low stubs budgets.

2. Will Warren

As a young pitcher for New York Yankees, Will Warren has the market advantage of team exposure, while also possessing personal growth potential. In real-world games, you can monitor changes in his ERA, Strikeout Rate, H/9, and K/9 stats.

If he can consistently improve his pitching consistency and demonstrate greater dominance in real-world games, SDS might consider boosting his pitching attributes. Will Warren is a player to watch for those looking to find potential up-rated pitchers.

3. Victor Bericoto

Victor Bericoto is considered a potential dark horse in this Roster Update.

While his overall rating isn't currently outstanding, young outfielders typically have significant room for growth. If he can consistently improve his offensive performance and gain SDS's attention, he could be a candidate for a promotion from a lower rating to a higher overall rating.

Compared to popular Tier 1 and Tier 2 players, the biggest advantage of these players is their lower acquisition cost, making them more suitable for long-term monitoring and early card accumulation.

Meanwhile, some high-rated players should also be aware of the potential risk of relegation. For example, Cal Raleigh remains very popular and maintains his market value due to the scarcity of catchers.

However, if his offensive stats decline significantly in the near future, his Contact or Vision attributes may be adjusted. Nevertheless, thanks to his positional advantage, he still possesses strong short-term stability.

In short, the final roster will be announced soon. Have you all finalized your investment lists?
