Dune Awakening Craft Guide: How To Become A Crafting Expert?

In Dune Awakening, crafting is a very important part. Players need to start from collecting raw materials to make survival items, then build Refinery Stations, and perform advanced crafting in Fabricators to gradually solve the survival crisis.

Jun 11, 2025 Author: EZG

Dune Awakening is now available on PC, and new players will face a harsh environment. How can you cope with the heat, sandworms, and thirst? Wandering around Arrakis aimlessly is not enough, and you need to know what items you need to resist these dangers.

Gather resources from all over Arrakis, trade Dune Awakening Solari at the exchange for schematics, and then craft the items you need!

How To Craft?

Dune Awakening Craft Guide: How To Become A Crafting Expert?

The crafting process at Dune Awakening is actually very simple. You first need to get the corresponding schematics of the item, and then use your materials to synthesize it.

You can find schematics hidden in treasure chests in various areas of the world, or use Intel points to unlock your research tree, which will also unlock more craftable options. If you don’t have the resources to make your own, you can also trade Dune Awakening Solari at the exchange.

Research

Research is a bit like the skill tree you see in other games, with many branching options that players need to unlock one by one using Intel points. However, it is functionally different. It only allows players to unlock items and weapon crafting options, but does not provide players with any attribute points or new skills.

  • Essentials: Items required for the main story missions.
  • Water Disciplines: Techniques that can protect your water resources and allow you to get more water resources in Arrakis.
  • Weapons: Techniques that can make and improve your weapons and armor.
  • Construction: Techniques used to create refineries and power systems in your base.
  • Exploration: Used to unlock technologies that help you explore areas of Arrakis, such as binoculars or survey drones.
  • Vehicles: Items that allow you to better traverse Arrakis, such as Sandbikes.
  • Unique: Some items have unique affixes, which are usually more powerful and useful than ordinary items.

Intel points are mainly earned by leveling up and exploring enemy areas.

After you meet the crafting conditions, you can start crafting. Consumables such as bandages and food can be crafted anywhere, but items such as Sandbike or weapons must be crafted in the base.

How To Collect Resources?

Collecting resources is a long-standing theme in survival games. At the beginning, players need to manually collect resources on the map. After you get gathering tools, you can take resources such as ore or debris. The following is how to get resources from the simplest to advanced resources:

  • Picking: Manually collect basic resources such as ore and plant fiber. The efficiency is low, and the resources obtained are ordinary.
  • Gathering Tools: Gathering Tools can be said to be the most important type of tools in Dune Awakening. You need to use Cutteray and Static Compactor to mine veins and collect spices.
  • Loot Boxes: Containers around the map often contain rare materials and schematics.
  • Kill Enemies: Kill enemies to loot their resources and weapons.
  • Eco Labs: You can think of this area as a dungeon. You can find rare items such as vehicle parts and advanced crafting materials here.

Refinery Stations

Many times, the resources you collect are not directly usable for crafting, and you need to process them further. The three Refinery Stations are essential buildings in your base.

Ore Refinery

Ore Refinery helps you refine raw ores into ingots of various qualities. Small Ore Refinery can extract and refine Copper Ingots, Iron Ingots, and Steel Ingots for you. Medium Ore Refinery can produce Aluminum Ingots and Duralumin Ingots from Aluminum and Jasmium ores. Finally, Large Ore Refinery can refine the highest grade materials in Dune Awakening.

Building an Ore Refinery can help you get more raw materials with less ore, and upgrading the size of Ore Refinery will benefit you.

Chemical Refinery

Chemical Refinery specializes in producing more man-made materials for items. For example, Vehicle Fuel Cells and Silicone Blocks. Medium Chemical Refinery is much more efficient and effective in producing similar items.

Spice Refinery

Spice is the most important resource in Dune Awakening. Its value is much higher than Dune Awakening Solari. Even Dune Awakening is called “Spice War”. Spice Refinery is a special area for processing spices. Its specifications are also divided into small, medium and large. The higher the spice factory, the more efficient it is.

Advanced Crafting

Ordinary crafting can only meet your minimum needs. If you want to make a fortune in Arrakis, you have to know how to make advanced items.

Fabricators

Standard fabricators are your workstations in the early game. They can be used on basic weapons, armor, utilities, etc. You can even make your first motorcycle! But in the middle and late stages, you need more professional Fabricators to make wipes.

Weapon Fabricators

Weapon Fabricators are workstations that specialize in making weapons and ammunition, including rockets and incendiary bombs. You can even make missiles here later in the game.

Garment Fabricator

You can make Stillsuits and powerful Armor in Garment Fabricator, but they usually require additional power to operate.

Survival Fabricator

Survival Fabricator is a workstation for making various auxiliary tools. You can make higher-level mining cutters, more advanced medicines, and so on.

Vehicle Fabricator

You can make your first motorcycle at an early game station, but if you want to make more types of motorcycles, you need a vehicle fabricator. For example, both standard and advanced vehicle fabricators can make Buggy and Ornithopter!

You can sell the items you make in the advanced Fabricator, and you can easily earn hundreds of thousands of Dune Awakening Solari.

Dune Awakening is a survival MMO, but also has PVP content. Good equipment often allows you to protect your resources from the malicious attacks of other players, and investing your resources in production can get you out of the survival dilemma.

FFXIV Dawntrail 7.25 Phantom Weapons: How To Get These Powerful Weapons?

In FFXIV Dawntrail 7.25, a new batch of Relic Weapons, Phantom Weapons, were added to the game. They are level 100 Dawntrail Relics, and they look cool, and have two maxed-out secondary properties, making them much more useful than your EX weapons.

While they may not be the most powerful weapons yet, they will do the job of farming in the wild and will help you get through to the next DLC, and most importantly, who can resist the cool looks of these weapons?

How To Start Phantom Weapons Quest?

To get Phantom Weapons, you need to meet the following conditions:

  • Reach player level 100.
  • Have the Disciple of War or Disciple of Magic title.
  • Complete the Dawntrail main quest.
  • Reach Unfamiliar Territory in Occult Crescent questline.

After meeting the above conditions, you can go to Phantom Village (X:6.6, Y:7.1) to start Phantom Weapon quest line.

Step 1

Phantom Weapon is made in two steps. The weapon you can get in the first step is the item level 745 Phantom Weapon Penumbrae. After obtaining this weapon, you will need 3 Arcanite to convert it into the weapon you need.

The first part of the quest that players have to do is Arcane Artistry. Players need to collect 6 types of Demiatma, three of each. It will appear in the following areas:

  • Fates in Dawntrail zones
  • Occult Crescent: South Horn

Demiatma cannot be exchanged with other players, nor can it be exchanged for FFXIV Gil at merchants, so you can discard the excess Demiatma.

The types of Demiatma offered by South Horn Fates And CEs are as follows:

Azurite Demiatma:

  • A Prying Eye
  • Rough Waters
  • The Golden Guardian
  • Crawling Death
  • Scourge of the Mind
  • The Unbridled

Verdigris Demiatma:

  • A Delicate Balance
  • Sworn to Soil
  • Leading Pots
  • Calamity Bound

Malachite Demiatma:

  • An Unending Duty
  • Flame of Dusk
  • Trial by Claw
  • From Times Bygone

Realgar Demiatma:

  • Brain Drain
  • The Winged Terror
  • With Extreme Prejudice
  • Shark Attack
  • Cursed Concern

Caput Mortuum Demiatma:

  • Serving Darkness
  • Company of Stone
  • Eternal Watch
  • On the Hunt

Orpiment Demiatma:

  • Fatal Allure
  • King of the Crescent
  • Persistent Pots
  • Noise Complaint
  • The Black Regiment

Demiatma types that drop randomly in FATE in Dawntrail area:

  • Azurite Demiatma: in Urqopacha or the southeast of South Horn
  • Verdigirs Demiatma: in Kozama’uka or the southwest of South Horn
  • Malachite Demiatma: in the caves of Yak T’el or the west of South Horn
  • Realgar Demiatma: in Shaaloani or the northwest beach of South Horn
  • Caput Mortuum Demiatma: in Heritage Found or the eastern castle of South Horn
  • Orpiment Demiatma: in Living Memory or the central plains of South Horn

Demiatma has a low drop rate, and it is possible that you will have to farm for more than an hour to get one Demiatma. But if you want to get other weapons, you will not need to repeat the first step.

Step 2

After getting enough Demiatma, you can return to Phantom Village to find Ermina and exchange 3 Arcanite with her. Arcanite is not traded with FFXIV Gil, but with Allagan Tomestone of Heliometry.

Each Arcan requires 500 Allagan Tomestone of Heliometry, and if you want to unlock all weapons, you need 31,500 Allagan Tomestone of Heliometry.

Allagan Tomestone of Heliometry is a higher-level currency than Gil. Players can drop it in level 100 dungeons, team instances, trials, and other activities. They can be traded for armor or various potions. Players can carry up to 2,000 Allagan Tomestone of Heliometry at a time.

This means that you can only craft one Phantom weapon at a time, and then you have to farm Tomestone of Heliometry again. So if you plan to unlock all Phantom weapons, it will waste a lot of your time.

Phantom Weapon

Each class has a corresponding Phantom Weapon. Here are all Phantom Weapons:

  • Phantom Sword Penumbrae: Paladin
  • Phantom Kite Shield Penumbrae: Paladin
  • Phantom Knuckles Penumbrae: Monk
  • Phantom Bardiche Penumbrae: Warrior
  • Phantom Spear Penumbrae: Dragoon
  • Phantom Harp Bow Penumbrae: Bard
  • Phantom Crook Penumbrae: Ninja
  • Phantom Staff Penumbrae: White Mage
  • Phantom Index Penumbrae: Black Mage
  • Phantom Codex Penumbrae: Summoner
  • Phantom Cleavers Penumbrae: Scholar
  • Phantom Guillotine Penumbrae: Dark Knight
  • Phantom Arquebus Penumbrae: Machinist
  • Phantom Star Globe Penumbrae: Astrologian
  • Phantom Blade Penumbrae: Samurai
  • Phantom Rapier Penumbrae: Red Mage
  • Phantom Bayonet Penumbrae: Gunbreaker
  • Phantom Terpna Penumbrae: Dancer
  • Phantom War Scythe Penumbrae: Reaper
  • Phantom Pendulums Penumbrae: Sage
  • Phantom Twinfangs Penumbrae: Viper
  • Phantom Flat Brush Penumbrae: Pictomancer

Do You Need To Get A Phantom Weapon?

For players who are deeply involved in FFXIV, Phantom Weapons are not very attractive. They are usually considered to be catch-up weapons. If you have just played FFXIV for a short time, or you are a returning player, building a Phantom Weapon can allow you to get various materials and Gil, and close the gap between you and the top players.

After the next expansion is released, they may be obsolete, but they are enough to meet most of your needs, not to mention they have cool light effects. Even if you don’t use them, these weapons have collection value.

Chiikawa Pocket Leveling Tips: How To Become Powerful In The Game As Quickly As Possible?

As a derivative game of the anime Chiikawa, which is famous for its cute style, Chiikawa Pocket continues the style of the original work. The overall gameplay is mainly relaxed, aiming to let you experience the fun of business while interacting with classic characters.

Having said that, if you want to successfully unlock more items in the game and ensure that the adventure experience is smooth enough, it is still necessary to complete the upgrade as soon as possible. Fortunately, it is not difficult!

Increase The Attack Level

In Chiikawa Pocket, fighting is the most basic and important source of currency. The more dangerous the enemy, the more difficult it is to deal with, but it will also drop more Chiikawa Pocket gems for you. Gems, a high-level Chiikawa Pocket currency, can be exchanged for game items, accessories and enhancements, and can also help you unlock special content to speed up the game progress.

So in order to improve the game experience, you need more gems. For this, you must consume gold coins in time to increase your attack level to deal with high-level bosses that drop more gems.

Complete Missions

In addition to fighting, completing various missions in the game is also an important way to earn currency and items to help you progress. Conveniently, most missions are related to fighting, so you can selectively complete battles according to the mission.

Utilize Draw System

The draw system in Chiikawa Pocket is actually a Gacha mechanism, in which you can draw tools and weapons or other support props for fighting. However, this requires you to have enough gems, so please do it according to your ability.

Train Your Characters

There are many classic characters from Chiikawa’s original works in the game, and the most representative ones are of course the protagonist trio: Chiikawa, Hachiware and Usagi. You can team up with them to fight and defeat the enemy, so it is also necessary to make them stronger.

To do this, you need to use one prop, training stickers, which can be collected by upgrading existing costumes. After training, the character will gain a power increase and unlock the next training level for the opportunity to continue to become stronger.

Active Weeding

If you have watched Chiikawa, you should know that weeding is one of the main ways for the characters to earn survival materials in the world they live in, and they also need to obtain a weeding certificate! These little guys are really hard-working.

In Chiikawa Pocket, you also have the opportunity to experience this way of working. You can get the item by weeding to clear the blocks containing items within a fixed range. However, it takes 2 points of physical strength to clear each block, so please always pay attention to your physical strength.

The above are the tips for playing Chiikawa Pocket introduced to you this time. I hope you can have a pleasant time with those cute creatures in the game!
