This is a very versatile Wand that consumes Power Charges to increase your elemental damage and reduce the elemental resistance of your enemies. As long as you stack Power Charges, you can get a pretty scary damage increase.
This unique item is really crazy because of Dreaming Gloom Shrine effect. With this effect, you can almost instantly clear half the screen of monsters, and it’s worth a lot of Divine Orbs on the market.
Most of the 9 new items are very powerful, and some can even greatly improve your endgame experience. But given the low item drops in POE 2, you may have to farm for a long time in the endgame map to get these new unique items.
