You can think of it as a corruption spread across Terraria map. Different areas of the map will be randomly corrupted each day, and you need to step up and participate in purification efforts to stop the spread.

Once an area is corrupted, you can go to that area to donate Creatures of Sonaria Mushrooms to Purification Spires, defeat corrupted NPCs, and destroy corrupted plants to collect Corrupted Mushrooms and Corrupted Fungi. Some Corrupted Fungi can also drop Corruption Spores, which you can take to Volcano and throw into lava for extra rewards.

These actions will earn you Corrupted Shooms, the major currency of LSS event, which can be used to exchange for items in the event shop. Additionally, as all players in Creatures of Sonaria work together to advance the purification progress, additional stage rewards will be unlocked.

Void plushies are the core of this LSS. They sacrifice speed for an extra damage boost, instantly and significantly increasing the damage output of any offensive mob. They are always in high demand and are extremely valuable trade items, so you should prioritize exchanging for them.

Sea plushies are better suited for specific situations; they enhance the movement ability of aquatic mobs on land, and can be stacked for additional benefits. Sky plushies are designed for speed-oriented mobs, providing one of the highest movement bonuses in Creatures of Sonaria, but at the cost of increased weight.

Medium Priority Options

Medium priority rewards are still worthwhile, but not as crucial as top-tier options. Yggdragstyx is a heavyweight support in Creatures of Sonaria, possessing a charge attack ability. Kaegiszarr's attributes and abilities are excellent.

Xeternos is a dangerous status stacker with Fortify. Noxulumen are the closest thing to flying super behemoths. Incidentally, these creatures are not weak at all. They're only here because high-priority creatures are simply too powerful.

Darkstar plushie increases status effect recovery speed by 25%, but the effects don't stack. Knight plushie has a 25% chance to reflect 20% of the damage received back to the attacker, but this is impractical in actual combat.
