In the very cute Pet Simulator 99 game for Roblox, you can collect a lot of cute pets and use them for different purposes. Among all the pets, you can find a very wonderful kind of pet called Huge Pets, which, as their name suggests, are larger and rarer than standard pets.
Because of their rarity, any of Huge Pets will be a great addition to your collection. Of course, they are not that easy to get. But don’t worry, this guide will show you some of the main methods you can use to get Huge Pets quickly.

1. Play Mini Games

Therefore, playing mini games that reward you with Huge Pets is a great way to get these creatures.
2. Hatch Different Eggs
Eggs are another great way to get some giant pets, but the chances of standard eggs hatching Huge Pets are very low. So, you can use Roblox Robux to get some special Eggs, and these exclusive Eggs are more likely to give you Huge Pets.
3. Fusion Of Pets With Huge-A-Tron
After your first rebirth, you can enter Castle. There you will find a Pet Simulator 99 Item called Huge-A-Tron, which allows you to fuse some Exclusive Pets. Then you can get Eggs that can hatch Huge Pets for you.
But it should be noted that only Exclusive Pets can be fused, so try to fuse those extra pets or some copies of Exclusive Pets.
4. Trade With Other Players
In addition to the above in-game methods, you can also find some other players willing to trade with you in some player communities or social media. You can trade your Rare pets or other Pet Simulator 99 Items with them.

Helldivers 2 Super Credits Exploits Are Raising a Bigger Question: Can Fairness Survive Galactic War?
For a multiplayer game that emphasizes teamwork, fairness isn't just a bonus; it's the foundation for the continued development of the entire player community.
Since its release, Helldivers 2 has quickly become a phenomenal multiplayer cooperative game thanks to its fast-paced battlefields, unique Galactic War setting, and gameplay that heavily relies on teamwork. Players support each other on the battlefield, working together to advance the war, thus creating a very special community atmosphere.
However, as the number of players continues to grow, some issues affecting the game environment have gradually emerged. Recently, the developers have begun to strengthen the game's anti-cheat measures and plan to identify abnormal resource acquisition behavior through a new monitoring system.
For Helldivers 2, this is not only about addressing cheating issues but also about fairness and player trust in the long-term operation of the game.
Super Credits
In Helldivers 2, Super Credits are an important resource for players to unlock Warbonds and obtain new gear. Normally, players need to accumulate them gradually by completing missions, exploring the map, finding points of interest, and unlocking special areas.
This design itself is part of the game experience. Players acquire resources through missions and unlock new weapons and gear through continuous combat, their progression seamlessly integrated with the game content.
However, some players exploit glitches, cheats, or automation to acquire large amounts of Helldivers 2 Super Credits in a short period, disrupting the established resource acquisition rhythm.
On the surface, this may seem like simply "someone getting gear ahead of time." But for players who play normally over a long period, the issue is far more complex.
The most crucial element of multiplayer cooperative games is players' belief that their efforts will be rewarded accordingly. If someone skips a significant portion of the game through illegitimate means, the value of other players' time spent completing missions and exploring the map is diminished.
Especially in a game like Helldivers 2, which relies on community-driven progression, fairness is more important than mere numerical balance.
Anti-Cheat
The official enhanced detection system is not primarily aimed at ordinary players, but at accounts that exploit glitches to obtain resources and violate game rules.
For regular players, accumulating a large amount of resources, whether by completing several daily tasks or playing for extended periods with friends, is normal behavior and won't be negatively affected by a higher resource quantity.
In fact, the purpose of an anti-cheat system isn't to reduce what players can obtain, but to prevent the misbehavior of a few from affecting the entire community.
If a cooperative game loses its foundation of fairness, trust between players will gradually decrease. When more and more people believe that "exploiting loopholes is worse than playing seriously," the game environment will begin to deteriorate.
Therefore, for the official team, addressing resource vulnerabilities in a timely manner is an important step in maintaining the long-term viability of Helldivers 2.
Players' Biggest Concern
Of course, after the anti-cheat measures are implemented, the biggest concern for players remains false positives.
Helldivers 2's gameplay encourages players to explore and collect resources. Some players who invest a lot of time may also have a large amount of Helldivers 2 Super Credits or gear. If the detection mechanism is too simplistic, judging anomalies solely based on resource quantity, it can easily make regular players uneasy.
For the development team, finding a balance between accuracy and efficiency is the biggest challenge.
If detection is too lenient, vulnerabilities and cheating cannot be effectively controlled; however, if the rules are too strict, many ordinary players will be affected, which will also damage players' trust in the official team.
For a cooperative game that relies on community operation, player trust is extremely important. Players are willing to stay in the game for a long time not only because of new content or new gear but also because they believe that their playtime will not be easily invalidated.
Therefore, in the future, the official team needs to do more than just combat cheating; they also need to increase the transparency of detection, letting players know how the official team is handling these issues.
What's Needed in the Future?
What makes Helldivers 2 special is that it is not a game that simply relies on content to drive player engagement.
Every mission, every victory or defeat in Galactic War is an experience created collectively by the player community. Players are not bystanders, but part of this world.
Therefore, what they expect is not just more weapons, higher levels, or more missions, but a fair, stable, and sustainable gaming environment.
Anti-cheat is only the first step. What truly determines the future of Helldivers 2 is whether the development team can consistently respond to player feedback and find a suitable rhythm between content updates, game balance, and community needs.
Currently, the development team has begun to adjust in the right direction. Addressing resource vulnerabilities, improving detection mechanisms, and strengthening player communication demonstrate that the team still values this Galactic battlefield co-created by players.
A Galactic War doesn't end with a single action, and similarly, a successful multiplayer game doesn't stabilize with just one update.
The future of Helldivers 2 ultimately depends on whether the developers and players can maintain trust and work together to preserve this battlefield that belongs to everyone.
Don't Blindly Follow Build Guides! How to Tweak Your Meta Character in PoE 3.29 Curse of the Allflame?
How are the exiles still trapped in Path of Exile doing? Throughout the game's over 10-year development, players unanimously agree that the most agonizing period was when GGG would continuously release trailers about the next league, but with about a week until the developer's livestream, this undoubtedly whetted the players' appetites.
In this process, we can only hope that the trailer will reveal more valuable information. However, not all Exiles have the time and energy to meticulously study and analyze the details in the official trailer, especially those middle-aged PoE loyal players who no longer have the passion to wait for various leaks and only have about an hour to relax.
Therefore, this is where EZG.com comes in handy. We've compiled a list of posts and comments from current social media and communities, summarizing some preparations and tips for POE 3.29 Curse of the Allflame in the current timeframe. These tips may provide you with practical and effective assistance as soon as the new league officially launches on July 24th, helping you climb to the top of the leaderboard more quickly.
Choose Your Class Carefully
Throughout the many years of league changes in Path of Exile, you've probably heard countless times about the importance of carefully choosing your class in the early stages. This is mainly because even though the game allows you to create alts to try different playstyles, every new character has to go through the leveling process from Act 1 to Act 10 again, and nobody wants to go through this time-consuming and costly process multiple times.
Therefore, it's crucial to choose a suitable class at the start of the league and be prepared to carefully craft an optimal build for it that aligns with the current game content. However, this presents two choices: do you choose the strongest class in the current patch, or the class that best suits your playstyle? EZG.com recommends choosing the former for two reasons.
On the one hand, the builds of the stronger classes in the current league are generally quite good, enabling faster leveling and endgame completion in POE 3.29, thus providing you with a better gaming experience; on the other hand, as will be introduced below, there are more build guides for your reference.
Make Good Use of Build Guides
Once you've chosen a strong class option in PoE Curse of the Allflame, such as Ranger or Shadow, which have recently been hailed as S Tier by players, you'll find a deluge of build guides and tutorials for these classes on the community and social media after patch 3.29 is released. It's important to note that video guides are generally more helpful for crafting than text-based ones.
You can wait a couple of hours after the league starts and watch for bloggers posting build guides that have a similar playstyle to yours and focus on challenging gameplay rather than casual play. Then, jump into the game and try to emulate their approach. Don't rush things, because in Path of Exile, a game primarily about carfting build, thorough preparation is crucial.
If you encounter any issues or problems during crafting, promptly switch to the correct guide video. With the release of 3.29 Curse of the Allflame expansion, this type of content is expected to explode. After completing the entire league with a powerful character build, if you have extra time, create an alt that matches your preferred style. Then it's free time!
Have Own Subjective Insights about Builds
While a comprehensive build guide can save you a lot of time and effort in trying and failing, it doesn't mean you should blindly trust the guide. Instead, you should gradually develop your own insights into your build as you progress through the game and make timely modifications, such as adjusting the source of damage or defense.
For example, based on the balance adjustments leaked in Path of Exile 1 3.29, the build that summons numerous minions from behind to help you complete all damage tasks is the biggest potential pick in this league. This build will effectively reduce time consumption during leveling and completing all Acts, but the situation is somewhat unfavorable in endgame.
On the one hand, its ranged damage makes monsters or bosses who prefer melee attacks a greater threat to you; on the other hand, if your graphics card is not powerful enough, when your character summons more than 20 minions, your entire screen will become very laggy, or even crash, which is not worth it!
Furthermore, depending on the specific content in PoE, you'll need to adjust the priority of certain affixes in your build. For example, if you want to use map runs to farm PoE 1 currency or loot, you should pay special attention to affixes related to map clearing speed and movement speed. If you want to repeatedly obtain boss drops, you should appropriately increase damage output and survivability.
Focus on Affixes on Gear Prioritize Life and Resistance
Since item drops in PoE are completely random, unless you specifically camp out in trading posts, you can't perfectly replicate the gear setup in the build guide. Therefore, choosing the right affixes for gear is crucial after the new league starts. Pay special attention to Life and Resistance, which specifically need to appear in the following gear categories:
- Life: Chest Piece, Amulet, Ring, and Claws
- Resistance: Armor, Ring, Amulets, and Gloves
Besides these two affixes, the movement speed bonus affix on the boots is also very important, because only with sufficient mobility and flexibility can you quickly and safely complete all Acts, reach the endgame, and thus run all the maps in Atlas. If the dropped boots are not very efficient, they still need to be re-rolled.
This process may require a large amount of currency reserves, as the results of the roll are full of uncertainty. If you're on a limited budget, try to buy POE 1 currency from EZG.com. Both Divine Orbs and Chaos Orbs are available, and delivery is very fast, so it won't hinder your progress in exploring 3.29 Curse of the Allflame expansion.
One more thing: item filters are still very important, especially those that meet the needs of leveling from the early stages of the league to endgame. So, try those filters that have been shared multiple times in the community; they'll definitely help you progress.
That concludes all the preparations for POE 3.29. Although there are still almost three weeks until the official release, you should start taking action now, as the early stages of the league are extremely valuable, with countless player IDs logging in and dominating the leaderboards every minute. Good luck in the game!
The Ultimate Whirlwind Barbarian Build for Diablo 4 Season 14 - Fast, Tanky, Unstoppable
Whirlwind Barbarian is arguably the strongest and most dominant build in Diablo 4 Season 14. It boasts incredible speed, exceptional survivability, and trillions of damage output, making it a top choice for tackling challenging high-difficulty content.
This article provides a comprehensive guide to building Whirlwind Barbarian in Diablo 4 Season of Death Awakening, covering everything from its basic mechanics to necessary equipment and strategies to help you succeed.
Core Philosophy
Whirlwind Barbarian's core damage comes from Tornado Whirlwind. Upgrading it allows your attacks to unleash powerful tornadoes, turning you into a mobile meat grinder.
To maintain the spin, Rallying Cry, War Cry, and Challenging Shout are crucial. You need to constantly use them to accumulate Fury, increase damage, and become extremely durable.
The ultimate goal of this build is to achieve full Berserking status coverage, which provides a huge damage and speed boost, but this usually requires Berserker's Crucible set.
The core of Whirlwind Barbarian build is simply this loop: hold down Whirlwind to deal damage and use it immediately after the shout skill cooldown to maintain the buff and resources. The whole process is simple yet powerful, making it perfect for Diablo 4 and Season 14 players.
Required Items
Whirlwind is powerful, but it needs the right items to truly unleash its full potential and allow you to dominate in Season of Death Awakening. Specifically:
Gohr's Devastating Grips
These unique gloves are essential for Whirlwind Barbarian build. They significantly increase Whirlwind's damage and pull enemies closer, making you spin like a vacuum cleaner.
Ramaladni's Magnum Opus
This unique sword provides a massive damage bonus based on the character's Maximum Fury, making it a primary item for this build.
Ring of Starless Skies
This is an extremely rare Iconic Mythics Ring with exceptional power. It reduces Fury cost of core skills over time, resolving resource issues and increasing damage, making it highly useful for Whirlwind Barbarian.
Tuskhelm of Joritz the Mighty
This Iconic Mythics Helm significantly increases the character's Berserking and Fury acquisition speed, making it an excellent choice for building this build.
These items are crucial for building Whirlwind Barbarian. If you don't already own them, you can directly buy Diablo 4 Items from EZG.com, which provides the safest and fastest way to obtain them, helping you maximize the power of Whirlwind Barbarian build.
Legendary Aspects
Aspect of Heavenly Strength
Aspect of Heavenly Strength is a Legendary Aspect in Diablo 4, possessing powerful defensive attributes. It's typically socketed into Amulets, significantly increasing a character's resilience and survivability.
Aspect of Limitless Rage
Aspect of Limitless Rage is also a key attribute for Whirlwind Barbarian build's weapons, significantly increasing damage based on Fury.
Aspect of Channeling
Aspect of Channeling is an Offensive Aspect in Diablo 4, greatly increasing damage when the character uses Whirlwind.
Skill Tree
Whirlwind Barbarian's skill allocation is quite simple, focusing on maximizing the power of Whirlwind and its shouts.
- Whirlwind (Primary Damage): Select Tornado and Channel Damage Bonus upgrades.
- Lunging Strike (Fury Generator): Used to improve mobility and accumulate Fury early in the game.
- Rallying Cry, War Cry, Challenging Shout (Buffs): Your core utility skills for generating rage, dealing damage, and defending. Use them to your heart's content!
- Wrath of the Berserker (Ultimate): Deals massive damage to elite monsters and bosses in Diablo 4 Season 14.
Important Notes
Fury Generation
Generating Fury is crucial for this build's effectiveness in Season of Death Awakening. You need to generate Fury faster than you consume it to infinitely loop Whirlwind.
Stacking Damage
Stacking maximum rage significantly increases damage and synergizes perfectly with Ramaladni's Magnum Opus, which provides a huge damage bonus based on your primary resource.
Weapon Damage
Always prioritize high-DPS weapons as your primary weapon. For Whirlwind, a two-handed mace is the best choice, providing a significant critical strike damage bonus in Berserking mode. Then, set your Weapon Expertise in a polearm to improve accuracy and damage.
Movement Speed
Faster movement speed means faster monster farming efficiency. You can look for movement speed bonuses on boots and amulets.
Melted Heart of Selig's Strategy
Many builds use Melted Heart of Selig to maximize survivability. However, this unique item prioritizes consuming primary resources over life to absorb damage, so to use it effectively, you must remove all attributes that increase maximum life from your gear and Paragon levels.
The lower your character's life, the less damage they take, resulting in extremely high survivability. Additionally, you may need to pair it with an Endurant Faith charm for better effectiveness.

This concludes the article on how to build Whirlwind Barbarian in Diablo 4 Season 14. Overall, this build has excellent scaling potential, and even the base version can easily crush content on Torment 12 difficulty.
With the acquisition of key Uniques and Mythics, your damage and survivability will be significantly enhanced, allowing you to easily progress to round level 140 in Pit. While it's not the most difficult Pit build to complete, its perfect combination of speed, power, and ease of use makes it undoubtedly one of the most well-rounded builds in Season of Death Awakening. Give it a try!
MLB The Show 26 All-Star Week Update: Best 95+ Red Diamond Players to Build a World Series Roster
Want to build a World Series team in MLB The Show 26?
Following All-Star Week super update on July 9th, MLB 26 officially launched July Spotlight Program & Pack - Drop 1 card series and a new batch of Red Diamond players based on their latest on-field highlights.
These new players all have an overall rating of 95 or higher. Building a team using these players would be incredibly powerful. Follow along to explore the powerful players introduced in this update and how to build a world championship team.
1. Pete Crow-Armstrong (CF)
Pete Crow-Armstrong is arguably one of the most representative young all-around outfielders in this All-Star Week. His player card is positioned as a five-tool player combining defense and speed. In terms of attribute data, his biggest strengths are concentrated in Fielding, Reaction, Speed, and Arm Strength.
Especially his outfield coverage, which is almost at the top level of MLB 26, is the main reason why Pete Crow-Armstrong is a must-have if you want to build a super-strong lineup.
However, PCA's weaknesses are also quite obvious. He is not a traditional power hitter. Against high-level pitchers, if he cannot create opportunities using his speed, his ability to win games solely through power is limited.
Therefore, this card is more suitable for players who need defensive consistency and a fast-paced base-running rhythm.
Overall, Pete Crow-Armstrong is more suitable for high-intensity modes such as Ranked Seasons, where his defensive and speed advantages are sufficient for the lineup.
2. Cedric Mullins (LF)
Cedric Mullins is a card with very balanced attributes across all aspects. His greatest strengths are speed, power, and hitting ability, achieving a remarkable balance among players with similar stats.
Compared to pure speed players, Cedric Mullins possesses a more reliable Power attribute, allowing him to create home run threats through pull shots and high-quality hits.
His greatest strength lies in his performance against right-handed pitchers. His left-handed nature gives him a more comfortable hitting environment against lineups centered around right-handed pitchers.
His weakness is that Cedric Mullins' Power stat isn't at the level of top-tier players. Therefore, when facing MLB The Show 26 players with higher stats, it's difficult to change the course of the game solely through power. We will address this weakness in this lineup.
3. Samad Taylor (3B)
Samad Taylor is more of a utility player overall. His greatest value lies in his comprehensive contributions from multiple aspects. With a good Speed stat, he has a clear advantage in base running and defensive movement, and can play multiple infield positions.
Taylor's Contact stat is better than his Power stat. He relies more on accurate hitting and speed to generate value than on power hits to directly change the game. Therefore, he is better suited to using short hits, singles, and base running pressure to advance the team.
However, his biggest limitation is his lack of offensive ability and consistent power output. He may not deliver a spectacular performance in crucial moments. Therefore, he is better suited as a rotation or substitute rather than a core player in this lineup.
4. Jeremy Peña (SS)
Jeremy Peña is one of the most well-rounded infielders in this MLB 26 All-Star Week. His greatest strength lies in his balanced offense and defense. As a shortstop, he possesses excellent Fielding, Reaction, and Arm Strength attributes, allowing him to reliably handle a large number of difficult defensive plays.
In MLB The Show 16 games, the shortstop position demands high defensive capabilities. Jeremy Peña's excellent defensive abilities significantly reduce infield errors, making him an undisputed defensive core.
His only weakness is the lack of an extremely outstanding single attribute. His Contact and Power attributes are well-balanced. Overall, Jeremy Peña is a very valuable card and arguably one of the most worthwhile players to invest in in this lineup.
5. Ted Williams (DH)
Ted Williams is one of All-Star Week cards that comes closest to reaching endgame status. His value is not only based on his elite hitting ability, but also on the fact that nearly all of his key offensive attributes, including Contact, Power, Vision, and Discipline, are among the highest levels in the game.
His Contact attribute allows him to maintain a high batting average even against high-speed pitches, while his Power attribute gives him exceptional home run ability, capable of inflicting significant damage against both left- and right-handed pitchers.
His weaknesses lie in defense and speed, but don't worry, our lineup with Jeremy Peña and Samad Taylor perfectly compensates for these shortcomings.
If you'd like to use other All-Star Collection Red Diamond player cards, you can follow EZG Facebook for more information about this update and player attribute details.
6. Carter Jensen (C)
Carter Jensen is a power-oriented catcher card, his biggest strength being his excellent power stat, providing the team with much-needed offensive firepower.
Offensively, he possesses strong slugging ability, especially when facing his preferred pitching zone, easily creating outside runs and home runs. His main weaknesses are slow speed and limited mobility, making him better suited to bolstering the catcher's offense; in our lineup, these attributes are sufficient.
7. Seiya Suzuki (RF)
Seiya Suzuki is a technical outfielder card, his greatest strengths being consistent contact and excellent hitting touch, consistently creating hitting opportunities. He also possesses good power stats, ensuring he doesn't completely sacrifice slugging threat for consistency.
Defensively, Suzuki has decent fielding and arm strength, capable of playing corner outfield, but his speed isn't top-tier, limiting his coverage.
His main strength is consistency, which prevents him from frequently creating super-slam hits or rapidly changing the pace of the game. This characteristic makes our lineup more stable.
8. Zack Gelof (2B)
Zack Gelof is a typical power infielder, his greatest strength being his Power attribute. In MLB The Show 26, players with this type of profile often possess the ability to completely change the direction of a game.
His hitting style leans towards powerful pull-backs, utilizing his high Power attribute to create home runs, making him more suitable for players who like to attack aggressively and pursue quick scores.
However, his weaknesses are also obvious. Due to his low Contact attribute, he may experience a drop in hitting quality when facing high-level players who can accurately control their pitching position. He is a purely high-risk, high-reward player card.
9. Freddie Freeman (1B)
Freddie Freeman is one of the most representative veteran core cards in MLB The Show 26 All-Star Week, earning another All-Star selection thanks to his consistent offensive performance.
In real-world games, Freddie Freeman maintains a high level of output, consistent OPS, and sustained power hitting ability, which is reflected in his All-Star card attributes.
His weaknesses primarily lie in speed, defensive coverage, and performance against certain pitching types. For our lineup, his main value lies in hitting rather than base running, but that's okay; we have Pete Crow-Armstrong and Cedric Mullins to compensate for this deficiency.
Since many of the players mentioned above are currently highly valuable, in-demand cards that require significant effort or resources to unlock, players with a limited budget can buy MLB The Show 26 Stubs from EZG.com as an alternative. Use the code STUB when placing an order now to receive a 6% discount.
In short, a strong team isn't just about high player ratings; it's also about whether players can complement each other's weaknesses to create a synergistic effect. The players added in this MLB 26 All-Star Week update are worth investing in, whether for building a strong lineup or simply for collection.
NBA 2K27 Could Be Another Copy-Paste Release Unless 2K Fixes These Issues
As is customary for the series, NBA 2K27 is expected to officially release in September 2026, with pre-orders potentially starting in July and some versions expected to offer early access.
As the most influential basketball game series today, NBA 2K has built a large and loyal player base. In recent years, 2K has continued to refine the gameplay experience, and NBA 2K26 introduced several new features and improvements, making it a noticeable step forward compared with previous installments.
However, some long-standing issues persist. If NBA 2K27 aims to be a truly excellent installment, rather than simply an annual update, these problems affecting the gameplay experience must be addressed.
Perfect Shot Scripts
One of the biggest issues currently affecting online fairness in NBA 2K remains perfect shot scripts.
In the past, shooting in 2K had a degree of randomness; even with optimal timing, players couldn't guarantee a successful shot every time. Therefore, the impact of scripts wasn't as pronounced as it is now.
But with the green shot mechanic becoming a core gameplay element, the importance of precise timing has increased significantly. Skilled players can achieve consistent shooting accuracy through practice, while players using scripts can easily execute numerous perfect shots.
Losing to a more skilled opponent is acceptable. However, if the outcome depends on the opponent using cheats, the competitive experience is completely different.
If NBA 2K27 wants to improve the online environment, its anti-cheat system must be strengthened; otherwise, even the best shooting mechanics will struggle to establish fair competition.
AI Defense
Besides cheating, AI performance is another long-standing point of contention among players. In multiplayer mode, if a player disconnects, AI replacement often struggles to provide proper defense.
Often, opponents can easily break through AI and score with just a simple change of direction or a feint.
What's more troublesome is that players are already familiar with this vulnerability. Once an AI defender appears on the court, they often actively seek opportunities to attack, as this almost guarantees a consistent scoring opportunity.
NBA 2K27 needs to rework its AI mechanics. Either improve AI's capabilities to make it truly involved in the game, or optimize the disconnection rules to prevent a game from becoming a platform for the other side to exploit the vulnerability simply because one player leaves.
Three-Point Fadeaway Jumper
The fadeaway jumper has always been a classic move in NBA 2K series, but in recent years, its problems have become increasingly apparent.
In real basketball, some players can indeed execute difficult long-range shots, but this style of play isn't a primary offensive method.
However, in 2K, players can easily create opportunities by moving left and right, accelerating, and then executing a three-point fadeaway. This style of play not only differs significantly from real basketball but is also extremely difficult to defend.
If a move is neither realistic nor logically sound, yet becomes the mainstream style of play in online games, then it needs adjustment. In NBA 2K27, difficult shots should be an option, not the universally relied-upon crutch style.
Defensive Interference
Currently, many NBA 2K players also have complaints about the shot interference system.
It often happens in games that a defender has closed in on the attacker, even effectively interfering, but the opponent still manages to make a tough shot. Basketball is not just a contest of offense; defense should also be rewarded.
A defender may anticipate an offensive action correctly, but if that anticipation cannot reduce the likelihood of a successful shot, the contest becomes primarily a battle of offensive optimization.
Matchmaking System
Level-based matchmaking is also a current problem.
Many players, after creating a new character, are placed in low-level matches because of the character's low level. However, a player with a low-level character may still possess considerable gaming skills.
A veteran 2K player can easily create a new character and enter the beginner environment. For truly new players, being unable to beat them and potentially encountering the same experienced player in the next match is a terrible experience.
A new character should not equal a new player. NBA 2K27 needs to consider the overall skill level of players, not just the current character level.
Network Issues
In online matches, latency, slow response times, and unstable animation feedback directly impact player performance; this has been a recurring issue in NBA 2K series. Sometimes, the player has already completed an action, but the character reacts a fraction of a second too late, making the outcome of the game unpredictable.
For competitive games, stable servers are a fundamental requirement. If NBA 2K27 players cannot accurately control their characters, then skill differences will be difficult to discern.
Shooting Percentage
One of the biggest balance issues in 2K right now is the excessively high online shooting success rate.
Many players can achieve incredibly high three-point shooting percentages, even reaching around 80%. Removing randomness and letting skill determine the outcome is a sound direction. However, reducing randomness doesn't mean shooting should become easier.
A more reasonable scenario would be: skilled players achieve higher efficiency through skill, while average players improve their performance through tactics, choices, and practice.
In the real NBA, a 40%-50% three-point shooting percentage is already top-tier. If many NBA 2K27 players can easily achieve 80%, the shooting system itself loses its challenge.
Microtransactions
NBA 2K27 is unlikely to completely eliminate the controversial Microtransactions, but the increasing costs of character development, animations, clothing, and cosmetic content are putting pressure on many players.
Players are not against paid content, but they hope for more reasonable spending. Especially in MyCAREER and MyTEAM modes, players' demand for virtual currency is constantly increasing, and the acquisition method and usage value of NBA 2K27 MT have become a hot topic in the community.
Players don't expect a flawless basketball game; they want each game to feel closer to real basketball.
Therefore, what truly determines whether NBA 2K27 becomes a classic isn't how much new content it adds, but whether it can provide players with a fairer and more realistic gaming experience.
WoW TBC Classic Anniversary: Will Ulduar Cause Another Guild Collapse in Wrath of the Lich King Classic?
If WoW TBC Classic Anniversary ultimately extends to World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King Classic, Blizzard will soon face an unavoidable question: Ulduar.
For many players, Ulduar is not only one of the greatest raids in World of Warcraft history but also the most iconic content of Wrath of the Lich King. However, it also exposed one of the biggest controversies of WotLK: when the raid difficulty suddenly increased, many guilds began to stagnate, split, or even disband.
If WoW BCC Anniversary does indeed include WotLK, will Ulduar once again become the pinnacle of the classic experience, or will it repeat the guild collapse crisis of 2023? This is a question worth considering in advance.
Wrath of the Lich King Classic
Many players still believe that Wrath of the Lich King is the best expansion for World of Warcraft. When WotLK Classic opened at the end of 2022, it created a peak in player numbers. Players could finally set foot on Northrend again.
The addition of Death Knights completely transformed the game. The achievements system provided players with new goals, and unlike later phases of the expansion, the first phase was remarkably easy to pick up. Naxxramas wasn't designed to be an insurmountable obstacle; most guilds could clear it easily, and it was imbued with a nostalgic charm.
Whether players were hardcore, or casual, friends could easily team up. WoW Classic guild recruitment went smoothly, and the server community was incredibly active. Those were fun times, which makes the story that followed all the more captivating.
Ulduar
Upon its release, Ulduar delivered one of the greatest raids Blizzard had ever designed, still considered a classic by many TBC Classic players. From the atmosphere and music to the bosses and lore, everything about Ulduar was breathtaking. While not the pinnacle or last raid of WotLK, it remains one of the top raids in WoW to this day.
Compared to Naxxramas, Ulduar represents a significant increase in difficulty. While the normal mode was manageable for many guilds, everything changed as the hard mode became the target for players.
Ulduar demands more precise execution from all members of a WoW Classic team, requiring mastery of more complex mechanics; even the smallest mistake can lead to a wipe. Guilds that used to easily clear Naxxramas weekly suddenly found themselves stuck on the same boss all night.
Guild Collapse
For many WoW Classic guilds, the real problem wasn't the raid's difficulty, but the chain reaction it created. As progression slowed, recruitment became increasingly difficult, and disagreements arose among members. Some players were content with clearing normal mode, while others craved hard mode and better gear.
As these differences widened, the pressure on guilds increased. Many WoW Classic guilds ultimately couldn't maintain a full raid lineup and had to disband or merge.
To continue experiencing the raid content, some players were forced to seek out pickup groups or join GDKP groups. As WoW Classic guilds continue to merge, more and more guilds are disappearing, making recruitment extremely competitive.
With Hardmode becoming the mainstream, stronger players naturally flock to stronger guilds, making the situation even more difficult for small and medium-sized guilds and casual guilds in WoW Classic. Each lost member further increases the difficulty of progression, and the more difficult the progression, the more players are lost, creating a vicious cycle.
Many WoW players choose GDKP not necessarily because they prefer the system, but because for many, it's one of the most stable ways to clear high-difficulty raids.
How to adjust?
The current WoW TBC Classic Anniversary has proven one thing: Blizzard isn't averse to adjustments. In BCC Anniversary, Blizzard didn't directly use the original, unnerfed raid stats, but released a nerfed version. WoW TBC Classic Anniversary Gold drops are higher, allowing more guilds to progress smoothly.
Some like this decision, while others believe it diminishes the challenge itself. However, it's certain that Blizzard is willing to adjust raid difficulty for WoW Classic Anniversary experience. If TBC does indeed continue with Wrath of the Lich King, it will be the third time players' experience this expansion.
Many players now prefer to enjoy raids, collect gear, and move on to the next piece of content that interests them. In this context, whether TBC Classic Anniversary still needs a progression barrier that could lead to numerous guilds disbanding is indeed worth considering.
If TBC Anniversary completely retains original Ulduar, players will experience the most authentic version of this legendary raid; hard mode kills will still have special significance, and the sense of accomplishment after overcoming the challenge will not be diminished.
However, if TBC Anniversary appropriately lowers the barrier to entry, allowing more guilds to experience hard mode and related rewards, more guilds may survive, more players can enter subsequent content, and the server population and recruitment environment will remain healthy.
Most importantly, the current player environment differs completely from that of 2023. The server population has already decreased, and the impact of guild attrition and disbandment during Ulduar will only be more severe than in 2023.
If WoW BCC Anniversary continues with the accelerated phase release model, the time players have for progression will be further shortened. As the next phase approaches and guilds remain stuck on high-difficulty content, the anxiety of missing out will be amplified.
WoW TBC Classic Anniversary will face a hard choice: should it completely retain the original Ulduar challenge, keeping the legendary raid unchanged, or should it make appropriate adjustments to allow more players to truly experience the entire raid content? This is clearly not a straightforward decision for Blizzard.
