Coincidentally, Blizzard and CD Projekt Red have indicated that their collaboration will bring more information at BlizzCon.

However, the real issue is that Rogue has already taken up some design space for Demon Hunter. Rogue can use Bow and Crossbow, and possesses ranged attacks, traps, shadow abilities, and high mobility. If Demon Hunter is simply another Dexterity ranged class, it could easily become another version of Rogue.

Therefore, if Diablo 4 Season 15 is to truly incorporate Demon Hunter, it must establish a core gameplay mechanic absent from Rogue. Sentry, Turrets, sustained ranged firepower, and large-scale Projectile Damage are all natural directions.

Especially Sentry; if it becomes a core mechanic in Demon Hunter, allowing you to continuously output damage and control the battlefield by deploying mechanical devices, it will differentiate it from Rogue.

Of course, Hand Crossbow might be an early clue to Demon Hunter, or it might just be part of a future Rogue weapon expansion, or even simply abandoned development content. It's too early to consider it evidence of Demon Hunter before the official announcement of Season 15.

Fresh Start

Diablo 4 Season 15 Rebirth allows you to bring your existing Eternal Character into Seasonal Realm, retaining class, name, appearance, and other character attributes, and then restarting your Seasonal Progression from Level 1.

This design further blurs the lines between Seasonal and Eternal; character identity can continue, but progress can be restarted. Since Season 15 already allows players to actively reset character progress, why can't Eternal Realm provide a true fresh start?

Currently, when we create a new Eternal Character, it still exists within a Realm environment that has been developed over many years. Diablo 4 Items, gold, and other realm progressions already exist. You can, of course, choose not to use these resources, but the game system doesn't truly isolate them.

Diablo 4 Season 14 SSF also offers a possible solution. SSF characters have independent stash, paragon, and progression pools, indicating that Blizzard can create relatively independent progression environments for characters.

Changing Fresh Start Eternal is quite simple; you just need a truly independent character progression. The simplest solution is to add a No Inheritance option during character creation. Once selected, the character starts at Level 1 and cannot inherit existing Gold, Materials, Stash, or Realm Progression.

Currently, Diablo 4 has not announced such a mode. For Season 15, Fresh Start remains a community-proposed concept, but Rebirth and the previous SSF have made this idea seem less unrealistic.

Whether Hand Crossbow is truly related to Demon Hunter, whether Rebirth will further develop into a more complete character reset mechanism, and whether Fresh Start will become a new option for Eternal Realms all await further information from Diablo 4's official team.

One thing is certain: Diablo 4 Season 15 presentation isn't the entire story. If the developers want to deliver a real surprise at BlizzCon 2026, then Demon Hunter, new seasonal content, endgame changes, and even a completely new character system could be the answer.

In short, this is gear best suited for the late game. Early game, the defensive loss is too significant, and you might not have enough shield duration to sustain it. However, once you're well-equipped and start challenging high-tier Pit or Tormented bosses, this item becomes one of the best offensive gear options.

While sacrificing the chest armor's defensive stats is regrettable, 50-65% multiplicative damage bonus is almost always worth it.

In-geom

In-geom is a powerful weapon from Diablo 3, making a strong comeback in Diablo 4 Season 15. It completely changes how you manage your character's skill cooldowns. Let's take a closer look.

This weapon reduces your cooldown skills by a fixed number of seconds, approximately 8-13 seconds depending on the version. Generally, Diablo 4's cooldown reduction cap is 75%, but this fixed reduction completely ignores that cap.

If you have a skill with a 10-second cooldown and 50% cooldown reduction, the actual cooldown time is only 5 seconds. Once you have In-geom, you get an extra 10 seconds off, allowing for more efficient chaining of skills.

I think this weapon is perfect for speed runs and any build that relies on ultimate skills or long-cooldown skills. So, if you're planning to build such a build in Season 15, this item is essential, and players should plan ahead.

The Furnace

The Furnace, also from Diablo 3, is returning in Diablo 4 Season 15 due to its popularity. Unique's effect is quite simple: it increases damage dealt to elites and bosses by up to 200%[x].

Besides that, I think its primary purpose isn't clearing mobs, but rather for pushing. In high-tier Pit runs, you often need to keep some mobs alive so they can act as damage channels (e.g., Rain of Arrows splitting, Shatter procs, or Azrael interactions).

The Furnace allows you to precisely focus your power on what truly matters: those tough targets that genuinely threaten your victory. For players aiming for higher rankings, this weapon is undoubtedly a top-tier choice.

Stone of Jordan

Stone of Jordan originates from Diablo 2. Blizzard has officially confirmed that this Legacy Unique will be permanently added to Diablo 4, not just Season 15. While retaining the core functionality of the classic SoJ (Stone of Jordan), it has been adjusted to fit the current gear system.

This ring's core focus is on enhancing survivability, rather than simply increasing damage output. It grants +2 to all your skills and sets your maximum resistances to your highest single resistance. Additionally, you deal a small amount of extra damage equal to the elemental type.

If you have stacked a significant amount of fire resistance, this ring will immediately set all your other resistances to the same level. This greatly enhances your defensive capabilities, especially in high-difficulty dungeons where resistance disparities can easily lead to instant death. Therefore, for players with poor survivability, this ring might be a lifesaver.

Ariox's Needle

This is a 2H Polearm from Diablo 3. It has a chance to trigger Critical Strike - essentially a critical strike on top of a critical strike. If you have a 50% critical strike chance, each attack has a 50% chance to deal 100%[x] additional damage.
