Torchlight Infinite SS11 Build Tier List: Best One for Vorax (S-C Rankings)

Torchlight Infinite SS11 has been live for a while now. After the adjustments to the game content in the new season, you may find that some of your previous builds have become weaker. Here is the latest hero build ranking to help you make your choice.

Jan 29, 2026 Author: EZG

Torchlight Infinite SS11 brought numerous significant changes to the game mechanics upon release, including the season system, Vorax material system, a new crafting system, and an updated loot drop system.

These changes will affect how players progress when challenging endgame bosses and grinding mobs, and will also influence their hero build choices.

Torchlight Infinite SS11 Build Tier List: Best One for Vorax (S-C Rankings)

While there are many hero builds in the game, not every one is suitable for Vorax season. Many builds from Season 10 remain effective, but some require appropriate modifications.

To help you make better choices, we will rank different builds based on their performance in the game, from S to C.

S Tier

Builds ranked S are extremely powerful and well-rounded, excelling in fast map clearing, high damage output, strong boss fight capabilities, and smoothly transitioning to T8 and Profound difficulties.

They are the safest choice for early game progression, possessing strong growth potential and survivability.

Erika 1

Erika 1 remains one of the most stable and fluid early-game characters in Season 11. Her lightning attacks clear maps quickly, while her multi-hit mechanic provides consistent damage.

Increased projectile speed and critical hit rate give her a map-clearing speed far exceeding other characters in the early and mid-game.

With proper gear, she can carry you through all of Vorax, including the endgame, making Erika 1 a powerful yet conservative choice.

Erika 3

The newly released Erika 3 (Hero Trait: Vendetta's Sting, introduced in Season 11) is designed as a highly mobile and powerful melee DPS.

Similar to the dash-and-strike playstyle in other ARPGs, she excels at quick map clearing and rapid engagement. Her late-game scaling is also extremely strong once geared up, but her only weakness is her fragility; the player's melee survivability is crucial.

Rehan 2

The Seething Silhouette Rehan class continues to shine this season thanks to its excellent explosion mechanics and sustained damage output.

He's not only incredibly tanky but also boasts high damage output, making boss battles and challenging Profound dungeons a breeze.

His sustained damage also makes Rehan 2 an excellent map clearer; the only drawback is his high reliance on specific gear stats and combinations.

Iris 2

Iris 2 is arguably the strongest summoner build in SS11. Her summons can handle both map clearing and boss damage output simultaneously, and are easier to control.

In SS11, her summons have higher attack power and greater survivability, allowing Iris to handle many situations with ease.

However, reaching her full potential requires significant investment in later content progression, so if you choose to play Iris 2, make sure you have a substantial reserve of Torchlight Infinite currency.

Youga 1

Youga's clone and chain lightning mechanics have been enhanced in the new season, giving her explosive map clearing speed and sustained high damage output. Despite its complex gear setup, Youga 1 performs surprisingly well.

It boasts high single-target damage and formidable area-of-effect damage, though players need to master its clone mechanics.

Gemma 2

Gemma 2 is arguably the easiest and most satisfying build in S tier. Utilizing Frost+Nova+Tangle mechanic, it allows for rapid map clearing with minimal effort.

The only drawback is its reliance on gear for early-game damage and survivability, but it becomes incredibly powerful in the late game.

A Tier

These builds are reliable for most players, but typically require more gear, specific items, or more advanced gameplay to reach top-tier levels.

Rosa 1 & Rosa 2

Both Rosa builds offer high burst damage and decent survivability. Rosa 2, in particular, excels in boss battles thanks to its defensive precision skills.

However, these two builds typically require more resources than top-tier characters to reach their full potential.

Carino 1 & Carino 3

Carino 1 and 3 are both builds focused on fire projectile damage. The combination of fire and projectile attacks provides a fun and rewarding gameplay experience.

Both builds can deal high damage, but require skillful positioning and resource management.

Bing 2

Bing 2 was nerfed somewhat in Vorax season, but her powerful spell burst damage still makes her a strong late-game pick.

Her diverse spell bursts and elemental control give her flexible gameplay and good scaling potential.

Moto 2

Moto 2 boasts decent AoE damage and excellent pet support, but is slower than Iris. Unless optimized properly in the late game, battles can be longer.

While capable of dealing high damage and dodging enemy attacks, managing skill cooldowns effectively is also crucial.

Tier B

These builds are effective in specific situations or with good equipment, but their map clearing ability and survivability are relatively weak compared to the other two tiers of hero builds.

Selena

Selena's sustained damage build is better suited to equipment that increases channeling stacks, but acquiring this equipment early on is costly and can slow down the game progress to some extent.

It performs well against area-of-effect enemies, but its damage is low against single bosses, and defeating them completely takes time.

Erika 2

Compared to the other two builds, Erika 2's performance is unremarkable. While possessing decent area-of-effect damage, its defensive stats are too weak, requiring a lot of equipment to stack defensive attributes.

Tier C

These hero builds are not recommended as your primary choices. They may be fun in certain situations or only suitable for specific scenarios, but they are generally difficult to use efficiently to advance the game.

Rehan 1

While its melee burst damage is decent, its slow damage scaling and awkward burst timing make this build lag behind most other builds in SS11.

Moto 1

Moto 1 is significantly weaker than Moto 2. Its summons are weaker and less consistent, resulting in slow map clearing and lackluster boss damage.

Bing 1

Compared to Bing 2 and other spell heroes, Bing 1 still relies on an old spell combination, struggling to effectively increase damage or map clearing speed.

Youga 2

While it can boost sustained damage with numerous buffs, this build performs poorly in the early game unless equipped with a large amount of high-level gear and excellent resource management.

Thea 1 & 2

While both Thea builds can still deal damage, their map clearing speed and boss damage are incomparable to other SS11 builds.

The above is a ranking of hero builds in Torchlight Infinite SS11 and the reasons why. It is best to choose a build that suits your playstyle from S and A tiers to help you progress through the game quickly.
