Diablo 4 Lord of Hatred: Best War Plans Skill Trees & Max Reward Farming Tips

Diablo 4 Lord of Hatred new endgame system, War Plans, offers a rich path to farming Mythics, Keys to Mephisto's Hoard, and crafting materials through Whispers, Nightmare Dungeons, and Helltides.

May 13, 2026 Author: EZG

Diablo 4 Lord of Hatred War Plans is brand new endgame content that allows you to obtain a large amount of Mythics and Key to Mephisto's Hoard, as well as other rich loot.

Trees of Whispers, Nightmare Dungeons, and Helltides are currently the most popular War Plans activities, each with its own unique skill tree.Diablo 4 Lord of Hatred: Best War Plans Skill Trees & Max Reward Farming Tips

This guide covers how to pick the most suitable rewards, set clear priorities within War Plans, and determine which War Plan Tree nodes to focus on for maximum gain.

Reward Selection

For Gold and Obols, you only need to pay attention to Legendary quality, since you usually already have enough Obols. Secondly, at Torment 12 difficulty, obtaining Gold is relatively easy when combined with the dungeons from Gold Reserve and Vile Splendor. Once you get a Legendary-level Gold and Obols reward, it's absolutely worth it.

The same applies to talisman and mark rewards of lower quality than Legendary. However, salvage is an exception; even a medium amount is worth acquiring. It can be disenchanted into large quantities of Veiled Crystals, Forgotten Souls, Scraps, Iron, and other materials.

These materials can then be used for upgrading and reforging equipment. As is well known, Forgotten Souls are a scarce resource consumed in large quantities for any equipment crafting or upgrading in Diablo 4.

When looting, you should pay close attention to items with Key icon. Whether they are magic, rare, or legendary is irrelevant, as they can be exchanged for many good things. They can directly yield Mythical Tributes, keys to The Pit, and even common items that can be upgraded into mythical items.

Remember to use your re-rolls every time you complete a War Plan. In Diablo 4, you get three re-rolls for each new War Plan you unlock. You should definitely take full advantage of them, as all reward types, including Salvage, Gold, Obols, and Talismans, have a chance to be upgraded to Legendary quality through re-rolls.

War Plan Trees Selection

To maximize your rewards in Diablo 4 War Plans, you'll also need to optimize your War Plan Tree selection to further enhance this benefit.

Tree of Whispers

Among Tree of Whispers options, your first choice should be Tree of Plenty, which provides a fourth Whisper Caches option, significantly increasing your chances of unlocking Whisper Caches of Dungeon Keys.

Whisper Cache of Dungeon Keys has a chance to drop not only mythic tributes of armament, but also legendary ones. If you're currently short on materials, you could theoretically choose Simple Gifts; however, given the many other easy ways to obtain materials in Diablo 4, I personally feel that not choosing Whisper Caches bonus is a waste.

Wisdom of Whispers increases the number of experience orbs you get from Whisper Chests. Choosing Chaotic Favor gives you a chance to earn extra Collection of Chaos by completing any Whisper quest in the open world, even the simplest one.

Grim Retribution affix gives you a chance to trigger Whisper Ambush events during Whisper quests, also known as ambush encounters. Enemies encountered in ambushes have a chance to drop Collection of Chaos.

You can even choose Colossal Foe affix to further enhance the rewards; it sometimes includes bosses in your Whisper Ambush, which drop higher-tier Greater Collections of Chaos. Malignant Invasion affix adds Slay Varshan to Whisper Ambush and provides Ancestral Collection of Chaos rewards.

I've tried selecting Grim Mysteries to get a Collection of Mysteries instead of Collection of Chaos; sometimes it yields good Diablo 4 Items, sometimes nothing.

Overall, I prefer farming Collections of Keys or talismans that can be dismantled. This allows me to dismantle them for more dust for reforging or recycling for Forgotten Souls. Compared to the completely random results of Collection of Mysteries, this method provides a more consistent output or a more reliable outcome in Diablo 4.

Nightmare Dungeons

In Nightmare Dungeons, you need to first select the affix on the left side of War Plan Trees. Waking Spoils grants an extra chest after completing Nightmare Dungeons, effectively doubling your loot.

Next is Gauntlet: In Nightmare Dungeons, when you kill an enemy while under Shrine buff, the enemy's soul is imprisoned within you. Once Shrine buff wears off, all the imprisoned souls surge forth, reappearing as enemies around you.

This affix is particularly useful for triggering goblin nightmare dungeons: find a Shrine, lure out a goblin, and the entire Diablo 4 Nightmare Dungeon will instantly descend into a frenzied melee.

To further enhance this effect, you can also combine it with Nemesis affix. When Shrine is activated in Nightmare Dungeons, this affix will summon up to seven additional Elites to ambush you. Elites mean extra experience and extra loot.

In the mid-lane affix options, Dread Revival gives bosses in Nightmare Dungeons a chance to revive after being killed. This happens quite frequently; on average, a boss resurrects once every three Nightmare Dungeons.

Recurring Nightmare also increases Monster Power of Dungeons, meaning you'll get more loot. After all, in Diablo 4, the higher the monster strength level, the higher the chance of Mythical gear dropping.

You can also choose Rewarded Faith and Fearless Conviction. Rewarded Faith provides an additional buff from Shrines in Nightmare Dungeons, while Fearless Conviction grants you a stack of Conviction buff after killing Elites and Champions. The higher your Conviction, the more loot you'll ultimately gain.

Helltides

In Diablo 4 Helltides, things get incredibly intense because we need to significantly increase enemy Monster Power to maximize rewards.

Let's start with the first option in the middle column: Hellmouth. When a Hellwyrm emerges, it releases Chaos Rifts, Maggots, or Bloodseekers.

Secondly, Writhe and Rot cause Hellwyrms to continuously spawn Maggots, which gain an additional +1 Monster Power. Higher Monster Power means more rewards, more XP, and an overall boost to all benefits. Pang of Duriel will also appear on the battlefield; defeating them drops Lair Keys.

The real fun lies in combining all the affixes. Hellwyrms only appear when your Threat Level reaches a certain height. To increase your Threat Level as quickly as possible, you should activate Tainted Shrines in Helltides. Once Shrines' buff is active, your Threat Level progress from killing enemies will be doubled. The faster your Threat Level increases, the more Hellwyrms will appear, and the greater the rewards will be.

Next is the second option: Hated Foe. Ambushing your most threatening enemy grants +1 Monster Power. Finally, let's look at the third option: Meat Brothers. At the end of the ambush, Hellborne, which should appear is replaced by two Butchers linked by chains of fire. Defeating these two Butchers has a prime chance of each dropping a Profane Mine Cage. This is the core item for farming in Diablo 4 Helltides.

Using a Profane Mine Cage greatly increases the strength of all monsters in the open world, and this buff lasts until you die. It's practically the most desirable item. You'll obtain numerous Cinders, especially with +1 Monster Power, which is the ultimate secret to farming in Helltides.

These are the best strategies for Diablo 4 Lord of Hatred War Plans. Bring your best gear and enjoy the thrill of reaping loot!

Diablo 4 Season 14 Made Gear Better, But Endgame Is Still Missing Something

Season 14 wasn't a failure; in fact, it could be considered one of the more enjoyable Diablo 4 seasons in recent years. With the gear system adjustments, farming for gear wasn't as grueling as before, and new and returning players found it easier to get into the game.

However, if the question is whether Season 14 can keep players engaged long-term, the answer might not be so optimistic. As players progress, they'll encounter the same problem Diablo 4 has never solved: what's the next step after a character reaches their endgame gear set?

Many players aren't averse to repetitive grinding. The core gameplay of Diablo series revolves around farming gear; players are willing to invest time for better affixes and higher damage. But the game needs to provide players with a reason to continue investing time.

Mythic Unique Adjustments

If there's one significant improvement in Season 14, it's undoubtedly the adjustments to Mythic Unique system.

In the past, Diablo 4's Unique system often left players in an awkward situation.

You'd spend time farming a boss, finally getting Diablo 4 items you wanted, only to find that while the name was correct, the stats were useless. After experiencing this repeatedly, many players lost their anticipation for Unique drops, their first reaction becoming checking the affixes.

Season 14 clearly aims to reduce this frustration. Mythic is no longer a completely independent item rarity, but a quality level. Regular Unique items can be upgraded to Mythic Quality, increasing item strength and maximizing some stats.

Furthermore, Unique and Mythic Unique drops always have two affixes, reducing the number of completely useless items.

For the average player, this change is significant. Previously, grinding for hours might not yield a single usable item; now, at least once you obtain the desired item, it has potential for further improvement. Players can experience a complete build more quickly, instead of spending countless hours organizing their inventory.

However, this adjustment has also sparked another controversy.

The most appealing aspect of Mythic Uniques in the past was their rarity. A Mythic drop represented a significant investment of time and a stroke of good luck. Many Diablo 4 players crave that moment - the sudden, long-awaited drop of their dream gear after endless grinding

Season 14 reduced the pain of acquiring gear, but also diminished some of the surprise. Casual players see this as a positive, finally free from the torment of random affixes; hardcore players worry that with gear goals becoming too clear, the pace of reaching endgame gear will accelerate, potentially reducing motivation to grind later.

Endgame is Still Seeking a Solution

While the gear system is a relatively successful aspect of Season 14, Endgame remains its biggest weakness.

The season introduced Pandemonium Ruptures, Colossal Ruptures, a new Realmwalker event, and Seasonal Lair Boss, adding a lot of gameplay content. However, many veteran players will find it familiar after playing it.

The problem isn't that the content isn't fun. Diablo 4 players have always enjoyed grinding; repeatedly challenging powerful enemies and pursuing higher stats are part of the game's appeal.

What truly tires players is the lack of clear objectives once their characters are fully developed.

Many players' Season 14 experience follows a similar pattern: the first two weeks are incredibly focused, researching seasonal builds and ballooning character strength. Later, with gear nearing completion and damage output high enough, they suddenly find themselves unsure what to do next.

This is why similar situations occur every season. Currently, Diablo 4 still lacks a truly sustainable endgame system to support long playtime. Higher difficult challenges, richer competitive content, and more worthwhile rewards are what future seasons need to address.

SSF Added

The addition of SSF (Solo Self-Found) in Season 14 is good news for players who enjoy solo play.

Many players have long hoped that Diablo 4 would offer a purer personal progression path, free from trading and friend boosting, where gear and character growth are entirely self-made. Now, at least this need has been met.

However, Diablo 4's open-world design also makes its SSF somewhat unique. Players cannot team up, but they can still encounter other players on the map and participate in public events such as world bosses.

Therefore, it differs from a traditional, completely single-player mode. Some players believe this reduces the purity of SSF, while others feel it's sufficient.

After all, many players want an environment where their growth speed isn't affected by teaming up or trading, not complete isolation from other players.

Class Balance Issues

The powerful Lightning Build in Season 13 was significantly nerfed in Season 14, affecting Unstable Current gameplay. Diablo 4 hopes to reduce the dominance of a single build in this way, giving more gameplay options a chance.

However, experience from the past few seasons has shown that players will always seek the most efficient solution. Even after a build is nerfed, new powerful builds will emerge.

The real problem isn't that a particular build is too strong, but whether other builds are competitive enough. If many builds are playable but significantly inefficient, players will eventually concentrate on a few choices.

Season 14's class balance adjustments still haven't fully resolved this issue.

Season 14 was actually a decent season, but it still didn't address the game's core problem: once a character reaches their endgame state, players lack a reason to continue investing time and effort.

If you want to come back and experience the new builds and see the gear changes, Season 14 is still worth playing. But if you're expecting a new season that can be dedicated hundreds of hours to, you might still feel something's missing.

Diablo 4 Season 14 Rogue Reign of Arrows Build: How Do You Keep Casting It Nonstop?

If you've been following Rogue Leaderboards in Diablo 4 Season 14, it's hard to ignore the popular Reign of Arrows Cold Build. This build allows for continuous Reign of Arrows casting, clearing extensive areas of enemies while maintaining very high burst damage. Even against high-level Pit and other endgame content, it still demonstrates incredibly high damage output.

However, this build has a significant learning curve; it's heavily reliant on endgame gear. Without sufficient energy, cooldown reduction, and key equipment, it's difficult to establish a stable Reign of Arrows rotation, making it unsuitable as a first build for beginners entering endgame content.

A more reasonable approach is to use other Diablo 4 Rogue builds as a transition, gradually collecting core gear. Once key attributes and gear are fully developed, you'll find that this build, once it truly kicks in, provides an excellent experience for both high-level Season of Death Awakening Pit and daily farming.

Core Mechanics

The most important idea behind Rogue Reign of Arrows build is quite straightforward: keep Ultimate skill active as long as possible. You need to use Preparation to reset Reign of Arrows cooldown, while ensuring resource supply through energy regeneration mechanism.

Once your Diablo 4 character build reaches a certain level, you'll find that Energy hardly decreases. Reign of Arrows is constantly being cast, and various buffs are continuously refreshed. For this mechanism to function stably, it's best to have 300+ Energy while keeping Reign of Arrows cooldown under 20 seconds.

This is why Max Resource and Cooldown Reduction are among the most important attributes in gear selection. For players who don't yet have powerful Diablo 4 Items for Endgame, prioritizing these two attributes in your build is a good option.

Skills

You need to use Cold Imbuement as soon as its cooldown is over. As the skill level and related effects improve, this skill provides a very stable freeze, especially against Diablo 4 bosses. Freeze directly affects your subsequent damage multiplier, creating a terrifying burst during stagger phase. Freeze also triggers other gear and skill effects.

Reign of Arrows is responsible for damage output and can also put enemies into a vulnerable state, while Heartseeker is responsible for weakening Diablo 4 enemies and further enhancing critical strike effects. Heartseeker also plays a crucial role in Rogue Reign of Arrows build: maintaining Vengeance stacks, which can stack up to five.

In actual Diablo 4 combat, you don't just stand there mindlessly casting Reign of Arrows. You need to refresh Heartseeker every few seconds, while using Dash to adjust your position and maintain the relevant buffs.

Ferocity is another important source of damage. As Ferocity stacks increase, the damage of Reign of Arrows also increases. With the support of dual-wielding weapons and gear effects, Ferocity can stack to top levels, resulting in a significant damage boost.

It's important to note that Reign of Arrows requires a skill level of at least 23 for Energy regeneration mechanism to function reliably. The related effects on Amulets provide Energy based on Ultimate Skill's level.

The higher Reign of Arrows skill level, the easier it is to maintain the entire resource cycle. If your Ultimate Skill Generation is less than ideal, you'll need a higher Reign of Arrows skill level to compensate.

Gear

When you start tackling Diablo 4 endgame content, your character's attributes must also meet certain standards. You need to maximize your Max Resource to 300+ Energy while keeping Reign of Arrows cooldown under 20 seconds. In addition, Cooldown Transfiguration and Cold Damage Transfiguration are also important choices for enhancing this build.

Crown of Lucian is one of the core pieces of this Rogue Reign of Arrows build, further amplifying your damage. In the early stages, before your gear is fully developed, you can use the standard Legendary Helmet for your headgear. +6 Skills from Harlequin Crest will help you level up your skills faster, reaching the required level for Reign of Arrows.

As your gear improves, some rings originally used for Cooldown can be changed to Vulnerable Damage or Critical Strike Damage.

Beastfall Boots are a highly recommended Diablo 4 Mythic gear choice. Their core value lies in consuming energy when casting Ultimates, converting the consumed resources into an additional damage multiplier. Combined with stable energy regeneration and frequent Reign of Arrows casts, this fully leverages the advantages of this build.

Once your gears are largely complete, you can further optimize your Charm attributes. Initially, prioritize Max Resource, gradually shifting your focus to Marksmanship Skills to achieve higher skill levels and additional damage.

For weapons, prioritize Critical Strike Damage, Weapon Damage, and Cold Damage. Ideally, look for a gear with GA Critical Strike Damage affix, and then use Transfiguration to acquire cold-related attributes, further increasing the damage cap of Reign of Arrows.

It's important to note that this build isn't a single configuration applicable to all Diablo 4 scenarios. Pit Push, Boss Farming, and Speed Farming have different gear requirements.

If your goal is to challenge high-level Pits, prioritize damage multipliers, Cooldown Reduction, Cold Damage, and a stable Energy loop. If your primary focus is boss farming, you can sacrifice some area-of-effect clearing ability for higher single-target burst damage.

In contrast, daily Diablo 4 farming prioritizes movement efficiency. This is where Shadow Step comes in handy, and lowering its cooldown can significantly increase travel speed. When Shadow Step's cooldown is low enough, your character can reposition very frequently, noticeably improving farming efficiency.

Diablo 4 Season 15 PTR Is Bringing Real Challenges Back to Endgame

Diablo 4's late-game experience has always had a recurring problem: the stronger the character, the less pressure the game feels. Many players, by the late season, with fully geared characters and optimized builds, focus more on efficiency when farming, rarely experiencing the sense of gradual progression they felt at the beginning.

Of course, for another group of players, high-level Torments are already challenging enough. Players with limited time or those new to Diablo series find it difficult to consistently progress to higher difficulties. How to allow fully geared characters to continue exploring without affecting the experience for casual players has been a persistent problem for Diablo 4.

In Season 15 PTR, Blizzard's solution was to add selectable difficulty. Players can actively increase their Monster Power, taking on higher risks for greater rewards.

This direction aligns well with the gameplay logic of Diablo series: as characters become stronger, new enemies should appear to challenge them, rather than simply repeating familiar content.

Increasing the Difficulty Cap

Diablo 4's current endgame content already exhibits a certain degree of difficulty differentiation.

For the average player, progressing through Torments, upgrading gear, and perfecting builds is a lengthy process. Especially in high-level Torments, damage, defense, and affix combinations all significantly affect character performance; simply stacking gear isn't enough.

However, for players who have already acquired endgame gear and are familiar with various build mechanics, a new problem arises.

When a character can quickly clear content on the highest difficulty, the game's pressure decreases considerably. Farming gear still has a goal, but the combat itself no longer provides much excitement.

The new mechanic in Season 15 PTR is designed specifically for this stage.

Based on current testing, players can actively increase the difficulty to further enhance Monster Power and obtain higher rewards. This difficulty increase won't affect all players; those who want to play at a normal pace can maintain their original experience.

This design is actually more reasonable than simply increasing the overall game difficulty.

After all, Diablo 4 player base is incredibly diverse. Some players dedicate a significant amount of time each day to researching builds and testing damage, while others might only log in for a few hours each evening during a season.

If everyone faces the same difficulty adjustment, some will find it too easy, while others will find it too challenging. Letting players decide their own level of challenge is more in line with the characteristics of loot-based games.

Challenge Dungeons

Challenge Dungeons appearing in Season 15 PTR are one of the most anticipated new features. Based on testing, these dungeons currently revolve around boss battles. Upon entering, players can choose to directly challenge the boss at the current difficulty level or further increase the difficulty level.

PTR offers multiple difficulty options, with each five-level increase roughly corresponding to a Torment Tier increase. This means that Diablo 4 will not immediately open Torment 15, which all players must enter.

The so-called higher difficulties are more like an additional challenge mode. Players can think of it as adding a test for their character.

Is your build strong enough? Is your understanding of positioning and mechanics sufficient? Have your Diablo 4 Items truly reached endgame level?

These are questions that ordinary players may not need to address every day. However, for players who have already achieved their seasonal goals and are starting to seek higher objectives, this challenge does offer a new direction.

Higher Difficulty, Greater Rewards

The relationship between high difficulty and rewards was one of the most discussed issues among players in the past Diablo 4 seasons. Often, players were willing to challenge higher levels of content, but if the time and pressure invested didn't yield significant rewards, then high difficulty ultimately became just a display of skill.

Season 15 is addressing this. According to PTR information, increasing Monster Power will grant players more rewards, including higher resource yields and material drops.

This is crucial for late-game players. Because by the late game, many players are no longer lacking basic equipment, but the large amounts of resources consumed in upgrading, crafting, and enhancing.

If higher difficulty significantly improves material acquisition efficiency, then challenging higher difficulty becomes truly worthwhile. Of course, the final effect will depend on the data adjustments in the official release.

If the rewards for high difficulty are too low, no one will want to play; if the rewards are too high, it may cause regular gameplay to lose its appeal. Finding this balance remains an issue that Blizzard needs to continuously test.

Abyssal Splinter Mechanism

Besides Challenge Dungeon, Season 15 PTR showcased several new mechanics that can alter the pace of combat. One particularly interesting is Abyssal Splinter effect: certain Splinters can increase Monster Power for a period after a player defeats an elite monster.

The biggest feature of this mechanic is that it makes difficult changes occur during combat.

Previously, players entering an area knew what kind of enemies they would face. Once their gear was strong enough, many battles became a predictable sequence.

However, with this dynamic difficulty-increasing mechanic, the situation changes. Players might experience a process where the difficulty increases as the fight progresses.

Of course, this design also carries risks. If the difficulty increases too quickly, players might feel that their efforts are only creating more trouble for themselves; but if the rewards are attractive enough, it could become a new option for farming materials later in the game.

However, as it stands, this type of mechanic has considerable potential. It's not as simplistic as simply increasing Torment Tier; rather, it adds more variation to the existing gameplay. With Season 15 still being tested, more adjustments and new details may appear before the official release.

Players who want to keep up with the latest Diablo 4 updates and participate in current giveaways can follow EZG Facebook. Don't forget to @ your friends and followers so more players can join the giveaway.

Ultimately, if Season 15 can implement this difficulty scaling mechanism well, it could become a significant addition to Diablo 4 endgame experience.

Everyone Slept on Infernal Breath - Now It's One of Diablo 4 Seasoon 15 3.2.0 PTR Best Builds

Diablo 4 Season 15 PTR test server is now live, and I've noticed a build quietly gaining popularity: Warlock's Infernal Breath build. This build was mentioned before, and it seemed rather weak.

However, in Season 15 PTR, the development team appears to have carefully planned to buff Infernal Breath, increasing its base damage and the power of key variants.

The most significant highlight is the passive skill Explosive Death, which now deals more damage, gains a stronger single-hit bonus, and has a larger area of effect. This gives Warlock's Infernal Breath build new life, allowing it to clear areas explosively.

This article will teach you how to build Warlock's Infernal Breath in Diablo 4 Season 15 PTR, preparing you for Season 15 release.

Choosing a Path - Key Upgrades

The strength of this build lies in its versatility, allowing players to choose different development paths based on their playstyle in Diablo 4 Season 15 PTR.

Heavy Impact Damage

This upgrade is particularly beneficial for players seeking burst damage. It allows your Infernal Breath to deal up to 2,000%[x] extra damage on its first hit. However, the trade-off is that the skill no longer has piercing effects, making it ideal for single-target damage or as an initial attack against groups of enemies.

Demonic Breath

If you prefer a channeled melee playstyle, this upgrade transforms you into a Demonform. In Demonform, your breath attacks deal 35% more damage on each hit, and with Volatility talent, their Dominance Energy cost is reduced by 50%. This is a tankier, more sustained damage build.

Abyssal Torrent

Abyssal Torrent reforges your skill, allowing you to summon a large demon that lasts for 15 seconds and can execute cursed enemies. Then, you can cast this skill again, aiming and attacking the enemy three times, each time dealing 150% damage, achieving a powerful combination of summoning and direct control.

Damage Source - Support Passive Skills

In Diablo 4 Season 15 PTR, the base skills of Warlock's Infernal Breath build aren't key; the passive nodes that support Infernal Breath are crucial to taking it from good to insane. You must allocate skill points here to unlock the full potential of this build.

Ramping Damage

This is your most important source of damage multipliers. Every time Infernal Breath hits an enemy, that enemy permanently gains 1%[x] of Infernal Breath damage, stacking up to 25%[x]. For bosses, this equates to a permanent and unconditional 25% damage bonus after a few seconds of channeling. So, be sure to prioritize this talent point.

Lesser Demon Volatility

This passive skill synergizes perfectly with your other skills. When you cast Infernal Breath, it infuses Lesser Demon skills with Volatility effect, granting them a 1-second Volatility effect on each hit, lasting 5 seconds.

This talent allows you to easily maintain maximum Volatility stacks on demons, increasing their damage and unlocking the reduced cost of Demonic Breath upgrades. It transforms the original single-skill build into a fluid rotation-based DPS system.

Expensive Damage

This is the ultimate choice for players, but currently not very suitable for Diablo 4 newbies. While it increases skill damage by an astonishing 140%[x], it also doubles Dominance cost. You'll also need some specific gear. If you can manage Dominance issue, your damage output against world bosses or high-level dungeon bosses will be unmatched.

Key Items

To complete Warlock's Infernal Breath build, you'll need several specific Diablo 4 Items, as follows:

Scepter of the Three

This unique staff allows you to occasionally unleash a weaker second breath attack on nearby random enemies during Infernal Breath channeling. This effectively doubles your mob clearing speed and provides more attack opportunities for your damage-stacking passive. If you find this item, build your build around it immediately.

Harlequin Crest

Harlequin Crest is an excellent choice for building Warlock's Infernal Breath. It reduces damage taken by 20% and grants +4 to all your abilities.

Anathema of the Primes

When you use your core abilities to strike enemies, each ability's damage is increased by x [15 - 20%]. It also makes it easier to maintain Demon Form.

Attribute Priorities

Primary Attribute

Intelligence: This is your primary damage bonus. Every point of Intelligence increases your ability damage. Prioritize stacking Intelligence on all available gears - helmet, chest armor, pants, off-hand, and rings.

Secondary Attributes

Dominance Generation and Dominance Cost Reduction, as Warlock's Infernal Breath build's skill requires Dominance.

Offensive Affixes

Prioritize Critical Strike Chance and Critical Strike Damage on rings and gloves. Also, look for Damage over Time and Damage to Burning Enemies affixes, as the breath inflicts burning effects.

Defense Affixes

Since you often need to stand still while channeling the breath, you need to be tanky. Prioritize damage reduction on chest armor and pants, and armor percentage on helmet and amulet. Life on Hit is also crucial for this build, providing continuous life regeneration during combat.

This concludes our guide to building Warlock's Infernal Breath in Diablo 4 Season 15 PTR. For more information, follow EZG Facebook, where we also regularly give away resources. Participating is simple: just @ your friend in Facebook comments section.

Finally, one thing to note is that this is currently in the test server phase, and there may be some bugs affecting BD performance. However, rest assured that these issues will not appear in the final release.

Diablo 4 Vehement Brawlers Aspect Farming Guide: How to Get This Ultimate Build Upgrade Fast in Season 14?

In Diablo 4 Season 14, Legendary Aspects remain a crucial component of character progression and build development. As we progress to higher Torment difficulties, a suitable core Aspect can significantly boost a builds damage output.

Among these, Vehement Brawlers Aspect, an Offensive Legendary Aspect applicable to all classes, is ideal for builds focused on Ultimate Skill damage and remains a worthwhile option for many endgame builds in Season of Death Awakening.

For players refining their Diablo 4 endgame gear, mastering efficient Vehement Brawlers Aspect farming methods can accelerate the optimization of their ultimate-focused build.

Effect Description

Vehement Brawlers Aspect is an Offensive Legendary Aspect usable by all Diablo 4 classes, particularly suitable for builds focused on Ultimate Skill damage.

The core effect of Vehement Brawlers Aspect is to grant up to 30% damage increase for the next 8 seconds after using Ultimate Skill, while also increasing Ultimate Skill Rank by 2, significantly enhancing burst damage output. Its performance is even more consistent in Diablo 4 Season 14.

Vehement Brawlers Aspect can be socketed into amulets, two-handed weapons, rings, and other equipment slots, with amulets being the most recommended. Since Offensive Aspects receive a 50% effect boost on Amulets, it maximizes burst damage after using Ultimate Skill without occupying a core weapon damage slot.

While other slots can provide Aspect amplification, they sacrifice weapon affixes and other synergy options. For most Diablo 4 Season 14 players, amulets are the preferred choice.

Applicable Classes

In Diablo 4 Season 14, while Vehement Brawlers Aspect can be used by all classes, its not a universal choice for every build. The core value of this Offensive Aspect lies in enhancing the burst phase after using Ultimate Skills, making it best suited for builds that rely on Ultimate Skills as their primary damage source and can revolve around a cooldown rotation.

Barbarian is one of Diablo 4 classes best suited to use Vehement Brawlers Aspect. Many Endgame builds revolve around powerful Ultimate Skills, such as Call of the Ancients build and Wrath of the Berserker build.

After activating Ultimate Skill, you can quickly kill bosses and Elite Enemies within 8-second burst window, while the additional Ultimate Skill Rank further enhances the skills effect.

Besides Barbarian, Rogue Shadow Clone build is also very suitable. Shadow Clone itself relies on Ultimate Skill bursts; with this Aspect, you can gain additional damage boosts while activating Shadow Clone. Necromancers can also utilize this Aspect, especially in builds designed around Army of the Dead.

Acquisition Method

Vehement Brawlers Aspect can currently only be obtained through random drops from Legendary Gear, unlike some Aspects which can be directly unlocked through Diablo 4 Dungeon Codex of Power. Therefore, you need to continuously acquire Legendary Items and check if your equipment has this Aspect.

Once you obtain Legendary gear with Vehement Brawlers Aspect, you can go to Occultist in town and use Extract Aspect function to extract Aspect from the gear and save it for later gear enhancement.

Note that the extracted Aspect is not permanently unlocked; it is a onetime consumable. When you add it to new gear via Imprint Aspect, Aspect will be consumed. If you need to change gear and use Vehement Brawlers Aspect again later, you must find a Legendary Item with that Aspect and extract it again.

Therefore, players who want to use or optimize Vehement Brawlers Aspect long-term need to continuously farm Legendary Gear to find Aspects of higher quality or more suitable for their gear slots.

Dark Omen Nightmare Dungeon

Farming Diablo 4 Legendary Gear is the fastest way to obtain Diablo 4 Vehement Brawlers Aspect. You need to select Nightmare Dungeons in War Plans and look for targets with Dark Omen Affixes from the provided Dungeons. Note that Dungeons opened with your own Nightmare Sigil will not trigger.

Dark Omen Affixes will cause you to encounter Boss Ambush during Dungeons, such as Butcher or other Boss Enemies. These bosses consistently drop legendary items at Torment 1 and higher difficulties.

This means you can repeatedly kill these Diablo 4 bosses to reliably obtain Legendary Gear and further extract Legendary Aspects, including Vehement Brawlers Aspect. After finding Nightmare Dungeon with Dark Omen, you dont need to complete the entire dungeon.

Once inside Diablo 4 dungeon, simply advance through the map and wait for Boss Enemy to appear. After defeating the boss and collecting the dropped legendary item, do not continue fighting the final dungeon boss. You should immediately teleport back to town and use Reset Dungeon function on the map.

After resetting, teleport back to the original Nightmare Dungeon. Youll find dungeon has been restored, and Dark Omen Affix remains. Then, repeat entering dungeon, defeating Ambush Boss, collecting Legendary Item, returning to town, and resetting dungeon.

In this way, you can obtain a Legendary Item every few minutes, and also have a chance to obtain other valuable Diablo 4 Items rewards.

Purveyor of Curiosities

Besides dungeon farming, you can also exchange Obols for legendary gear through Purveyor of Curiosities. If your goal is to find Vehement Brawlers Aspect, Off-hand are the more recommended option, as they only require 40 Obols and only offensive Aspects appear in the gear pool, increasing the efficiency of obtaining Vehement Brawlers Aspect.

Diablo 4 Season 14 Jaguar's Eye Guide: Must-Have for Spiritborn Builds, Mythic Upgrade and Endgame Farming Tips

With the radical changes to Unique Items in Endgame system brought about by Diablo 4 Season of Death Awakening Patch 3.1.1a and 3.1.2, the status of some key items in the game and their role in character progression have undergone significant changes.

Among them, Jaguar's Eye has become one of the most sought-after items for many Endgame players. Its primary function has always been to enhance playstyles that rely on Jaguar-related skill sets or damage mechanics, making it particularly important for players aiming for high-level pit progression and Endgame speed runs.

After the latest patch update adjusted the affixes and upgrades of Unique Items, Jaguar's Eye's status has risen even further. This article will explore its latest mechanics, applications, and the most efficient way to obtain it.

Core Mechanics

Unlike ordinary Unique Items, the greatest value of Jaguar's Eye is not just providing powerful attribute bonuses to builds, but also directly altering character gameplay through its specific effects.

Its core value lies not only in enhancing player skill rotations, increasing burst damage, and improving combat efficiency, but also in helping specific builds (i.e., Jaguar system) activate their core mechanics.

Jaguar System

Jaguar's Eye is even more effective when serving Jaguar system. In Diablo 4 Season 14, Jaguar system is a complete build path belonging to one of Spiritborn's Spirit Guardians, characterized by high attack speed, continuous attacks, ferocity, and high burst damage.

Change in Status

A series of updates and adjustments in Diablo 4 Season of Death Awakening changed how players pursue equipment.

Previously, players often only needed to focus on a few top-tier Unique Items. Now, any valuable Unique Item can be upgraded to a higher-tier Mythic Unique Item, possessing stronger special effects, higher-quality attribute bonuses, and a higher endgame growth cap.

The same applies to Jaguar's Eye. In the past, players only focused on whether it was a powerful unique item. Now, the more important question is whether its value can dynamically change across different endgame development stages and even different builds.

Stage Impact

Early Endgame Stage

For players just entering Torment difficulty, Jaguar's Eye can significantly improve their build mechanics, increasing the stability of their output and skill rotation at Torment difficulty.

At this stage, players don't need to spend a lot of Diablo 4 gold and materials to pursue perfect affixes; the benefits provided by Jaguar's Eye are already sufficient.

Higher Torment Stage

Once you enter the higher Torment Farm stage, further maximizing the value of Jaguar's Eye becomes more dependent on your build.

If your build can fully utilize its special effect without sacrificing key attributes, and crafting and upgrading around it can further promote damage growth, then at this stage, the value of Jaguar's Eye can increase significantly.

The materials needed for crafting and upgrading include a large amount of Diablo 4 Gold and the essential Pandemonium Fragments.

Climbing Tower

For players aiming for higher Tower rankings, every equipment slot in their build is crucial.

The value of Jaguar's Eye lies in its ability to provide a damage multiplier bonus that even Iconic Mythic Uniques cannot replace. It also significantly enhances the build's overall burst potential, improves resource cycling, and synergizes well with skills and Paragon Board.

However, not all builds can achieve this effect.

Best Builds

Before using Jaguar's Eye, first determine if your build needs this equipment and whether it provides an irreplaceable effect. Here is a ranking of builds from best to moderately suitable.

Tier S

As I mentioned when explaining Jaguar's Eye mechanics, Jaguar System Builds are the most suitable for playing Jaguar's Eye. It not only highly matches its core mechanics but also maximizes the unique effect of Jaguar's Eye, providing a significant advantage in final boss fights.

For these builds, Jaguar's Eye is not a transitional item but one of their core items. To adapt to the needs, upgrading it to Mythic Jaguar's Eye via Horadric Cube is essential.

Tier A

Some builds in Diablo 4 Season 14 that rely on high burst damage can also utilize Jaguar's Eye. These builds typically rely more on short burst windows to quickly kill elite monsters, and Jaguar's Eye can maximize the multiplier of this burst damage, further increasing peak output.

Tier B

If your build only involves daily Torment farming, Jaguar's Eye can still be used. However, if other more easily obtainable uniques provide similar effects, they can be directly substituted.

Acquisition Methods

In Diablo 4 Season of Death Awakening, Jaguar's Eye can be obtained primarily through the following methods:

1. Endgame Bosses

After several updates and adjustments, the drop rate of bosses has been significantly improved. If your build's strength allows, you can indirectly increase the drop rate by increasing Torment Difficulty.

Because in Diablo 4 Season of Death Awakening, the value of Boss Farming extends beyond just obtaining equipment; it's also a crucial way to accumulate upgrade materials for later stages.

2. Helltides

Helltides remains a consistently important activity for obtaining equipment in Diablo 4. Besides Uniques, you can also obtain large amounts of Gold, Gem Fragments, Pandemonium Fragments, and other important resources.

This method is more suitable for players who want to level up and farm equipment simultaneously, allowing them to pursue multiple objectives at once.

3. Nightmare Dungeon

While Nightmare Dungeon isn't the highest drop rate for Jaguar's Eye in Diablo 4 Season 14, it's still worthwhile because it provides more experience, glyph upgrades, and other gear benefits, making it suitable for early and mid-game character progression.

In fact, your journey doesn't end after obtaining Jaguar's Eye, especially for players nearing the endgame.

You not only need to upgrade it to Mythic, but also equip it with the most suitable Greater Affix. The final Greater Affix must not only provide a significant stat boost but also align with your build's core mechanics and needs.

If these steps are too time-consuming, you can directly buy Diablo 4 Jaguar's Eye from EZG.com and choose Greater Affix you need from our pre-built sets. Order now and enjoy an 8% discount with promo code SODA!

Overall, Jaguar's Eye perfectly embodies the development direction of the equipment system in Diablo 4 Season 14.

Choosing a Unique will no longer be solely based on its numerical attributes, but also on its future growth potential and any synergies with build mechanics, skills, and other equipment to ultimately decide whether to include it in your final build.
