Of course, if you’re partying with a good friend you know in real life, you can raise them to co-owners, which gives them the ability to add or remove party members and interact with all the items in the base. However, co-owners cannot level up or down the rest of the players, so if you are the one setting up the party, you have a lot of autonomy.
