Arc Raiders'Fourth Expedition Window is about to open, a project that sets clear completion deadlines and staged challenges for players. Based on current information, Arc Raiders'Fourth Expedition Window will officially open on June 22, 2026.
Arc Raiders expedition consists of five stages, each containing four requirements. The difficulty increases significantly from the fourth stage onwards, with the fifth stage relying entirely on accumulated in-game currency.
Any progress made by players in previous expeditions will be carried over to Fourth Expedition, meaning unfinished stages do not need to be started from scratch.
Expedition Window
Arc Raiders'Fourth Expedition provides players with approximately six weeks to prepare, from the project's availability until the window opens. This period seems ample, but the resource requirements for the fifth stage are extremely high, requiring planning.
Any stage progress completed during Third Expedition will automatically transfer to Fourth Expedition. For example, if a player started the second stage before the last clear but didn't complete it, they can continue directly from that stage with no need to collect the first stage's items again.
This design reduces the pressure of repetitive tasks but doesn't alleviate the resource requirements for later stages.
Specific Requirements
The first stage, named Foundation, requires 150 Metal Parts, 200 Plastic Parts, 80 Arc Alloys, and 15 Steel Springs.
Metal Parts, Plastic Parts, and Arc Alloys are the most common loot in Arc Raiders and can be quickly accumulated through regular expeditions. Steel Springs drop less frequently than regular Materials, so players need to pay attention to industrial zones when searching.
The second stage, Core Systems, includes 35 Durable Cloths, 25 Wires, 20 Electrical Components, and 4 Cooling Coils. Wires and Electrical Components spawn consistently in Industrial Zone, but Cooling Coils are more selectively acquired, their drop rate is low without active searching.
The difficulty of this stage lies because while coils are not rare, their distribution is limited, requiring players to adjust their search routes for efficiency.
The third stage, Framework, requires collecting 4 Light Bulbs, 30 Batteries, 10 Shredded Gyros, and 1 Exodus Module. Exodus Modules are the most difficult single item to obtain throughout the expedition, potentially causing many players to stall at this stage.
Batteries and Shredded Gyro can be accumulated gradually through continuous exploration, but Exodus Modules require targeting specific enemies or high-tier loot zones. It is recommended to prioritize acquiring Exodus Modules, treating other items as secondary objectives in daily collection.
The fourth stage, named Outfitting, requires 5 Frequency Modulation Boxes, 5 Advanced Electrical Components, 3 Ion Sputters, and 3 Leaper Pulse Units. These items are ARC-derived components, dependent on defeating specific enemy types or entering high-tier loot zones.
Acquiring Advanced Electrical Components is relatively straightforward, while the drop rates of Ion Sputters and Leaper Pulse Units are lower, placing higher demands on the player's Outfitting setup and area selection.
This stage can be considered an Outfitting check, without the correct gear and route, Arc Raiders 4th Expedition Materials collection efficiency will significantly decrease.
The fifth stage, named Load Stage, requires the sale of Provisions worth a total of 750,000 coins. These are categorized as follows: Combat Items (200,000 coins), Survival Items (100,000 coins), Provisions (150,000 coins), and Materials (300,000 coins).
Materials are the most burdensome category. Since Arc Raiders typically requires accumulating a large amount of Materials to craft other items, it's best to pay close attention to Materials during each match.
The key is to sell continuously, not hoard. Sell a portion of each category after each match to avoid concentrating the sale in a single operation.
Note that this stage requires the sale of specific categories of items, not just any items. Players must distinguish between the four categories: Combat, Survival, Supplies, and Materials, and track the progress of each separately.
Priority Strategies
Stage 1 & 2
The high drop rates of Metal Parts, Plastic Parts, and Arc Alloys allow for a quick completion of Stage 1. Steel Springs require extra attention, it's recommended to actively search for mechanical containers during each expedition. Cooling Coil for Stage 2 also needs to be actively sought out. Industrial Zones and Repair Sites are the primary sources.
Stage 3
The rarity of Exodus Modules dictates that they must be the primary objective of Stage 3. Collection of other items can be postponed until this module is obtained. Battery and Shredded Gyro will accumulate naturally during regular runs and do not require deliberate time allocation.
Stage 4
Frequency Modulation Box, Ion Sputter, and Leaper Pulse Unit require players to be familiar with the drop patterns of ARC-derived components.
Referring to the enemy tactics and area guide in Arc Raiders to understand the enemy types or containers corresponding to each component can significantly improve efficiency. Advanced Electrical Components can be acquired as a supplementary objective, completed concurrently with the search for other components.
Stage 5
The total target of 750,000 coins requires players to maintain a consistent selling activity throughout the preparation period. Materials have the highest target but are also the fastest-accumulating category. Combat Items and Provisions need careful balance to avoid any one category falling significantly behind.
After each return to base, check the current progress of all four categories and sell the corresponding Arc Raiders 4th Expedition Materials.
Arc Raiders Fourth Expedition comprises five stages, with increasing difficulty from Foundation Materials to rare components and then to large-scale coin consumption.
Planning the priority of each stage in advance will allow for thorough preparation before Window opens on June 22nd.
