As a game that is always full of festive atmosphere, Monopoly Go may launch a new Partners Event called Gingerbread Partners Event on December 24. This guide will introduce you to the gameplay of this event and some preparations you can make for it.

Dec 12, 2024 Author: EZG

As Christmas approaches, Monopoly Go, a game that is often full of festive atmosphere, has begun to prepare for it. According to what we know, there will be a Partners Event in the game to immerse you in this grand festival.

It is currently known that the name of this Partners Event is Gingerbread Partners Event, which is expected to start on December 24 and end on December 29. If you are interested in this, you may wish to find some preparations for this event in this guide!

Monopoly Go: A New Partners Event Is Predicted For December 24th!

How To Play Partners Event?

First of all, you need to understand that you can only unlock the opportunity to participate in the Partners Event after you have completed the first five boards of Monopoly Go. So if you are a player who has just started to explore this interesting board game recently, you must complete the exploration of these boards as soon as possible in the next days, otherwise you will miss the opportunity to participate in the next Partners Event.

As with other single player exploration events in the game, during Partners Event, you can find a tab with the current event icon on the game login screen. Once you click on it, it means participating in this event. On Partners Event screen, you will see a game board with the theme of this event, and there are 4 Monopoly Go Partners Event slots at the bottom of the screen, which are prepared for you to find partners. When the Partners Event starts, there will be a prompt in the game to invite players in your friend list to cooperate with you and win points for the event.

Notice the game board just introduced, where you can charge rent to other players who are exploring the game board at the same time by building or upgrading landmarks. It is worth reminding you that your partners do not need to pay you those rents. In addition, there are numerous tiles with the current event icon on the game board. When you use some Monopoly Go Dice and let your tokens land on them, you will get some points.

After you have a certain number of points, you and your partners can claim the rewards corresponding to the milestones provided to you by this Partners Event. Not only that, you can also get some higher points by spending some tokens with the current theme to spin the partner wheel.

In addition to the milestone rewards that points can provide you, some Partners Events will also provide you with some rewards because your team has run more laps on the current game board. Since the details of Gingerbread Partners Event have not been leaked too much, it is not guaranteed that this event will also have such rewards.

Gingerbread Partners Event Rewards

According to the milestone rewards of this Gingerbread Partners Event announced by the developer, you will get a lot of Dice, a Wild Sticker that can be converted into any sticker you need, and a very cute Gingerbread Train Token in this event. The following are the points required for each milestone and the rewards provided to you based on the previous Partners Event. For reference only, everything is subject to the last announcement.

  • 1. 2,500 Points - 200 Dice Rolls
  • 2. 6,000 Points - Cash Rewards
  • 3. 13,000 Points - 200-300 Dice Rolls & Cash Rewards & Cash Boost For 10 Mins
  • 4. 26,500 Points - 300-500 Dice Rolls & Sticker Pack & Mega Heist For 20 Mins
  • 5. 32,000 Points - 400-600 Dice Rolls & Cash Rewards & Sticker Pack
  • 6. 80,000 Points - 5000 Dice Rolls & Wild Sticker & Gingerbread Train Token

Playing Strategy

Now that we know how the upcoming Gingerbread Partners Event works and what rewards it might offer you, let’s take a look at what strategies you can use in this event. Although the rewards of this board game depend more on your luck, if you use the right strategy, your gaming experience will be greatly improved.

Find Reliable Partners

Before you start exploring Partners Event, you need to find partners to explore with you. In this selection process, you should try to favor those players who are often active and competitive, because they may know better how to get the most rewards with the least MG Dice on the board.

If your real-life friends do not meet the above two conditions, you can find your best partners through player communities or social media. But it should be noted that once you have successfully teamed up and started exploring this event, you cannot change your partner team.

Store More Tokens

As mentioned above, the number of points you get from the board is small unless you use a high dice multiplier, so getting a large amount of points through the partner wheel is the best way for you to win. But each spin consumes 20 tokens, and there are also multipliers.

So in a Partners Event, your token cost is relatively large. Here, the advice is to collect a moderate amount of tokens before starting to spin. For example, using up to 100 tokens at a time can help you get enough points and speed up the progress of points.

You can get them from single-player events or special events that are active at the same time, or from Quick Wins or Shop Gifts that appear every day. No matter what method you use, please make sure that your token inventory is sufficient as much as possible.

Use The Multiplier Reasonably

Whether you are throwing the dice or spinning the partner wheel, the multiplier you use is very important, which will determine whether your throw or spin is worth it. Although a high multiplier can bring you higher rewards, the risk you face will also increase: running out of dice or running out of tokens.

In either case, running out will slow down your exploration progress, especially for those limited-time events that exist for a short time. So before using a high multiplier, please make sure whether this throw or spin can get a higher return.

The above is the prediction for the next Monopoly Go Partners Event and some preparations and strategies you can make for it. I hope that you can get rich rewards at this event when Christmas comes. I wish you a happy game!

Monopoly Go Tycoon Terminal June 8-11, 2025: How To Easily Earn Peg-E Tokens?

The past few weeks of Monopoly Go have been very busy, with shorter intervals between major events and Golden Blitz, forcing you to work hard for them to get those precious Monopoly Go cards!

Fortunately, the beginning of this week seems to be a little easier, and you don’t have to worry about finding partners or racing teammates for the time being, just enjoy a new round of familiar Peg-E Prize Drop!

Of course, the progress of Peg-E Prize Drop event is also inseparable from the role of tokens, but one of the new banner events, Tycoon Terminal, can solve your token concerns. It is held almost at the same time as this Peg-E, fully meeting your token needs!

When Does Tycoon Terminal Take Place?

The event has been launched on June 8 and will end on June 11, lasting a total of two days and 20 hours. Perhaps to cooperate with Peg-E Prize Drop, the duration of Tycoon Terminal is slightly longer than the normal banner event.

It is worth noting that there is a Golden Blitz during these two events, which means that you can still trade Monopoly Go Warm & Fuzzy and Princess Leia gold stickers with your friends until 9 AM ET on June 9th 2025! Don’t miss it!

How To Play Tycoon Terminal?

Whether you are just starting to play Tycoon Terminal or have already completed a few milestones, you don’t have to worry about the gameplay, because although the time has increased, the gameplay has remained almost the same.

In this event, the four corner tiles on Monopoly Go board are your main targets, because only they can provide you with Tycoon Terminal points:

  • Go
  • Free Parking
  • In Jail
  • Go to Jail

Since they don’t account for a large proportion of the board, in order to ensure that you can get enough points to redeem milestone rewards, you can increase your dice multiplier before each roll - provided that you have enough dice! Because overconsumption will cause losses!

What Are The Benefits Of Participating In Tycoon Terminal?

First up, Tycoon Terminal is giving away 725 Peg-E tokens that can help you win Peg-E Prize Drops rewards - including the very valuable purple sticker pack and Wild Sticker!

In addition, Tycoon Terminal is giving you the following game props through Milestone Rewards:

  • 18,205 Free Dice Rolls
  • Pink Sticker Pack (26th Milestone)
  • 10-Minute Color Wheel Boost (44th Milestone)
  • 15-Minute Builder’s Bash (18th Milestone)
  • 40-Minute Mega Heist (50th Milestone)

These resources will be a great help in your progress towards other new Monopoly Go events in this week, especially the nearly 20,000 dice! And the pink sticker pack will help advance your Star Wars Go album collection.

Monopoly Go Shutdown Mini-Game: How To Win? - Mechanics & Strategies

When you enter Monopoly Go, which has generated 2 billion in revenue in less than a year, you will find that there are many events provided to you, such as regular single-player banner events and tournament events; partner events, racing events and the latest Adventure Club events that require you to work together with your partners.

Because they last for different periods of time in the game, players pay different attention to them. For example, single-player banner events and tournaments that are updated every 1 or 2 days are the favorites of players because they can provide players with super rich milestone rewards in a high-frequency update cycle, including a large number of free dice, Monopoly Go Stickers and cash rewards.

But if you ask ten Monopoly Go players to choose a more preferred one between these two events, it is estimated that 8 players will choose the tournament that can provide additional leaderboard rewards. If you want to get more points rewards to exchange for higher milestone rewards, you may need to pass the test of Shutdown and Bank Heist.

These two mini-games are triggered when you land on Railroad tile on Monopoly Go board, and both allow you to perform destructive actions on other players’ landmarks or banks to earn more points and cash rewards. According to some players’ actual tests, you are more likely to trigger Monopoly Go Shutdown in these games, so this guide will show you how to easily win and earn more rewards in these games.

How Does Shutdown Work?

When you trigger Monopoly Go Shutdown, you will be teleported to a landmark built by a player you specify. From here, you can complete the destruction task by clicking on any landmark he or she owns.

If this player has some shields that can prevent you from demolishing it, you will get the result of Shutdown Blocked, which only gives you 2 tournament points and a small cash reward.

But if the landmark you destroy is not protected by a specific shield, you will get 4 points and a large cash reward. And if the landmark has been destroyed and has not been repaired in time, you will earn more cash!

Note that the final points reward offered to you here is affected by the dice multiplier you choose when moving the board token; and the cash reward will change based on your current net worth.

Can I Choose The Target?

Some careful players may have seen in the description of the running mechanism just now that you can choose the target player you want to destroy the landmark after you trigger Shutdown mini-game, so the answer to this question is absolutely yes.

Before you enter Monopoly Go Shutdown, you will see a Switch Opponent button at the bottom of the screen. After pressing it and jumping to the interface, you will see the two tabs of Revenge and Friends.

Revenge, as the name suggests, you can choose those players who have demolished your landmarks for revenge, and they will appear in your recent attack list. This means that you can destroy a player’s landmark again, which will greatly increase your chances of success. Not only that, this tab also allows you to attack any random player except your friends.

As for Friends tab, it is also obvious that you can visit the city of any of your friends in Monopoly Go and destroy his or her landmark. But it is worth noting that in this case, your friends will receive a notification from the game system and can take revenge on you when they trigger this mini-game.

How To Maximize Your Rewards?

Now that you know the basics of Monopoly Go Shutdown and the common problems, here are some strategies and tips on how to maximize your potential rewards.

Use A High Dice Multiplier

First of all, when rolling the dice to move the pieces around the board in Monopoly Go, it is important to choose the right dice multiplier. The roll is completely random, but years of trial and error have shown that 6, 7, and 8 are the most likely outcomes.

So, if you see that your token is 6-8 tiles away from Railroad tile that triggers this mini-game, you can use a higher dice multiplier to get more points in it.

But it must be said that this method is still a little risky because you can’t directly determine that it will land on the exact tile you need. And a higher multiplier will also make you more likely to run out of dice.

Increase Net Worth

Since you’re aiming for not only points that bring you super-rich milestone rewards, but also cash rewards in Shutdown, you’ll also need to increase your net worth to make sure you get more cash each time you get a Shutdown Blocked or Shutdown Success.

The best way to increase your net worth in this game is to upgrade all your landmarks as much as possible: each board contains five landmarks, each of which can be upgraded six times, with each upgrade directly increasing your net worth.

While the cash cost of upgrading higher-level landmarks is huge, trust me, it will allow you to get more cash even if you get a Shutdown Blocked than a regular player would earn from a Shutdown Success.

Collect As Many Shields As Possible

You can destroy other players’ landmarks by Shutdown, and other players can also use the same method to threaten your landmarks, so you need to collect as many shields as possible in Monopoly Go to fill up all the shield slots you have.

Some special partner events, treasure events, and Peg-E events will also give you some shield rewards for you to collect. But the most direct way is to use the tiles on the board, and when you collect all the shields but land on a shield tile again, all the dice you just spent will be returned to you.

It is also worth noting that those landmarks that have been destroyed or have their shields destroyed will emit smoke, and you can choose the one you want to Shutdown by entering each landmark situation in the player list provided to you.

Here are the gameplay and tips for Shutdown, one of the main mini-games in Monopoly Go for tournament points. Hopefully, you can use the information provided by this guide to add more controllable factors and get more rewards in this game that is almost entirely based on luck. Have fun!

Monopoly Go May 23-24, 2025 Golden Blitz: Grogu And Luke Skywalker Can Be Traded!

The first Golden Blitz event of Monopoly Go Star War album has arrived. After a vote by players on Monopoly Go Discord platform, two golden stickers, Grogu and Luke Skywalker, were selected to become tradable stickers during Golden Blitz event. Both Grogu and Luke Skywalker are 4 Stars stickers and are from the 22nd set.

Date

The duration of Golden Blitz is 24 hours, starting on May 23, 2025 and ending on May 24, 2025.

What Is Golden Blitz Event?

In Monopoly Go album, there are ordinary cards and gold cards. Monopoly Go cards obtained by players in the one-star sticker pack and the three-star sticker pack in daily activities are basically ordinary stickers. Only 4-star or 5-star sticker packs have a chance to get gold stickers.

Normally, gold stickers cannot be traded, so gold stickers are the biggest challenge for players who want to complete the entire album collection.

Golden Blitz event gives players a chance to trade Monopoly Go gold cards. Each event usually lasts for 24 hours. Players can trade two specific gold cards during the event. The tradable gold cards are Grogu and Luke Skywalker from Set 22nd.

During Golden Blitz event, you can also trade up to five selected gold stickers, and their trades will not be counted in the normal five standard trades per day.

Golden Blitz is usually held more frequently near the end of the album. In the previous sticker album, Golden Blitz was held 4 times:

  • April 30, 2025 to May 1, 2025: Hug Protocol (set 18) and Plinkception (set 18)
  • April 29, 2025 to April 30, 2025: Up & Away (set 16) and Jungle Love (set 17)
  • April 16, 2025 to April 17, 2025: Lil’ Swashbucklers (set 11) and Steam City (set 15)
  • April 2, 2025 to April 3, 2025: Macabre Manor (set 12) and Leverage (set 15)

Golden Blitz The tradable gold cards will change every time the event occurs. If you miss this opportunity, you can only rely on opening sticker packs or using Wild Stickers to get these two gold cards.

How To Get Gold Stickers?

There are 234 stickers on Star Wars album, including 44 gold stickers. It is still quite difficult to complete the entire album first.

So how should you get gold stickers? You should focus on the five-star sticker pack, because the five-star sticker pack has the most stickers and often has high-star cards. In addition, Swap Packs and Wilds Stickers are also the most powerful means for you to get gold cards. Here are the ways on how to get them.

Quick Win

Daily Quick Wins are very easy, and you only need to move your fingers to complete it. Although its rewards are not much, as long as you can complete all Quick Wins in a week, you can get a pretty wonderful reward, and this reward is usually a five-star sticker pack.

Tournament

There are tournaments every day, and sometimes they last for one day, sometimes for 2 days. However, their milestone rewards will not include purple sticker packs. You will be assigned to a group of 99 other players. The player who gets the most points in the tournament will get a five-star sticker pack after the settlement.

Special Events

In Monopoly Go, there will be events with rich rewards every once in a while, such as partner events, adventure events or prize drop events. Besides tokens and dice skins, you can often get their top rewards, including Wild Stickers or Swap Packs.

You can easily get their top rewards by putting some effort into these events. Among them, partner events and adventure events can be completed in cooperation with other players, and their rewards are often higher than those of a single player. It is recommended that you find active players to form a team in advance.

How To Get More Cards?

If you only get enough five-star sticker packs and Swap Packs in the above activities, don’t open them right away. You should save your card packs for Sticker Boom event.

During Sticker Boom event, the number of each opened card pack increases by 50%. For example, there are 4 cards in Swap Packs, and 6 cards during Sticker Boom event. You can get more cards.

However, it is worth noting that Sticker Boom event lasts for one day, but the effective time is only from ten minutes to half an hour. The timer will start the moment you log in to the game, so please prepare in advance.

The above is the general content of May 23-24, 2025 Golden Blitz. If you have extra gold cards, you can exchange your gold cards for other players’ gold cards, or high-star cards. Players who don’t have these two types of gold cards can communicate with other players in the player community to find players willing to trade with you.

Monopoly Go April 27-28, 2025 Golden Blitz: Which Gold Cards Are They?

Monopoly Go Movie Night album is coming to an end soon, because the new album Star Wars Go, a collaboration with Monopoly Go and Star Wars IP, will be launched on May 1st! Although the new album will be exciting for all tycoons, more people must be anxious about the fact that Movie Night album is not yet completed.

The good news is that last Golden Blit of Movie Night album will be held on April 27-28, 2025. Players can trade two specific gold cards during the event, which will help you complete the album.

To be honest, Movie Night album started on March 6 and ended on May 1st, which is not a long time in all albums. And the rewards given in Movie Night album are not too many, and you can hardly get purple card packs in tournaments and banner events. However, purple card packs are the main way for players to get five-star cards or even gold cards.

Worse, there are many gold cards in Movie Night album, including five Prestige Sets, which makes it particularly difficult to complete the album in this season. Therefore, Golden Blitz event is particularly important for all players. This is the best opportunity for players to replenish their albums!

What Is Golden Blitz?

Golden Blitz is a sticker trading event on Monopoly Go, during which the game will allow two specific golden stickers to be traded between players. Golden Blitz events will only beheld three or four times per Season, and the golden stickers available for trading are different each time.

There are 18 golden stickers on Movie Night album, and this Golden Blitz will be the third and last one for this album. If you successfully get the required golden stickers in these three events, you will have obtained one-third of the golden stickers required for Movie Night album.

The stickers available for trading this time are Up & Away (Set 16) and Jungle Love (Set 17), which are from:

  • Codename M Sticker Set: 1,150 Dice Rolls, Cash Prize
  • Jungle Odyssey Sticker Set: 1,350 Dice Rolls, Cash Prize

Besides being able to trade regular stickers five times a day, players can also trade gold stickers five times a day during Golden Blitz event. Gold stickers cannot be traded at other times, only during Golden Blitz event, the two gold stickers allowed can be traded.

How To Trade Gold Stickers?

The method of trading gold stickers during the event is very simple, and the steps are basically the same as you usually trade stickers with other players.

If you don’t have these two gold stickers, you can also trade them with other players, and don’t be shy. Some players have duplicate gold stickers, and if they don’t trade them, they will eventually break down into stars, so they are happy to use gold stickers to exchange some ordinary 5-star cards or even 4-star cards that they don’t have.

You can trade with your friends, or go to the active Monopoly Go player community to ask if there are any players willing to exchange gold stickers with you. I believe you will be able to successfully make the deal you want during the event.

How To Get Gold Stickers?

Gold stickers are the most precious Monopoly Go Stickers in the game. Although they may appear in any pack, the probability of them appearing in low-star card packs is very low, and you can almost regard it as impossible.

There are three best ways to get gold stickers:

  • Five-star Sticker Pack
  • Wilds Stickers
  • Swap Pack

Five-star Sticker Pack contains 6 cards, and these cards have a high probability of being high-rarity cards. They may be four-star cards, five-star cards or even gold cards. As long as you become the first in the daily score leaderboard or complete all Quick Wins for a week, you can get a purple sticker pack.

Wilds Stickers and Swap Packs are usually the highest rewards for special events. Wilds Stickers allow you to pick any sticker, including gold stickers. Swap Pack only contains four stickers, and these four stickers will be selected from 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star stickers. Each Swap Pack has up to three re-selections, so your chances of getting a gold card will be very high!

From 1pm EST on April 27th to 1pm EST on April 28th, there will be a 30-minute Sticker Boom event. If you open sticker packs during the event, you will get 50% more stickers per sticker pack. For example, the 5-star sticker pack will change from 6 stickers to 9 stickers, and you will even get 6 stickers in Swap Pack. This is a wonderful opportunity to improve your sticker collection.

Although Movie Night album is about to end, you still can complete the entire album sticker collection, as long as you can seize the opportunity of Golden Blitz and Sticker Boom.
