Forza Horizon 6 Series 5: Which British Cars Could Be Added to the Game?

Forza Horizon 6 Series 5: Which British Cars Could Be Added to the Game?

Forza Horizon 6 Series 5 is expected to launch on September 10, 2026. Series 4 patch notes have already revealed Series 5 theme British cars.

This theme is highly anticipated because when you think of British cars, classic brands like Aston Martin, McLaren, Bentley, Jaguar, and Lotus immediately come to mind. For Forza Horizon 6, these brands already offer a rich selection of models.

Based on the existing Forza Horizon lineup and models already featured in FH5, the following models are among the most noteworthy candidates:

Aston Martin

Among the existing Forza Horizon models, Aston Martin is undoubtedly one of the most promising brands. This brand represents British luxury sports car culture, and several of its models have already appeared in FH5, making it the best choice for the development team to quickly add British cars to Series 5 lineup.

Among the most anticipated models are Aston Martin DB5, Aston Martin Lagonda, and Aston Martin V12 Vantage. The greatest value of these three models lies not only in brand recognition but also in their ability to span completely different automotive eras.

DB5 represents classic British GTs, Lagonda boasts a unique 80s and 90s luxury sedan design, while V12 Vantage is closer to a modern high-performance sports car. If these models do return, we will use Forza Horizon 6 Credits to create a more complete picture of Aston Martin's development.

Bentley

Bentley is another brand that's hard to ignore in Forza Horizon 6 British Cars lineup. Compared to Aston Martin's focus on GTs and sports cars, Bentley better embodies the combination of luxury, size, and power in British automotive culture.

Bentley Turbo R and 2021 Bentley Flying Spur are particularly noteworthy candidates for return. Turbo R is large and heavy, while retaining the traditional Bentley luxury sedan's character. Flying Spur is more modern, offering enhanced performance besides its luxurious feel.

Jaguar

On Jaguar front, a highly anticipated option is 2020 Jaguar F-Type SVR. This car is noticeably younger than classic British sedans, boasting a very distinctive sporty design, and its exhaust note and driving feel are highly recognizable.

If FH6 Series 5 wants to add a modern performance car, F-Type SVR would be a very suitable candidate. It would complement the modern sports car segment of British Cars' lineup and allow Jaguar to move beyond its traditional image as just an old model or luxury sedan.

Lotus

Compared to Aston Martin, Bentley, and Jaguar, Lotus may not have as many models, but its role in British automotive lineup is more unique. Of particular note is 1980 Lotus Esprit Turbo. This model previously appeared in Forza Horizon 5.

Esprit Turbo's most distinctive feature isn't just its performance figures, but rather its embodiment of Lotus's purer lightweight sports car philosophy. Introducing such a classic model into FH6 adds more retro sports car elements to British Cars lineup.

Ascari

Besides well-known brands like Aston Martin, Bentley, and Jaguar, some relatively niche British brands might be surprises in FH6 Series 5. 2012 Ascari KZ1R is one such notable example.

While Ascari's global brand recognition isn't high, KZ1R has already garnered some recognition among enthusiasts in FH5 lineup. This car itself boasts a very distinctive appearance and a unique driving experience, giving us a glimpse into a less mainstream side of British automotive industry.

MG

MG is another brand that cannot be overlooked in British Cars category. Worth noting are 2023 MG7 and 2023 MG Cyberster.

MG's brand background is relatively unique, boasting a deep British automotive history while also maintaining close ties with Chinese automotive industry. Within FH series, it remains classified as a British brand, making MG a suitable entry point if Series 5 aims to showcase the evolution of modern British cars.

MG7 leans towards a modern sports sedan, while Cyberster represents MG's direction towards a pure electric sports car. Cyberster, in particular, differs significantly from the traditional British sports cars that FH6 enthusiasts might associate with it, potentially leading to some debate regarding its universal appeal.

Morgan

2019 Morgan Aero GT represents a completely different British automotive style. Compared to modern supercars like McLaren and Aston Martin, which emphasize performance and aerodynamics, Morgan models focus more on handcrafted manufacturing, retro design, and a unique driving experience.

Aero GT's appearance is difficult to confuse with ordinary supercars; this uniqueness is its greatest value. If FH6 Series 5 wants to showcase a side of British Cars that differs from mainstream luxury brands and supercars, then Morgan would be a very suitable choice.

Peel

If you were to choose an alternative model from all the candidates that best fits British Cars theme, then 1965 Peel Trident would undoubtedly be worth paying close attention to.

FH6 already has Peel P50, so adding the closely related Trident not only fits British Cars theme but also further completes the very special Peel model series. Compared to ordinary sports cars and supercars, Trident's biggest advantage is obviously not speed, but its extremely unique size, styling, and historical background.

It might not be your first choice when chasing lap times, but that doesn't mean it lacks value. Forza Horizon series has always been adept at using cars that don't look like race cars to generate buzz, and Peel Trident itself has a high degree of recognizability.

Forza Horizon 6 Series 5 British Cars theme offers a very wide selection of vehicles. If the update includes classic models, modern performance cars, and a few niche British vehicles, it could be a very distinctive addition to FH6 lineup. For collectors who enjoy different styles of cars, the full Series 5 lineup is definitely something to look forward to.

Forza Horizon 6 Series 4: What New Cars Are Players Actually Hoping to See in Horizon Mascot Party?

Forza Horizon 6 Series 4: What New Cars Are Players Actually Hoping to See in Horizon Mascot Party?

With Forza Horizon 6 Series 4 Horizon Mascot Party scheduled to launch on August 13, 2026, the player community has been engaged in extensive discussions about the new cars that may be added in this update. While the official car list and Festival Playlist rewards have not yet been released, speculation surrounding the new car lineup has become a hot topic in the community.

Based on current player feedback, the focus is not simply on adding more supercars, but on the desire for Forza Horizon 6 to bring more iconic classic models and further enhance the car customization system.

Next, EZG will guide you through the main expectations players have for Forza Horizon 6 Series 4 Horizon Mascot Party.

Players Call For More JDM Cars

Some community players have expressed dissatisfaction with the current Forza Horizon 6 Cars lineup. They believe that although it uses Japan as an open-world setting, the existing car selection does not fully reflect Japan's unique automotive culture.

Some players have pointed out that FH6 Series 4 needs to reduce the number of duplicate models and instead introduce more representative Japanese cars, allowing players to experience a driving pleasure closer to Japanese street style and car modification culture.

One of the most requested models is the third-generation Toyota MR2. MR-S hasn't appeared in FH series for many years, and collecting all three generations of MR2 in the same game would be highly anticipated by Japanese car enthusiasts.

Besides MR2, the community is also eagerly awaiting the return of several classic JDM models, including Nissan Skyline, Silvia S12, 300ZX Z31, Honda S660, Suzuki Cappuccino, and Toyota Celica Supra A60.

These models have had a significant impact on the development of Japanese automotive culture, so players hope the developers will bring them back to FH6. Suzuki Cappuccino, in particular, is highly anticipated; many players believe this classic car not only fits Japanese market but also further enriches the game's lineup of lightweight sports cars.

Besides traditional JDM brands like Nissan, Honda, and Toyota, Subaru has also become a major focus of discussion among enthusiasts, with more distinctive models such as Outback, Forester, Crosstrek, Baja, and Legacy Wagon being particularly noteworthy.

Previously, leaked information related to Subaru Wilderness badge surfaced in FH6 community, leading many to speculate that the official team might be preparing to add a new Subaru off-road car. If this speculation proves true, Outback Wilderness will be the most popular choice in Series 4.

Furthermore, enthusiasts also hope to see more Subaru wagons added, such as 2010 Subaru Legacy B4 2.5 GT tS Wagon, to enrich the car lineup in Forza Horizon 6.

Regular Models Take Center Stage

Compared to the continuous addition of limited-edition supercars and high-performance cars, many enthusiasts would prefer to drive their own real-life cars into FH6. Examples include Honda Fit/Jazz, Toyota Camry Wagon, Nissan Cube, Toyota HiAce, Honda Element, and Toyota xB.

Kei cars and small city cars are also a major focus for players. Many players hope to see small cars like Nissan Micra, March, and Cube, which have appeared in Forza series, return in Series 4. While these models may not excel in performance, they offer a more practical everyday driving experience and better reflect Japan's unique automotive culture.

Meanwhile, Opel models are also receiving considerable attention. Some players hope that Forza Horizon 6 will add more classic Opel models from 70s, 80s, and 90s, such as Lotus Carlton, Astra OPC, and Corsa OPC, to complete the game's European car lineup.

Another growing demand is for the addition of Vans and MPVs. Players believe that Forza Horizon has long focused on sports cars, supercars, and high-performance SUVs, while in real-world car culture, vans and family cars also possess unique appeal. Therefore, they hope Series 4 will include models like Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter, Volkswagen Transporter, and Renault Master.

Some players even believe that adding more supercars, such as Japanese Kei Vans, small MPVs, and ordinary family cars, would provide a more realistic and diverse driving experience. These cars would not only showcase different regional car cultures but also make the open world of Forza Horizon 6 more realistic.

Customization System Becomes Core Demand

Forza Horizon is not just a pure racing simulation game; it positions itself as an open-world racing experience between arcade and simulation, emphasizing free exploration, car collection, and entertainment. Many players believe that FH6 already boasts a large car lineup, and therefore, rather than adding more supercars, they are more eager for FH6 to further refine its car customization system.

For many players, collecting cars is only part of the experience; the key to the long-term appeal of open-world racing games lies in how they customize their cars with Forza Horizon 6 Credits to create a truly personalized masterpiece.

Therefore, players hope that Series 4 will include more body kits, wings, and realistic performance upgrades, allowing for greater customization options in both appearance and performance.

For example, while RX-7, a classic Japanese sports car, is already in Forza Horizon 6, its customization options are currently limited. Players hope for more aftermarket kits in the future, allowing these classic models to showcase a richer visual appeal.

Beyond traditional performance modifications, some players also want to see more design elements influenced by Japanese street culture. These include Kaido Racer, VIP tuning styles, and more exaggerated visual customization options, including neon lights, special body kits, and more Japanese-style decorations.

Currently, players' expectations for Forza Horizon 6 Series 4 are very clear. If the official team can take advantage of Japanese map and add more classic JDM cars, station wagons, Kei cars, and a more in-depth customization system, Horizon Mascot Party will attract more players to invest in it long term.

Forza Horizon 6 Series 4 Horizon Mascot Party Predictions: New Mascots, Festival Playlist Rewards and Expected Cars

Forza Horizon 6 Series 4 Horizon Mascot Party Predictions: New Mascots, Festival Playlist Rewards and Expected Cars

Forza Horizon 6 Series 4 Horizon Mascot Party will officially launch on August 13, 2026. As the theme name suggests, this event and gameplay will primarily revolve around the cute and representative mascots from various regions of Japan.

Furthermore, as is customary, FH6 will also bring a new Festival Playlist, limited-time rewards, exploration content, and dynamic events. Incorporating Japanese Mascot elements not only aligns with the game's lighthearted and entertaining tone but also enhances the exploration value of the open world.

Based on current information and our understanding of FH6, what new content can we predict?

Gameplay Features

Mascot Collection System

In Japan, local mascots are very popular, often representing the unique culture of a city, region, or festival. Integrating this concept into the open world of Forza Horizon 6 perfectly aligns with the game's design philosophy, which emphasizes player exploration and discovery.

FH6 may further enhance the mascot collection aspect in Horizon Mascot Party. Players may need to find mascot collectibles representing corresponding cities on a Japanese map. Completing exploration challenges unlocks the corresponding mascots as rewards, while also granting additional Festival Playlist progress.

This gameplay differs from traditional racing events. Players are no longer just aiming for the fastest lap time, but need to explore every corner of the open world and interact more with the game environment.

If Playground Games can successfully expand this system, mascot-related content could become an important gameplay element that continues to develop for multiple seasons.

Mascot Prediction

Based on current trends in Japanese cultural market, we can predict which mascots are most likely to appear in Forza Horizon 6.

1. Kumamon

Kumamon was incredibly popular many years ago, almost a household name as a representative Japanese mascot. Representing the region of Kyushu, its prototype is a black bear, which quickly became an internet sensation thanks to its iconic red cheeks and comical, exaggerated expressions.

It can be considered one of the most successful examples of commercializing a Japanese regional mascot, and is also one of the most likely characters to appear in Forza Horizon 6 Series 4.

2. Funassyi

Funassyi hails from Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture. Known for its exaggerated, high-energy movements, it's a yellow pear that often wears a blue belt and leaps around making a unique cry. It would be perfect as your personal cheerleader in FH6.

3. Hikonyan

Forza Horizon 6's Japan-inspired world places a strong focus on traditional towns and historic landmarks. As a white cat mascot featuring a samurai helmet and representing the heritage of Hikone Castle, Hikonyan aligns perfectly with the game's emphasis on Japanese culture and history.

4. Sento-kun

Sento-kun is the mascot of Nara Prefecture, a region rich in temples and ancient architecture. If the game includes Nara area exploration content, it would be ideal for placing hidden collectibles and completing other challenging missions.

Of course, there's also a classic IP that, while not representing a specific region of Japan, could represent the entire country - Hello Kitty.

As a Sanrio corporate character, Hello Kitty enjoys high international recognition and popularity, and has extensive experience in racing game collaborations. If Xbox obtains the license, it may appear as special collaborative content.

Evolving World Time Attack Circuit

Another important piece of content known to appear in Forza Horizon 6 Series 4 is Evolving World Time Attack Circuit.

Traditional time trials typically require players to challenge for the fastest time on a fixed track, while the concept of Evolving World Time Attack Circuit suggests that this gameplay may feature a dynamic and challenging environment. This might include:

  • Themed racing areas designed in conjunction with Mascot
  • Changeable tracks
  • A brand new leaderboard
  • Limited car restrictions
  • Unique rewards

Dynamically changing time trials offer competitive players the opportunity to optimize car setup, improve driving skills, and compete for leaderboard rankings, thus greatly encouraging player participation.

New Festival Playlist

As a core system of FH6, Festival Playlist is expected to remain a major gameplay element in Series 4.

Players can earn Series Points by completing daily and weekly challenges and redeem them for exclusive rewards. Series 4 is expected to include:

  • Seasonal Championships
  • PR Stunts
  • Speed Zone
  • Danger Sign
  • EventLab Creative Events
  • Mascot-themed Collection Missions

Completing these activities will reward players with cars, outfits, horns, badges, and other cosmetic items.

Based on previous Series update patterns, FH6 Series 4 Horizon Mascot Party will likely continue with a structure of two main reward cars plus additional collection rewards, allowing players to earn enough Series Points and Forza Horizon 6 Credits through continuous participation in series events to unlock rare, limited-edition cars.

Predicted Reward Cars

While the official list of cars for Series 4 has not yet been released, following previous update patterns, Series 4 will probably include several cars related to Japanese brands (Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Mazda, and Subaru, etc.), such as classic sports cars, special livery cars, or Horizon Festival limited-edition models.

Meanwhile, the development team may also add some special cars decorations or exclusive customization kits related to the mascot theme.

Most cars can be obtained by players using FH6 Credits at Autoshow or Auction House, while a few rare and high-end cars will require Wheelspin.

Based on current information, Forza Horizon 6 Series 4 Horizon Mascot Party may be a series update leaning towards casual entertainment and exploration.

If the current Italian Exotics primarily showcases speed, performance, and European supercar culture, then the next update will emphasize Japanese characteristics and community interaction.

For loyal FH6 players, Series 4 not only means new reward cars but also an opportunity to re-explore Japanese map. With the update going live on August 13th, more information about reward cars, event missions, and hidden content is expected to be released gradually.

Forza Horizon 6 Drift Zones Are a Disaster: Old Bugs, New Exploits, and a Broken Scoring System

Forza Horizon 6 Drift Zones Are a Disaster: Old Bugs, New Exploits, and a Broken Scoring System

If you've followed the drifting scene since FH4 or FH5, you know the drift zone used to be a true arena of competition. Countless world records, fierce battles, and masterful driving skills took place here - it was all so exciting.

Forza Horizon 6's game setting moved to Japan, and its iconic mountain roads and neon-lit cityscapes should have been the ultimate playground for drift enthusiasts.

However, players have found the drift zone plagued by various problems, turning what should have been a highlight of the game into a frustrating and immersive experience.

This article will analyze why the drift zone in FH6 provides such a terrible experience. Frankly, there are more cheats and exploits related to the drift zone in Forza Horizon 6 than in any previous game in the series, and I'm not exaggerating. Let's take a closer look.

Looping Bug

The first game bug in FH6 has existed for a long time, dating back to FH3, making it three generations into the game. What's even more baffling is that there's still no sign of it being fixed.

This bug is called looping. As the name suggests, you drive your car through a drift zone, then instead of following the intended route, you cut back to the path you came from. You've gone in a circle and continue drifting, and the key is that you don't lose any points. The game continues to calculate your score as if nothing happened.

I believe 90% of you have known about this bug for a long time, because it's been around for so long. It's just unbelievable that it still exists after all these years; it's absurd.

Driving Off-road Without Consequences

Next, I'm going to talk about a bug that truly baffles me. I don't understand why the developers designed the drift zone mechanism so inexplicably. You can drive your car far off the road, completely off the asphalt, and still score points. Even more outrageous is that players aren't penalized for failed drifts.

In FH6 drift zones, you can completely ignore the winding roads and drive on the grass or dirt on either side. If that's possible, what's the point of designing these roads?

Transition Spamming

Most experienced players will know the previous two points. What I'm about to say might not be as well known, but I think it's the crux of the problem.

What I'm talking about is called transition spamming, which completely eliminates skill differences in Forza Horizon 6 drift zones.

Cheaters operate like this: when driving through the drift zone, instead of trying to smoothly connect all the corners and correctly extend the line, they start swaying the car left and right. They repeat this over and over, continuously performing combos to gain a large number of points.

We compared a skilled player in the drift zone with this cheater. Do you know how much the final score difference was? Almost nothing; the scores were nearly identical.

Since the same score can be achieved by repeatedly using simple transition spamming, I wonder what the point is of extending the drift line and drifting normally? Do players even need to practice skills and techniques?

Besides, we've discovered something even worse: some people are combining off-road loopholes with the abuse of transition spamming. Imagine someone going off the track and frantically using transition spamming, resulting in a score that far exceeds normal records. This is incredibly discouraging for regular players.

Leaderboard Issues

Currently, FH6 leaderboards only show rankings and times, without video recordings. Regular players can only see that someone might have scored higher, but they can't be sure if that person legally completed the drift zone or used the loopholes I mentioned above.

Therefore, most people no longer look at this leaderboard and instead use a community-driven leaderboard where players post their drift zone records and personal bests, competing with each other using real video evidence. This is very effective in proving the legitimacy of results.

This is enough to illustrate how terrible Forza Horizon 6's leaderboard is - so bad that the community needs to create a fair and effective one.

Frame Gen Nightmare

The following content only works on newer PCs with Nvidia's DLSS 3 frame generation technology. It works like this: a frame generator is a technology that uses AI to create extra frames for you. If you run the game at 30 FPS and have a 4x frame generator enabled, your game will appear to run at 120 FPS.

But here's the problem with Forza Horizon 6. For some reason, in drift zones, the game divides your FPS by the frame generator multiplier. So, if you run the game at 100 FPS and have a 4x frame generator enabled, your game will appear to run at 400 FPS, but FH6 will divide it by 4, resulting in 25 FPS.

This leads to a huge score difference for completing the same content in the game, thus disrupting the balance of the entire scoring system. Currently, the drift zone in this game is plagued by various cheats and exploits, creating chaos. Some players have even used every possible method in a single drift, which is truly unbelievable.

If these exploits aren't fixed, I believe many players will never touch the drift zone again. However, these exploits are deeply ingrained in the game mechanics, and fixing them requires the development team to fundamentally change how the drift zone works.

This concludes this article explaining why the drift zone in FH6 provides such a terrible experience for players. The game has great cars, excellent physics, and huge potential, but all of that is meaningless when the scoring system is so poor.
