Countless classic games, whether remastered or ported, have proven one thing: classic titles can absolutely be revitalized on modern platforms, provided the developers are truly willing to invest the effort.

COD boasts a wealth of excellent titles, many of which players are eager to revisit. If the developers were to truly curate this content and create a high-quality classic collection, the player response could be entirely different.

BO2 doesn't need to prove its greatness anymore; what truly needs re-evaluation is how the developers treat those titles that have accompanied players for years.
